Tony and his crew came and installed the shades very quickly and cleanly. The entire company is very professional and courteous- they wear shoe covers and are extremely respectful and punctual. Joey kept me updated throughout the process and was really easy to work with. Most importantly the shades look great! It was really nice that they could come to our home and do the measurements, bring the catalog of all the shades available without me having to go to the store during Covid 19. I'm going to give a 3 stars instead because the battery life is not as advertised (some shade last 2 months some last 1 month) and the service to address the issue was not pleasant. June 1st 2022. I am once again updating this review now that I have it for half a year. I bought 9 blinds with mortor and every 2-3 weeks there at least 1 blind will run out of battery despite I charged all of them to full twice already (once 6 months ago when installed, another 3 months ago).
