I celebrated my birthday here and it was such a great experience. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our experience at Eatery was nothing short of disheartening. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but from that moment onward, we were entirely disregarded. No server came by to greet us, no water was offered, and not even the most minimal acknowledgment of our presence was extended. We sat for a full twenty minutes in a state of utter neglect, watching staff move about as though we were invisible. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave, super disappointed that a restaurant with such promise could demonstrate such a staggering lapse in the most basic tenets of hospitality.
