If you visit the Rose Garden Center plaza you will find O2 Sushi. We got some of our standard fare and tried a new one called baked scallop roll. I really liked the baked scallop roll. Baked scallop, furikaki,, Masago, avocado, crab mix, green onions, eel sauce, & white sauce. The other favorite is the Rainbow Roll with three different types of fish on it. Another favorite. As much as we like sushi, we aren't able to eat as much as we used to. Sushi lightweight. We still enjoy it though. Shared parking lot. read more

As revolving sushi goes, it did just as fine as any other that I,ve frequented. The food held up to the modest standards of the revolving sushi brand and I wasn't upset. But I'm not going back and here's why. $100 for a bill feels best spent on an experience as well as the food. This place felt like a combination of 12 locations and couldn't decide how to decorate itself. I felt nothing compelling or original and felt sorry for the only waiter there. I hope the best for this place in their future. read more

We visited this restaurant because our typical revolving sushi place was closed and it was my daughters birthday. It was a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Sushi was decent but disappointed that there weren't more "fried" rolls. Place was pretty slow but we still had to flag our server over a few times. She's either new or inexperienced. We appreciated the mochi that was offered as a birthday dessert. The restrooms were clean but they didnt offer paper towels to dry hands, and the blower was way too high for my son to reach as were the sinks. It would be great if they had a setp stool in there for the smaller humans. Overall a decent visit. read more

It's been a while since we've been in and ownership has changed hands. It was a fairly busy Wednesday night but we were greeted warmly and offered a table. Our server brought water and asked if we had questions but we were already watching that conveyor belt. The plethora of beautifully crafted sushi sliding past your table can make decisions hard but we shared a number of rolls. Everything was fresh tasting and delicious. A few of the rolls were ones we had never tried before and we were glad we did. The place is clean and upbeat and a perfect spot for a reasonably priced meal. read more

Easy parking outside. Friendly, helpful staff. Fun decor and style, good music at a reasonable volume. The highlight is the food conveyor belt that brings food past the tables and you grab what you want. Color coded plates by value. Very reasonably priced, good selection including sweets. Beer available. Recommended. read more

This place is amazing!! My family and I have been going here for a year or so now and we keep coming back because it's so good. They have a deal going on right now that's $3 sushi on the belt Tuesday, Wednesday and Sundays! Come if you want delish sushi and good vibes! read more

pretty decent revolving sushi spot. extra star for the service and the sushi chef making us a fresh roll when our favorite one (Shaggy Dog roll) ran out on the conveyor belt. they have a good selection of items rotating. immediate seating and good vibes inside. read more

What I appreciated the most about this Restaurant is the fact that the conveyor belt was full of sushi upon opening at 11 o'clock today. The prices are very reasonable and the sushi above average but i had a spicy scallop hand roll, which wasn't very good. In addition the miso soup wasn't served very hot and I had a hard time finding the restaurant at first.. altogether a first visit with mixed feelings although the waitress was super friendly and helpful.. The sushi chefs were rather quiet and kept to themselves. read more

Nothing stood out in a good or bad way. I went here thinking the conveyor belt sushi was a good option for dinner as it was getting late and we were all very hungry. Sadly the items on the belt did not have ingredients listed and it was not as well organized as other sushi-on-conveyor-belt style restaurants I've been to across the country. I guess there was a reason only one other table was occupied on a weekend evening. They did have several claw machine games for entertainment - I'm guessing this would be a fun place to bring kiddos. Parking was plentiful in the shared lot out front. read more

A solid sushi spot for quick service. The conveyor belt is regularly full of classic rolls and some sashimi items. The miso soup and yakisoba from the ordering menu is also a nice add on to complement the sushi. read more

Great little sushi place. Staff is super nice, food is fresh and very reasonably priced.

Super quick inconvenient. The sushi was really good for a conveyor belt location and the chefs were happy to make anything I requested.

The food was wonderful it is inexpensive and good atmosphere. We made this a regular in our rotation of restaurants we frequent.

My sushi had salmon skin and fat still attached!! It was delivered through DD and for whatever reason my review wasn't posted!! I've never had this happen anywhere. Why would the sushi bar send me 2 salmon rolls that were knowingly not prepared to minimum standards. I lost my appetite and couldn't eat my meal. If they have the audacity to make sell rolls like that and basically flip you the proverbial bird, what else can you expect? See my pictures I can't make it up. read more

This spot is a little closer to us than the usual conveyor belt sushi joint we normally go to so we decided to give them a try. The restaurant itself was very clean & looks nice, there is plenty of seating and their belt seems to go by at a pretty decent pace, so you won't have to sit around waiting forever for the dishes to go by. Aside from what is on the belt they have a menu with a wide range of different items that can be made to order. We went during a pretty slow time of the day. There were only three other tables when we arrived that had guests at them. Even so all of the dishes we grabbed off of the belt were the appropriate temperatures they should be at. I do wish that they offered a few other tempura-based rolls like a tempura California roll. Pricing wise the prices are pretty good especially if you are on a budget, though if you are trying to stick to a smaller budget, I would order water instead of a soda especially if you do not normally get refills. The only negative thing about our experience was the staff weren't around much. We had noticed that no gyoza had been added to the belt so we had wanted to order some along with a few menu only items so I tried flagging down our waitress several times but she didn't notice. At the same time there was a couple standing at the register for 8+ minutes waiting for someone to come over so they could pay their bill. Our original waitress didn't end up coming back to our table so when another girl had come over to the table we just opted to get the check instead of ordering what we had planned on getting. Otherwise as I said, the food was good & the prices were reasonable. It is a clean spot to stop when you are looking for a quick sushi fix. read more

We tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was a disappointment. The sushi did not taste fresh on the rotating belt, it wasn't busy and looked like it sat there for hours- the rice was very tough and tasted old. We also ordered teriyaki chicken which I thought would be like in a skewer but it looked like sliced turkey with a drizzle of sauce on top (not worth $11.99 for 5 thin pieces of chicken with a drizzle of teriyaki on top). We were really craving sushi but needless to say we won't be for a while after this experience. read more

I love sushi and have always been skeptical about conveyor belt sushi. However this place is a 10/10. I can go when they are opening or about to close and still get the freshest sushi. JJ and Sumo rolls are absolutely my favorite. They also have a full menu to order from if you're not feeling sushi. It's super convenient when you're wanting something quick and tasty and don't want to spend forever in the restaurant. The service is pretty good as well. I come here at least once a week now for dinner! They always have good music playing and never takes too long to get a table. read more

Walked in at 7pm. Place was 6/10 busy. Waited for 10 minutes and was never even greeted or seated. Just stood around like a hungry idiot. A staff member walked by me and just nodded. No one said a single word to me the whole time I was there. He took a tables order, went up to the cash register right next to me at the host counter then walked away. After 15 minutes of being completely ignored I left. Waste of time for mid sushi. Go somewhere else. read more

Friendly service, clean place, plenty of local fave rolls and menu dishes. Added bonus is the music selections geared for 80s-90s ;-)

I had such a great experience eating here! The sushi was delicious. Even as a revolving bar, the sushi tastes fresh! I'm a bit basic when it comes to my sushi taste palette but I loved all of the rolls I tried. Philly was my favorite. The service was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very nice and clean with plenty of seating available. I will definitely be back to try more rolls! read more

First time here. Service was good, but sushi not so much. I will refrain from other comments, but the place was pretty empty on a night that we would expect it to be busy. So that was a sign. read more

When in doubt, revolving sushi for dinner!! Brought a friend who had never been and she loved it. I think revolving sushi is such a great experience because the rolls aren't as large or as expensive so you get to try more options! O2 sushi met all my needs, they had several drink options on the conveyer along with the rolls of course, and also dessert! Sushi tasted amazing, they brought out a hefty amount of pickled ginger (my fave) with wasabi, & cute little soy sauce dipping cups. Service was exceptional, she checked on us a good amount and cleared away the the lids from the sushi plates as we were eating. I highly recommend checking it out if you're on the fence. read more

Very good!!! I love that I could do a short order of the rolls so I could try a bunch! I got Shaggy dog Hawaii roll Shrimp tempura Mexican roll long roll & miso soup All was very good even the Mexican roll has a great kick to it but not to much! Only reason not 5 stars I asked for extra ginger and got none and there were no soy sauce packets in my order as well :/ Thankfully I have soy sauce but the no ginger is killing me!! But still over all good sushi! read more

This place is fun! Love the sushi on the conveyor belts, freshly made and plentiful! Ambience is casual, with a lot of regulars. Pay by the color of the plate...it is FAST and reasonable if you want to stop in for a quick bite or a big lunch (like we did)! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The owner was very familiar and congenial with the regulars. We really enjoyed the Hawaiian roll, Rainbow roll and nigiris (salmon, unagi and yellowtail) that we ordered. We also thought the squid salad was delicious! I definitely will go back next time that I am in the area! read more

This review is one of those where I think I just ordered the wrong thing. I didn't order the sushi. One of us did & said it was very good. So I'll give them 3 stars, considering she was happy with hers. I ordered the chicken teriyaki & while the rice & broccoli were much better than expected, as well as liked that they didn't drown it in teriyaki sauce, the chicken was very tough. read more

Solid sushi at a great price! I'm always a sucker for conveyor belt sushi since you can try a larger variety of items without spending too much. I tried a variety of rolls - shaggy dog roll, Vegas roll, caterpillar roll, Philly roll, o2 sushi. A little heavy on the fake crab but that is to be expected with this style of place. Overall I enjoyed my meal and was happy with the price. I'd recommend stopping by to get your sushi fix filled! read more

A cute hidden sushi conveyer belt restaurant. My kids love conveyer belt sushi and when we have a weekend of soccer, we usually end up here for a quick meal. Service is just ok (usually one server for the whole restaurant). Food is decent, not the best and certainly not the worst. read more

I had the pleasure of stopping in at O2 Sushi yesterday and I am happy to say I left happy and full. My husband and I have not been to a sushi go round since we moved to AZ from Japan in 2016, and this place made us homesick for Japan. The sushi was all amazing and so flavorful. They have a wide variety that comes around on the belt or you have the option to order from their menu if you don't see something you like. We ate a variety and I honestly forgot to take many photos until toward the end. It has been awhile I forgot to take photos of food before eating. If that doesn't tell you something about this place not sure what else would. We only were asked if we needed anything when we first sat for drinks and then again to checkout. This was just fine for us as we just ate food off the belt. I could see us coming back again with our girls. read more

A simple sushi menu to fill your cravings! It's a La carte and the sushi comes out in small plates and you pick from the belt what you want. Each plate is color coded by price. Very laid back self serve style. They also have a menu if you would rather eat a rice plate or ramen. Loved the minimal service. Would love to have something like this back home! The best sushi i have ever tasted in AZ. Me and my husband come very often. My daughter loves the rolls as well.

Sushi usually looks fresh when I've been. I like the variety and being able to pick small plates of sushi with 4 pieces instead of 10-12 pieces in a roll. It's clean. Service is hit or miss sometimes they are quick and sometimes I'm trying to find assistance. read more

First time visiting a conveyor belt sushi place outside of Japan. The sushi was fine. It wasn't anything to write home about but it wasn't bad either. I think you would go to this kind of place more for the experience. The service was good, the ambience was kind of what you would expect from a sushi place. For sushi, the prices were pretty reasonable and I got a massive 22 oz. bottle of Kiran ichiban beer for $7, so you can't really beat that. It was fun to try it out. read more

This is conveyor belt sushi. Nothing spectacular going on here and everything kind of tasted the same to me. It is very reasonably priced, based on a color coding system per dish. I think my SO likes it more than I did. It is in the back of a shopping center, a little hard to find if you don't know where to look. I may go back, but there are better options in my book. read more

I have enjoyed many sushi meals at this local conveyor belt place before writing this review. Reasonable prices, friendly service and quality food. You can order whatever you want off the menu, as a full roll instead of two halves on the belt a little room temp. So, if you want super fresh, order it! I always like to order the full size 8 piece rainbow roll, a hot salmon skin hand roll extra crispy and one warm eel hand roll. Yes you can grab a warmish dragon roll on the belt, but Boy Howdy, how different it is fresh! None of these are available on the belt at the proper temperature. Also if you like your squid salad cold, you need to order it off the menu, not the belt (room temp at best). It will come straight from the fridge! The servers will learn your order and are excellent at bringing you exactly what you need at the right time. You can also order hot food or take out, but it's fun to hang out with the neighborhood folks and have sushi as it goes by. My favorite prepped roll is the JJ roll. Its tasty, with California roll filling, garlic ponzo sauce and salmon on top, with a sliced jalapeno. Amazing! A big shout out to Ken, our favorite friendly sushi chef. He delivers! read more
