My family and I have been coming here for years. The Spanish Beef is my favorite and always comes out great. The spicy friend chicken is also super good. Fries, shakes and bona teas are also nice highlights. Staff is absolutely amazing. They always make you feel welcome and consistently gives great customer service. My burger fell apart too easily on me so it ended up being a messy eating experience. I did appreciate the little cheese pulls here and there. My wife enjoyed her burger though and that's more important. I don't think I'd recommend getting the strawberry shake.. we both agreed it tasted kinda bland. Good service here though! I was seriously HANGRY while on an errand run with one more stop to go. We walked by and noticed it was no longer BurgerIM so we decided to give it a try before continuing on our last leg. Place looked pretty much the same as I remembered it, maybe a little more worn around the edges. We ordered the Vietnamese Banh mi burger and the Falafel burger, side of fries, a soda and water. The person who took our order gave my husband a cup for his drink. I could not find any cups for water so I ended up just sipping whatever he was drinking. I had a bite of his burger and it was juicy, the veggies well pickled. Made me wish I could have gotten some of the veggies on my falafel burger. Mine was good as well, the falafel mixture was cohesive and did not fall apart at all while eating. For what it is, all in all, a fairly pleasant experience. Probably not going to be one of my regular places in rotation, but there are a few items on the menu - the standard chicken, salmon, truffle, western (BBQ sauce) burgers. There are a couple of vegan options (falafel and veggie) and a variety of fries. Assortment of salads, kid meals. If we go back, I'm gonna order my own Vietnamese burger. read more

Ive come here... maybe 8 times over the last 2 years? A truly good burger is actually very hard to find in SF Bay Area, havent figured it out compared to the East Coast. Not sure what is missing in SF. But anyway, here the food is always excellent! I would, and do, definitely come here over other restaurants because the burger is always made just perfect and has VERY little mess. I hate when you grab a burger and the bun is completely soaked, or so full of butter you cant touch any other objects while eating. Usually, I get the spanish burger. Fries are always very good. Ask for the garlic sauce on the side though, as sometimes they put SOO much on top, and it doesnt penetrate. So you end up with fries completely covered on top, and nothing below. hard to mix. Beers are fine. Standard offerings. Wish they had something besides pale ale and IPAs though. But again, that's West Coast for you. Little variety. Love the place and will keep coming back for sure. read more

Prices are fairly high for burgers and Polish dogs. I asked if I could have M2 sauce on the Smashburger ($12.60) instead of habanero sauce. They said it would cost a dollar to switch. Very weird since it's not like they would have premade burgers? And I wasn't asking for anything extra. I ended up ordering the Veggie Burger ($10.50), my brother a Falafel Burger and fries, and my dad a Polish Dog and Strawberry Shake ($6.30). The burger was good, but I personally was not happy about being charged an extra $0.50 just to take it to go. If I'm already paying over $10 for a burger, I don't think there should be an added fee for a takeout container. It just didn't sit right with me. I definitely won't be back anytime soon. read more

Without the franchise, M2 has branched out to include so many upgrades to their burgers and fries while also adding boba to their menu! Burgers are freaking delicious- if you can't decide which to get, ask for a recommendation bc they are all mouthwateringly amazing. I asked for garlic fries and they did not disappoint on the garlic! Also got some delicious boba drinks- I got a classic milk tea, my fave! Boba and burgers, what more can you ask for? Parking is easy, in the same lot as Sees Candies and Trader Joe's around the corner. The management and servers are super energetic and so sweet to talk to. Highly recommend 10/10! read more

Also love the self serve fountain soda machine so you can go crazy on flavor combos! I've been on a mission to support small local businesses in my area and I pass this place every day and 13 yr old daughter and I always say we are going to try it... well we did and I was super disappointed, Walk in and there was no at the counter no problem, Nice gentlemen greeted me took my order and gave great service, I ordered a cheese burger, Fries, and my daughter wanted to try to salt and pepper wings...., We get home and I open the box with the wings and I can tell they were the frozen wings as they always have dark black area around the bones... none the less we try them and the first wing had great flavor, the 2nd wing I ate taste like old crab meat smh! I was disgusted. I then open the box to my burger... first let me rewind the gentlemen asked " how I wanted that burger cooked" I told medium well.... The burger patty was also a frozen product smh... and small the bun was small like Wonder bread bun size... overall truly disappointed and I hate that for this place as its in a popular area with lots of things that im sure brings customers to it. but I would not recommend this place to a burger lover. read more
