08.21.2026 Hubby was excited to see this coffee shop had spam musubi for breakfast. So away we walked from our hotel...all 1/3 of a mile away. This is a short walk from the hotels on Pacific Street. I had an iced dark mocha which was perfectly flavored and not too overly sweet. I would definitely come back here for another one. Hubby's spam musubi for breakfast hit the spot for breakfast craving. We couldn't get that at our hotel. He was happy he could order it the way he wanted. It was definitely cooked/made to order. I loved the little arts and crafts items throughout the store of local artists. They also had books and games customers could use while drinking and eating inside the cafe. Today the place was hot and had fans running when we arrived around 8am. I'm not sure if that's how it normally is or if their A/C was broken. Came for the Oceanside parade and ended up here. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip to Oceanside. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, quiet, and welcoming--perfect whether you want to work, read, or just relax with a great coffee. Its not "just another cafe" I tried their Musubi and Onigiri, along with the edamame and seaweed salad, and everything was delicious. The musubi was made fresh to order, and easily some of the best I've had. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It's the kind of local café and lounge that makes you want to come back again and again.
