Highly recommend! If you have to call a locksmith, you're probably in a jam. Don't panic, call Nova and they will fix it and you'll feel better in no time. Prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, reasonable, efficient, trustworthy.... I could go on and on. I have nothing but praise and not a single complaint. Our front door lock that's as old as the house (seriously old) suddenly froze up and wouldn't unlock. Then we broke a key inside the keyhole trying to get in and it was now stuck inside the lock. I have a very old steamer trunk, which someone inadvertantly locked. I don't have a key. I called on New Years Eve day, thinking no one would be available, but that I would arrange an appointment for the following week. Surprise, Steve was at my house in less than a half hour. He asked me to send him a photo prior to his arrival, and cautioned me that he might not be able to pick this lock and might have to pry it off. He worked on picking it for about 10 minutes and was successful, preserving the lock itself. He showed great concern for doing no damage to this old trunk, belonging to my grandfather. Once he opened the lock, he inspected it again so that if he had a similar call in the future, he would be able to retrace his work and pick the lock without damage to the mechanism. He was dealing with another client at the time but was polite enough to answer and let us know that it'll be a 5 min wait time. I told him our situation and he was able to come within the next hour! He was very upfront and gave us an estimate on what the price would be. He even gave us a heads up call when he was 25 minutes away from our place. He was able to get through the lock in just a couple minutes and even explained to us the type of lock and what happened so we know what to do for next time.
