Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. One of the things I really enjoy about big five is the incredible sales they put on on a very regular basis. I typically will purchase a pocket knife of some sort for my father for birthdays, Christmas, Father's Day and any other time that there's a gift in need. He's a very outdoorsy kind of guy and has a tendency to lose his pocket knives so it's good to know that I can get him a quality replacement at a very reasonable price pretty much any week of the year.
