The desserts are always delicious! It's our go to breakfast place. I always order to go over the phone or app and never experienced any delays. The food is always made fresh and quick. And when I have had the pleasure of dining in, my experience has been great as well. I'm seriously in love with their flavored french toast with mixed berries and bacon and egg breakfast burrito with avocado. And my new favorite is their chai tea latte! read more

I only went there once, wanted some bakery items. But was disappointed the slices of cake were cracked & looked dried out. And there wasn't many to choose from. As far as the service you put your order and stand off to the side to pick it up. There isn't enfough tables or chairs. To sit down and wait. I can't really complain about this place. Maybe the menu could be bigger but this place is what someone Would call just perfect! It has a small mom and pop vibe to it. Pets are welcomed which is always a positive, my wife and I along with our Shepherd come here at least twice a month. The pastries we tried were fantastic. Kind of plain decor, and bakery case, could use some sprucing up, fillers for case maybe, but I was in the biz so I might be too critical. I was very impressed with the 3 different pastries we tried, and I can't wait to try a regular meal. Can't believe someone did 2 stars because prices weren't posted in window. Food here is delicious. Omelets are thin egg wraps stuffed with goodies. The hash brown have that crisp outside and creamy interior. The French toast is decadent and loaded with strawberries. The bakery items are perfection. Delicious almond croissants. Tars, Danish, and the bread you get with your Omelets is soft and slightly chewy at the same time. So close to me too. I think you could love this place if you really want the text book bakery. They seemed to have good baked goods and our food was good. They don't offer anything Gluten Free and they offer no breakfast meat that is not pork. Both these things make it a miss for me. In addition the organization is a little off with the ordering at the counter set up. Always a bit of a headache getting more coffee or something in this setup. Again if you want some traditional bake goods and breakfast you'll probably be happy. For me a miss and standard fare that you can get at any such place. read more

One of those places where the food is great and the service is terrible. The girls working behind the counter give no you-know-whats about you, your food, your experience. Really unfortunate given the quality of the food. No greeting when we walked to the counter. Super condescending when asked a question, then had me repeat every item in the order. Prices are reasonable. The almond croissant was really good. Breakfast sandwich was OK. Not enough avocado, nor bacon. Mango tart was fine. They need to invest time on cleaning the place. The main doors are disgustingly dirty. The restroom is dirty, the soap dispenser is broken. read more

I wish I really came here sooner, from the prices of this place, to the food and coffee, to the service, and to the quiet ambiance this place makes for a great breakfast spot. In a time of gastrobrunch and their high priced toast, O'side Bakery is keeping it righteous! I'll point out their delicious croissants specifically their stuffed croissants, so flaky and amazing! Went in for the first time in February, picked up some French pastries for a surprise birthday we planned for my boyfriend. They were a hit! The pastries look small(regular) online, but once you actually go inside their lovely smell good bakery/restaurant they are bigger than you expected, which is great! Lately this has been my go-to spot for quick breakfast and lunch with friends. The staff are all pretty friendly and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and low key. They have WiFi and good coffee, so I could see this being a good place to study or get some work done. You order up front and seat yourself at one of the tables in the casual seating area which is decorated by artwork from local artists. The desserts in the display case all look so tasty and colorful- so half the time, I end up caving in and getting a dessert too. I have been meaning to post a review for awhile. This place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic. I always get the eggs benedict and leave with a dessert to go. The brownies are AMAZING! We just went this last weekend and I got to say Noah was such a hard worker. He was running around taking orders, cleaning and delivering the food. I saw someone mention the hashbrowns are burnt. My mother-in-law is disabled and we need to use a wheelchair when we take her out. We weren't sure, given current circumstances , if they had any outdoor dining. I love breakfast pastries and afternoon sweets so I almost always stop when I see a bakery. I was so happy when I drove by O'side Bakery and had to stop even though it was around lunchtime on a Friday. The place was busy with lunch orders. The breakfast pastries selection was expectedly low due to the time of day but they did have 3 very nice blueberry scones left at $2 each. I bought two of them, one for me and the other for my husband. The scones were larger size and was quite good as I almost finished it before I got home. My husband didn't eat his until the next morning and it was still good. Will definitely return soon. read more

This place is awesome! I had the avocado toast and the bread was so fresh that words can't even fully convey it! It's tucked away in a shopping center that you wouldn't except to find such a hidden jewel, but there it is! We also tried the coconut macaroons and brownie which were equally as good. This is a tough review. I really love the food here and it was super consistent since they opened in terms of being my favorite breakfast place. However, more recently the food is starting to lack in terms of portion sizes and quality. My biggest peeve is that staff is really terrible. They hire these young kids who have ZERO customer service skills and are either rude or just stare blankly at you. I also can't stand politics mixed with my breakfast, sorry. These are tough times for restaurant owners so they really should be amping up their game in terms of friendliness and food quality to get everyone they can in their doors. read more

Yeah, no. What a disappointment! I was expecting off the hook baked goods, crazy fine food, and an amazing experience. But sadly, it didn't turn out like that. It is bakery-ish in that you walk up and ask for what you want when it is your turn, but the baked goods were kind of blah. They are kind of like showbiz types, look good, but lack character. The flavors of the baked goods were just average, and based upon how the look in the display case I was expecting amazing. The food was not great. We tried this place twice, thinking the first average experience might be a fluke, but it was the same. Even the coffee was just OK. So I won't bother again. I gave the three stars because while blah and uninspired, the food was edible and not bad. It was average. Just average. If you are cool with average and don't want to be surprised, this is your spot. I'm not mad at them, and they didn't treat me wrong in any way. It just wasn't as good as it looked from a distance. So I came here on a Friday when I was getting my car repaired a shop over. It was around mid-day and the bakery itself was very open with the usual business goers getting their mid-day caffeine grind on. I ordered a regular coffee not knowing that it was self serve and was getting the taster shots added in replacement of creamer. I am not a huge coffee guru however I do enjoy the occasional change of the standard brew. I did not appreciate the lack of knowledge going in or the over pricing on the coffee itself. On top that, two out of the four brews they had at the self serve were empty. I did not try any of their food, although it did look good in the display case however I am sure was unreasonably priced. I was not a huge fan of the display and coffee itself but did enjoy the speed and small town appearance. I do think a barista should do the job of such and actually serve the total brew instead of half since I am paying for a full coffee. read more

This is an awesome coffee shop with very interesting flavors for both their coffee and teas! I have tried their honey lavender latte, and other assortments of coffee with lavender as well as the rose matcha tea and lavender matcha tea. They also have very delicious pastries and great options for both breakfast and lunch! Truly a great find! I have been coming here almost every day for my coffee fix during my work breaks (working on a construction site right next door).
