Been wanting to try Pick n' Roll for a while, and I'm so glad I did tonight!!! I decided to be a lazy and order some delivery tonight, and I'm so glad I chose this spot. The food was delicious. Great amount of food for a reasonable price. I loved the golden cali roll. Yum! By the time the food got to me, the roll was still crispy on the outside which I really appreciated. They're heavy on the sauce also which I loveee! Lol and apps I got were tasty too. I will DEFINITELY go visit them in person because I want to try one of their poke bowls. I can also tell that their service is great because they gave me exactly what I needed with my order.

Poke bowl + avocado with tuna and salmon

3.5* Ordered a poke bowl to go with salmon and tuna and almost all of the toppings on a base of mixed greens and purple rice. It was good, nothing earth shattering. I'd go back and try something different but if I'm in the mood for sushi, I would try other more traditional places nearby. This is more of a fast /casual, order at the counter chipotle style sushi joint, which is great if you're looking for something quick for lunch and/or takeout.

Las Vegas roll was to die for! I ended up with all fried options and all were good. Vegas roll, tempura veggies and gyoza. I'll have to go back to try a sushi Burrito. Easy concept: just fill out a customizable order form, drop off and pay at the register and wait for your order. I've now gone back multiple times. Can't beat the price and portions Instagram: @msbusyblonde

Best poke around! The poke bowl is cheap, so filling, and packed full of goodness. You really get the best bag for your buck here! There is a large table in the middle of the dining space, so it was great for getting the girls together with our newborns every Friday after our mom group. The service is quick and friendly. I usually just get a bowl, but sometimes my eyes are too big for my stomach and I order gyoza, edamame or a Vegas roll. All have been delicious!

As someone who doesn't like fish I decided to take my gf here for lunch yesterday and it was 10/10. The ladies serving/making our food were friendly. The food was AMAZING. We will be back very soon as it's our favorite poki spot!

These folks are so nice! They love our daughters too which is fun to watch. This fast casual spot is very inviting and family friendly. Ordering is easy to do and the food comes out pretty quick, especially the sushi. We had shrimp and veggie tempura, poke bowl, sushi burrito and a Las Vegas roll. Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back to try other delicious menu options.

The restaurant is super efficient, you fill out what you want in your poke burrito or salad. They use authentic purple rice, yes healthy rice! The owner is amazing and super accommodating!

So I really wanted to love this place but it was just ok (the sushi roll I had was 10/10 though get to that later)...the staff was really nice and helpful cuz for me it was a little confusing... you have to fill out a order slip without seeing the actual items and I didn't really like that for example I added jalapeño but they were pickled, not fresh, which is what I was expecting. I would have rather picked at the window instead...the place was clean and the actual food was fresh! I ordered alot for research purposes only...lol the shrimp were well cooked just not seasoned at all...like the batter needed salt...the dumplings were typical nothing to fancy the bowl was okay just some items in it I didn't ask for like corn...yuck...lol but the fish was Really good , the burrito was the same. But the sushi roll saved the day it was sooooooooo good!

I found this restaurant during the exploration of my new neighborhood. I love the convenience of making an order by picking items from the order sheet upon entering, and getting your completed orders soon after. The poke bowl I ordered was generous, the ingredients are fresh and made for a satisfying and enjoyable meal. Very good prices too for the quality and quantity of food that you get.

Order was mostly wrong. Food doesn't taste bad and it's reasonably priced but they forgot items or got them wrong.

This time, I tried the seared salmon, Kiro roll, and unagi don. The seared salmon is fairly classic and tastes well-balanced overall. The Kiro roll was refreshing, and I really liked how fresh the yellowtail tasted. It did lean a bit on the sour side for me. I'm not sure if there was a little too much vinegar in the rice The unagi don was savory, and the unagi sauce was slightly on the salty side for my taste. I usually prefer it a bit sweeter rather than salty, but again, that's just my personal preference. I also really like how they've expanded their seating!! It feels much more spacious compared to my visit a long time ago. There's a good amount of parking in the back, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, a solid spot with consistent quality. While a few flavors weren't exactly to my personal preference, I still enjoyed the experience and would come back again if I am in the area!

We picked up this last time and I told them we were there for a pickup and they opened the fridge for me to grab my sushi. I'm used to them handing it to me and I was just thinking should I be reaching in here? What if I grab the wrong one by mistake. However, all was good. Since they expanded we actually ate there this time. I would say it is a little dark in there where we sat farther from the window but hey I love the wall art and the sushi is fantastic.

I went on Saturday lunch so I suggest maybe going for dinner or mid afternoon so you dont get stuck with eating leftover rice from the night before. Or just dont get rice on your order. Also after eating the whole thing i left still hungry. They could stand to make their burritos a little bigger. Also I got a tuna burrito and it had hot and cold toppings mixed in which made the fish lukewarm when it reaches your mouth which was super unappetizing. The sauce was put on the fish so the toppings like vegetables all get mushed into one spot with no sauce while the fish is soaked with sauce so you have to take a small bite out of each side to get a good combo of sauce. But the toppings were SO dry it was hard to eat. They really should put all the toppings in one bowl and mix it all so everything is mixed well before putting it on rice which further dries out your mouth when you take a bite of the dry toppings. They also dont cover their toppings so the fish is just left in open air all day. Considering fish attracts flies there would be no doubt a fly could have landed on the fish you are eating! I get not covering the toppings, but leaving fish out like that is kind of disgusting. One thing I did appreciate was whoever did the hiring hired 2 workers who altho looked like they didnt want to be there (but who really wants to work at a place like this on the weekend), they were still kind, helpful, and answered questions, as this was my first time here. It was smart to have a camera facing the line so they could go in the back to be on their phone rather than some fast food places where you can see them just sitting on their phones behind the counter. When a customer came in they immediately came out to help them. It was nice to see. Also they have a sign in there that states "local, healthy, raw" which i find misleading as theres no way their ingredients could be locally sourced as theres no body of water for fish to grow in arizona so they would have had to source the fish out of state, making it not local. And the fish does not taste very fresh. If it were local fish it would taste way better than wherever they get their fish from! So i found it odd they would claim to be local. Also the only raw thing in this burrito is the fish and a few of their vegetable toppings. And after all the fried toppings, hot cheetos, and sauces i dont know how healthy this is. Certainly less "healthy" than a normal sushi restaurant. But i guess if you compared it to McDonald's i guess it would be healthy. There are signs in here saying they are part of best of phoenix in 2017 and 2019. I cant imagine a place like this being the "best" in the city as the food was just not good. It must have tasted better back then because today the food was bad. So im assuming they cut costs a lot the last few years to the point of ruining the foods taste. Id come back for the service if all their workers were like this. So ill give a star for that. But I dont think ill come back for the food. The rice really ruined the whole burrito as every bite contained the inedible hard pieces of rice. The food is mediocre at best. I left hungry too.

After looking up stuff in the vicinity, we found this spot. First off, it's a nice space with plenty of other businesses surrounding the area. There is ample parking, and they have plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. There is a separate bar area (it wasn't in use when we visited) but I wouldn't mind stopping in again to try out a drink or two. The menu was posted and they also had a section where you could order seafood to go (take home and cook). The special happy hour menu was posted for the day and is from 3-5pm Mon-Sat and included deals on oysters, tacos, ceviche, beer, wine, etc. We opted for the Chef Choice Hand Roll, Ceviche as a tostada, Crispy Fish Taco, Uptown HH Taco, and Po Boy along with a white wine. The service was pretty quick and the food quality was top notch. The ceviche was a nice personal sized portion, as well as the po boy. The tacos were what I would consider remained street tacos and I probably could've had at least 3 or 4 tacos alone if I just ate the tacos, since they were the perfect size. For the hand roll, it honestly looked like a work of art and was quite delicious, and came with a nice sauce (part Wasabi part soy, etc from the taste). Presentation was excellent and the service was pretty quick. I had no idea that they have multiple locations in Uptown Phoenix and Scottsdale, with ebolrsalr options in San Diego and cannot wait to try them out elsewhere in the future. Definitely want to check this place out again and explore more of the menu!
