Mike came out to do the repair, and I really appreciated how communicative and helpful he was. He answered all my questions and completed the work thoroughly. It turns out the blinds had already been ordered, so I believe the delay was more about poor communication than inaction. That said, it was still frustrating to have to chase updates for weeks. While my initial experience was disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that they ultimately addressed the issues I had and made things right. I do hope they improve their follow-up and customer support, but I'm glad things were resolved in the end.

We were able to get double rollers on the windows that we wanted black out potential and privacy shades on the windows that didn't. While we were waiting for our blinds to be delivered, Brian came and put paper shades up so we could function in our new home. Our installation was a little bumpy, but I appreciated that the problem was treated as an all hands on deck situation, and we even had one of the owners here to insure that the rest of the installation went smoothly. Brett promised the world during the sales process, but once the contract was signed, the follow-through completely disappeared. After that, everything was handed off to Casey and communication went downhill fast. Weekend availability is terrible. I purchased the shutters in November, and installation didn't happen until months later. Brett measured my windows twice, then a younger employee came out and measured again. When the third-party installers finally showed up, they had the wrong measurements. How does that even happen after three separate visits? On top of that, Casey was extremely rude and condescending. She also kept my credit card on file without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was through the roof. Also, the first photo shown on this so-called business profile (the one with the curtains) apparently doesn't even belong to them...or at least that's the impression I got when I asked Brett about it. After all the inconvenience, delays, and frustration, I honestly expected some type of discount or acknowledgment of the issues. Unfortunately, that never happened. Very disappointing experience.

They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

Rather than helping us understand the differences between available options, the conversation felt increasingly tense and dismissive, particularly when discussing our use of AI generated visuals to help refine the design direction we are trying to achieve. After scheduling a consultation, Gina later that same day decided not to take on the project, which is certainly her prerogative, and I appreciate that she communicated that before any work began. That said, the experience left me with the impression that questions, comparison shopping, and our personal decision making process were viewed negatively rather than as a normal part of a significant home investment. We spent a huge amount of time and effort, researching different cabinetry companies in order to find the right match for us. It became clear as we researched that there is a big dividing line within the cabinetry industry. Most typically there are guys who have table saws, and tape measures and they proceed to chop up wood and nail it together. However, a more recent development in the cabinetry business is what we were looking for. The most advanced companies come out, take measurements of the room and then design the cabinetry on a three dimensional computer system. This provides a way of essentially seeing what you're going to create before you even make one bit of sawdust. Once an optimized design is finalized, the wood parts are cut up and drilled by computer controlled machines, that very precisely control the dimensions of the wood parts to within only a few thousands of an inch. At that point the wood panels are simply put together with very little effort and essentially no corrective measures being needed. The result is a cabinet assembly that comes out essentially perfect. All drawers are precisely in line, everything fits pretty much perfectly. And this is how Haynes cabinetry operates. Along with Haynes, using the most advanced methods of creating cabinetry, throughout our project, they continually displayed a most proactive approach to dealing with us. At no point during the project, did we ever have to ask to have something done a second time. Everything we asked was taken care of, and taken care of with a smile. It was as if we were having friends that we've known for years come over and perform this work, they were amazing! Looking back at our home remodel, it is clear that Haynes cabinetry led the pack with regards to comparing them with the other contractors that we had involved in our project. We cannot recommend Haynes too much.
