If you're looking for an upscale steakhouse experience with a fun, high-energy vibe, STK Steakhouse absolutely delivers a Five Star Experience without a doubt in my mind! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, paired with upbeat, feel-good music that set the tone for the entire evening. It strikes a great balance between a lively night out and a comfortable dining experience. Our booth was a perfect fit for our group of six--spacious enough that we never felt crowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. Our server, Lili, was fantastic from the start. She greeted us right away and thoughtfully asked if we were celebrating anything special. Drinks arrived in under five minutes, which immediately set a great first impression for service. The appetizers were outstanding--every dish we tried was flavorful and well-executed. For the main course, we ordered five different steaks, and each one came out cooked exactly to the requested temperature and doneness. That level of consistency really stood out. At the end of our special dinner, Lili surprised us with a dessert platter featuring a personalized chocolate message that read "Welcome Home." That thoughtful touch showed she truly listened and cared about our experience--it made the night feel even more memorable. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Bellevue area, especially if you're looking to create a fun and memorable dinner with friends or family. Pro tip: Consider using valet at the nearby The Westin Bellevue and walking through the back entrance--it's a great way to stay dry and make your arrival even smoother.

I love visiting STK Steakhouse. The food and drinks are great for a quick bite before heading to the mall, always delicious. The service is consistently up to par, and the ambiance is stylish and inviting. I come here often and always enjoy it.

I visited STK Steakhouse Bellevue for a work event, and had a good experience overall! The restaurant was tastefully decorated with huge floral "STK" lettering, neon signage, dim purple lighting, and sleek modern bar. Our group was put in a back area, which worked well for standing up and mingling. For drinks, I chose the White Sangria (NA), which was fine but too sweet for me. I do wish they had lighter/more refreshing mocktails! For food, I tried the Parmesan Truffle Fries, which were nice and crispy. We also ordered the Japanese A5 Wagyu Tacos, but these were not my favorite. The meat itself was good but there was too much mayo on top, and the flavors didn't work super well together. However, the Oysters on the Half Shell were fantastic - super fresh! Our server was personable and efficient. Would return to try more items!

STK Bellevue has a stylish, energetic vibe, but it feels more like a nightclub than a classic steakhouse. I'm probably more of a traditionalist, so while I liked parts of the decor, the overall atmosphere honestly felt a little like a bowling alley. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The tater tots were stunning and unlike any I've had before. The calamari was also delicious. I ordered the ribeye, and unfortunately it was chewy and disappointing. For a restaurant that specializes in steak, it just did not meet expectations. Compared with Bellevue steakhouses like John Howie Steak, Daniel's Broiler, and El Gaucho, STK falls short where it matters most. The staff was nice and had a young, vibrant energy, but the service was not as attentive as I expected for the price. The other people I dined with had the same impression, so it was not just me.

Went back to give the fish and the steak a second try ! Unfortunately, my mind was not changed. Service was divine. Very quick and attentive. Atmosphere is intimate and casual yet upscale. The branzino came with a side salad of thinly sliced carrots and zucchini, dressed with olive oil, lemon and salt, and rice. Was too salty for my taste on its own. The fish had a crispy skin to start, but got less crispy as I continued to eat. The rice was my favorite part about the fish - I think it was flavored with garlic butter. Everything tasted good if eaten all together, but the fish and the salad by themselves were not my favorite. The lobster Mac and cheese came out piping hot with a good cheese layer and lots of lobster meat chucks. I like how creamy the cheese sauce was. Found out thy have a weekday happy hour. Might be a preferable and more affordable option. Total for two appetizers and two entrees was about $200

Unless you come on day when there's a special.....save your money. I visited last night and ended up spending $370 for two people. Everything is a carte and adds up fast. A small side of kale is $21. Everything tasted good...but it's not worth the cost. Save your money

First time coming here not for happy hour, mostly by default since there wasn't much open in the Bellevue downtown area during Christmas. Glad we were able to walk in and get a table because the holiday vibes were definitely on point. Service was on the slower side, but it felt like they were simply slammed with holiday traffic. We came in around 2pm for a late lunch, which turned into the start of early dinner service, and it honestly never slowed down while we were there. We started with oysters, which I didn't even realize they offered, and they were excellent. They also bring out a complimentary bread situation with what tasted like baked feta and plenty of butter, which was a great surprise. The Caesar salad is large enough to share between two people and was quite good. I ordered the miso sea bass, which had great flavor, though it felt like it may have sat a bit longer than ideal before serving to the table. We also added the cheese-crusted mashed potatoes, which are basically a meal on their own. Overall, it's a really nice spot with great ambiance, but I think this is a place I enjoy most during happy hour. I've consistently had quicker, smoother experiences then, and the holiday rush made things feel more chaotic this time around. That said, the vibe is great, and it's still a place I'd come back to.

We came in for some small bites or happy hour. The place was not full however while service was polite it took a lot of steps to get water and lemon etc and order. We got the steak frites, oyster, and tartar. To our surprise the portion was super small on little bites sized chips. The steak strip was over a block of potato. Overall the steak bite was good however we ironically enjoyed the oysters more. The ambiance does have a very club chic atmosphere with an attempt to be elevated.

I came here for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by the assortment they offered. Inside is very nicely decorated for the holiday season and it gave a classy atmosphere. My friend and I were seated immediately in the booths and our orders were taken. We just wanted a light snack and decided on their Burger and Fries. The fries were crispy and cooked perfectly while the burger felt a little on the dryer side. It might have been the bun that didn't taste the most fresh but regardless we finished it. After just sitting and taking our time after finishing, we noticed that the waiter had kept asking us if we wanted to order more or if we were finished. We didn't think much about it but once my friend got up to use the restroom, the waitress came up to me and asked me if I was ready. I told her I was going to wait and she seemed to have a negative attitude. At this point, I felt rushed. We decided to get an order of the Tater Tots because we wanted to stay a little longer and keep talking. Even though the restaurant was empty, it still felt like our server was waiting for us to leave. After the food came out and we finished, we were ready to leave. Everything besides the service was great here. I would understand if the restaurant was packed but it wasn't. We probably only sat there an extra few minutes before ordering more and kept being bothered about being ready for the check, which neither of us appreciated.

STK STEAKHOUSE @ BELLEVUE Parking is available in their parking garage and it's completely free. You can also park at the mall, which is super convenient, and the closest parking garage for that is right next to Macy's. My friend and I came here for their happy hour menu, which is advertised as the $3, $6 and $9 menu, and we got seated right away. I really love the ambiance of STK, it's very purple, super nice, and the architecture is so unique. The whole vibe of the place is just really fun. Our server was also really sweet. We only ordered water, but we ended up trying their six-dollar little burger and truffle fries, which came out in about 10 minutes. It was delicious. It's definitely more of a bite-size portion, but it was super yummy if you just want a light bite. We also got their tater tots, which were only three dollars, and it came with four giant pieces of potato. They honestly tasted more like mashed potato squares, but they were still really good. I loved the sauce that came with it too. Overall, the service was great, the girl who helped us was so nice, and my friend and I were able to sit and chat for about an hour and a half. I really love the vibes and ambiance here, and I would definitely come back. I also definitely want to try their all-you-can-eat brunch.

Complimentary Cheesecake for our baby on the way
    Makenzie K.

We came here to celebrate our baby due in the next 2 weeks. Sander was our waiter and to say he did a good job is an understatement. I'll say more about him later. The ambience matched our hotel of the W across the street, very trendy, upbeat, and fun. I thought they did a nice job decorating for the holiday, which is always a nice touch. As far as food, my husband really enjoyed his New York strip he thought it was extremely flavorful. The sides were OK but the steak was definitely the star of the night for him. For me, it was the complementary cheesecake at the end, celebrating our baby on the way. He was attentive, knowledgeable and even told us about a happy hour we had 30 mins left to order off of we had no idea existed - made us trust him as it is often that waiters try to upsell. I also want to give kudos to the manager on staff last night as she had to deal with a couple that was extremely rude and disruptive next to our table. I do not blame the restaurant for these patrons, but it makes me sad to see people go out and treat service staff this way.

Our server Sofia A. was A+++++++++++++ with our group of 10! She set the tone from start to end ensuring we had the best service throughout the night. She had assistants helping with running drinks, food and picking up plates as needed. We were able to place our drink order with ease and everything came out correct. When a refill on Coke came out wrong, Sofia was quick to correct on the spot. During our food order she helped ensure the kids got appropriate meals of Mac n Cheese and Sliders (since there was no kids menu). There were two of us in our large group, where we were disappointed they had ran out of the 10 oz Filet and settled on the 6 oz. Sofia tried to recommend the bone in Filet 14 oz but we passed. All the food tasted from our table, tasted perfect! There was a live DJ setting the mood. We requested a song from KPop Demon Hunters and he told us he's not allowed to play. When he saw our kids he played a song from them anyways. All in all a great place!

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but STK was a huge disappointment. I paid $72 for pasta, experienced very slow service, and the music was blaring--way too explicit for a dining experience, at the very least could've turned it down a bit and i wouldn't have minded but i couldn't even hear the person sitting across from me omg . Even as someone who enjoys music, I didn't want to hear promiscuous lyrics while trying to eat. By the end, I was left bored, uncomfortable, and with a stomachache. Honestly, I don't think I've ever regretted a meal more. My food tasted like someone stomped on it and then put it in the microwave.

    Bread! Pretty tasty

Sure, if you don't mind paying full price and an atmosphere that's akin to if a steakhouse met a nightclub. There's no restrictions, no kid's menu, and I can't recall seeing anything on the menu that is what would be appetizing to a child but then… Read more

Perfectly salted butter, and the taste reminded me of sourdough but the texture of the bread itself was like a very crispy crunchy outer layer over a martin's potato roll. - The Grand (3/5): I learned that I am definitely not a shellfish person.. so keep in mind of my biased take! I wish the waiter explained what came on our plate, but he quickly scooted away. The scallops were my favorite. Nice and mild and sweet flavor. The grand also came with 6 sauces to pair. The uni toast was a little too much toast but it was a generous amount of uni. The Rubik's cube was a literal cube of meat. They cook it to perfection in front of you. Lots of sauces and sides to try. Everything was very good. It's amazing how different each cut of meat tastes. I loved the silky egg yolk in the volcano. They offer bottle service as well as drinks and their drinks were excellent. Would definitely go back!

We started with cocktails and bread service. Intimate atmosphere despite being busy in all dining rooms. The menu options were very good for all taste preferences. I went with the American Wagyu Ribeye. Medium (Medium Rare) at other places. It was delicious The lobster mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and truffle fries, table side Caesar and wedged salad also great compliments to our mains. Cocktails were delicious and perfectly balanced. We declined dessert, but Adam came out with mini chocolate chip cookies that were the best way to end the night.

I had a small problem with my order that did not get addressed. Great service but nobody cared about the problem with my order. The steak was fantastic. No issues there. But the side dish had a serious problem (was not edible). I love John Howie's stuff - probably one of the best seafood restaurants in the country (SeaStar), but this experience had problems. It was a major flaws with execution on the wait staff. Like "why didn't you eat this"? Nobody cared. And I was forced to pay 20% gratuity on a $250 check.

The atmosphere is iconic, the service is top notch, and the food is spectacular. I LOVE that the whole menu (mostly) is gluten free. That's how it should be at a Mexican place! As always, I started with the margarita flight. My fantastic server helped me select 4 that fit my preferences, and I'm so glad I listened to her. Each more delicious than the next. So many edible flowers too! Iconic. The hamaci ceviche was so fresh and delicious. I had to stop myself from licking the plate. The truffle taquitos were also lovely. I got the branzino enchilada as my main and WOW! Phenomenal texture and flavor. It all just worked. On top of this, the plating is gorgeous and the tables are intimate and cozy. Start to finish, they have mastered the customer experience and are able to deliver not only a delicious meal, but the feeling that you are special and cared for. Truly an incredible experience and one I will pursue again soon.

We originally planned to order the Indulgent menu for three to get the lobster tail. Our waiter suggested doing two churrasco dinners plus the seafood tower instead, saying we'd get more seafood for about the same price. I mentioned we also wanted the free dessert that comes with the Indulgent menu, and he reassured us, "I got you on desserts." We appreciated the deal. However, about 20 minutes later, he completely disappeared, likely having clocked out. When we were ready for dessert, we had to flag down another staff member, who said she didn't know who our waiter was or where he went. She initially told us she could only offer one free dessert, which wasn't what we had been promised. Eventually, a manager stepped in and honored it, which we appreciated. Still, it was concerning that no one seemed to know who our server was. If shifts are ending, there should be a proper handoff instead of just leaving tables unattended. Service felt rushed as shifts were ending. When we asked for more cheese, one staff member seemed reluctant, then later dropped off a full plate of something else when I only wanted one piece. She clocked out and left at the same time as us. The ambiance was nice, but I was surprised my clothes smelled afterward. This didn't happen at a way smaller location I've visited. Food was mostly good, with a few misses. No one brought us filet mignon until I specifically requested it near the end. The biggest disappointment was the "seafood tower," which turned out to be more of a basic seafood plate. For $112 (before tax), it was very underwhelming, bland, overcooked, and chewy, with no sauces to complement it. We came for the steaks but ended up spending a good 20-30 minutes on seafood that was completely tasteless. I'd never get seafood here again. This could have been a 5-star experience if not for the service issues and the disappointing seafood.

I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses but this was my first time at Fogo de Chao. We both went with the full Churrasco for the experience. Similar to other reviewers I felt like the meats came around in waves, making for awkward periods of waiting for more food. The ribeye was pretty good but some of the other cuts of meat seemed a bit dry/tough. Whenever they were walking around with more meat it seemed quite chaotic in the restaurant. We were seated in the back by what I assumed was an event space and that area was especially a bit tight and chaotic with employees coming in and out of there. One thing I did really love was the fresh pineapple! The guy carrying that one kept running out so fast. It was delicious and paired very nicely with the steak. It's a great location too, so much to do nearby. They also validate parking which is a plus. Overall, I would say the Churrasco experience is not worth the price. For 2 people we paid close to $200 when it was all said and done. For that price I would rather go somewhere with a more romantic and peaceful ambiance.
