    Beautiful decor

We loved the Shoreline location Botteco Brazil. Decided to give this sister location a try.. pretty disappointing. Interior decor is gorgeous with vibrant colors and fancy gold chair and beautiful tables/booths. Food is so mid, kind of overpriced for what you get. The service was so slow with one guy doing it all.. serving and prepping food in the back. Took so long to flag him down for the bill. The steak was seasoned well and we loved the meat in the beans. Portion size is decent.. but most of our steak had fatty pieces that couldn't be eaten. What a waste. Overall, I wouldn't come back for dinner. They do a lunch buffet.. maybe I need to check that out.

The transition from the Lake City Botteco to the Kirkland Obutekim is completed, with the rodizio churrasco on weekends! For mainly meat-lovers, the experience is addictive. Freshly grilled meats to desired wellness, side orders cooked when ordered, this is the best Brazilian experience we have found in the Greater Seattle area. Service is attentive and the meats keep coming so long as your card is on the green side. The decor follows on from the prior location but with more color. This is a family favorite.

Good food. The location and general atmosphere with the interior layout leave something to be desired, but the food is good. A little pricey, but then it's unique and made from good ingredients. If you want a taste of Brazil that's not snack food, this is the place to try.

Place was def giving deserted money laundering vibes. Host was super straight forward nonchalant but the steak lemme tell you it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It had a perfect sear and was a nice medium rare better than i could ever do it. But granted i burn my eggs sometimes. Price itself was a bit up there for $30 a plate but bulk approved.

Tried this sport during a dinner time on a weekday. The service was good. The ordered was taken promptly. We were given food recommendations by the staff. We ended up trying the beef steak churasco special, beef stroganoff and the lamb. The steak was a bit dry even though we ordered a medium., the lamb was excellent and the stroganoff was not bad. The food was all well marinated and flavorful. There plenty of parking around and ambience is not bad - lots of colors and decors that will take you to Brazil.

This place opened up early August of this year and I was excited to try it. I don't really know a lot about Brazilian cuisine but this place did not disappoint! We loved everything from the fried plantains, fried yuca, garlic shrimp to the beans and steak. Lots of good flavors. The waiter, Rodrigo, was super friendly and attentive. The ambience, colorful and eclectic!! Definitely worth coming back to try their lunch offering on a weekend!

From the moment I stepped inside to the decor and service to the taste and quality of food, I was impressed the entire night. Most bbq places are laid back and loud, but this place is refined, sophisticated, and everything you'd want for a date night or celebration. Starting off with service, everyone we spoke with was lovely and inviting. We felt welcomed and our server kept checking on us, but wasn't too invasive, so we were able to catch up. We were greeted with hand towels and 3 options for water. Cutlery and tableware were nicely set up and I'm obsessed with their plates! I was blown away by all of the dishes we ordered but my favorites were definitely the Uni Toast, Wagyu Volcano, and honestly all the meats we ordered to grill. They grill your meats for you, so it is a bit awkward because the person stands there until everything is done, but it's cooked to perfection! Highly recommend for a nice date night or celebration dinner.

Lots of sauces and sides to try. Everything was very good. It's amazing how different each cut of meat tastes. I loved the silky egg yolk in the volcano. They offer bottle service as well as drinks and their drinks were excellent. Would definitely go back!

So, here's the deal guys, this is visit number two and if the first time was exceptional then visit number 2 cemented it. The service is friendly, efficient, welcoming, everything you could hope for (thank you Hector!), but we were really here for the food so lets get to what we ordered Chicken Katsu Curry (upgraded with Omurice) 6/5 this comes with the Hokkaido chocolate manufacturers Royce adding a little extra depth to their curry, and oh wow when I first saw this I was so so SOOO intrigued and I'm so glad we tried it, it now a must on every visit. The chicken was cooked perfectly (a little dry on the thinner edge but that's expected with frying chicken breast) the rice is utter perfection on each dish and here there was no exception. The one thing I truly loved was that they absolutely packed it with curry, there is no spoonful or rice that won't get enough curry. This is a monster of a dish I would say if you ordering this alone for yourself, you'll have plenty of leftovers but absolutely recommend sharing between two with another dish or one for a table of 4 with other items     Chicken Karaage 5/5 I love how lemony this is, pieces are a little larger than when I've had karaage elsewhere and you cannot beat the flavor Kohaku Tendon Set/Signature Set 5/5 comes with the following tempuras, prawn, pumpkin, chicken, shitake. crab leg. French beans, lotus root and squid. This, is a great way to sample all of what they have without over doing it since we wanted to try other items, we also ordered one with the upgraded tencha set, I will say its easy to eat without the dashi, but it got much harder to use chopsticks with rice that wasn't sticky anymore lol but everything did taste yummy with or without the dashi. My favorite would have to be the prawn, French bean and chicken. Other things to note, they absolutely have parking right in front of the restaurants entrance but if it's dinner (7ish) you might have a hard time finding a spot, lunch you'll 100% find a spot You're better off reserving then walking in but we absolutely missed our reservation and not even 10min into waiting they gave as a table. Also price wise these guys are pretty decent especially for the quality of food you're getting

This last dinner we had was very disappointing and surprisingly so unlike John Howie it used to be. We went for our anniversary/birthday and we brought an out of town guest with us. We ordered: Ceasar salad A bottle of Big Farm Wine Tartare Brussel sprouts Lobster mashed potato 2 order ribeye cap Long bone ribeye 2 filet mignon Few things: Our server didn't even ask oh, are we celebrating anything today, like any other restaurant Secondly, we asked for medium rare to close to medium. Our Long bone came out well done. The manager was about to serve that to us. Until we said, um...that's not medium rare or medium. You worked at steakhouse, and you should know what medium rare look like. The rest of the steaks were more medium than medium rare, but we were hungry already. With the leftover, the server put in on the floor?? It's food, the carpet is dirty and they've stepped on by many ppl from wherever they came from. We moved it to the table, and they moved it again to the floor. That drove all of us crazy. Other side notes: We noticed, they don't clean up the crumbs etc in between from the table anymore. And we saw when they cleaned up other tables, they just sweeped them to the floor, we saw old napkins on the floor when new guests arrived. We do not expect these from John Howie Steakhouse, and especially when you paid $1000 in one sitting. Btw, we told the manager about not putting leftover food on the floor. Our server chased us on the way out and asked if she did something wrong. She was surprised that the leftover food is not supposed to be on the ground. Ps: got no complimentary bday or anniversary deserts. They said no. But i saw 2 other tables got things not from desserts menu with candle on it. Interesting.

My family and I often come in for lunch; we're big fans of the lunch sets where you can choose 3 meats, salad, and miso soup for about $20! The sauces definitely helped bring everything together though! You also get to choose sides like veggies, miso soup, karaage, edamame, and more. I tried the garlic shio cabbage, but it ended up being way too salty for my taste. Service was decent, they changed the grills frequently and refilled our water often. There were a few moments when we had to ask again for sides we ordered, but nothing too major. It's a nice touch that they end the meal with s'mores and ice cream. The restaurant looked very modern and elevated, with great mood lighting, as well as a very fresh-smelling bathroom. We came for the full churrasco experience, and it was not as good as I expected, since the meat, except for the filet mignon, was a bit chewy and not very tender. The market table was phenomenal, and it had great variety, with a delicious tomato mozzarella bisque as the soup of the day, and a variety of fresh fruits to choose from, ranging from papayas to oranges. Additionally, the sides, especially the cheese bread, were scrumptious. I'm always careful to not overload on the trimmings as I'm here for the various cuts of meats. Pretty simple process.
