Tried buying two Benchmade knives first one said it was in stock in store that I could pick up that day come to find out it wasn't in the store and none of the other stores happen to have it either, so I said okay mistakes happen the next day ordered another one, only to find out the same thing happened! Then they tell you when the card arrives that there is a $3.50 per month fee for paper billing. In order to stop paper billing you need to get the app or get online and weed through the site to find out how to change it. They offer 15% off your first purchase which I never got. When I complained to customer service, they sent me 10% off. But I needed to use this online. The store is over 100 miles from my house. I explained I was not from the area and asked if I could just order online then get the item off the shelf? The clerk said no... that's an online only deal. The price of the ammo I was wanting to purchase was $149 on the shelf. When I looked online it was $155 another 3.5% more. That makes the savings only 6.5% a far cry from 15% So why can't you just buy it online and get it there at the store you're already at? Nope they have to send it to the store even though it's already there. Isn't this a plain restocking issue? They don't want you to know the online prices are higher than regular store prices. I then decided to look around the store a bit more. When I looked at their gun safes....there's a big sign in red saying "SALE" $2199 however on that same sign it says was $2199.......so what's the sale? Are we to believe because a sign says sale and lists a price with the same price on the same sign with a line through it that's an actual sale? I have provided pictures for proof, but I'll stick with cabelas and their card at 9.99 % interest and offers for one year free interest plus points over a card that charges 33% interest plus a $3.50 per month paper billing fee that's not easy to change.

They have the most capable ranges and plenary of room for any type of shooting enthusiast and many sanctioned groups and competitions for any interest. If I was to pick the only item I am not completely satisfied with, it would be they located far away from where I live, but seriously it is the best range for long guns and pistols that I am aware of for actual shooting and well worth the drive for me. Written from the perspective of someone who isn't used to handling guns regularly: Went here as…read morepart of a party of 7 to shoot clay pigeons. It was pretty cool! Once there, they do a quick appraisal of your familiarity with guns, have you sign a waiver in case you've got the Dick Cheney gene, and then take you out via golf cart to what equates roughly to a golf course. There were something like 13 stations with pigeon-throwers set up to fire at fixed trajectories, and at your discretion, via remote control. The staff are great, and the guides are helpful, and may stick around for the first hole or two (if it's obvious that you don't know what the hell you're doing) and check in on you later on down the line, which is courteous. At the outset, you're given whatever gear you may need, such as safety glasses, earplugs, shell pouches, etc. Just put your (purchased) ammo and rented gun(s) on the golf cart and proceed at your own pace, ticking the scorecard as you go. Once you're past the phase of snapping dozens of photos of each other holding a gun because everything else about your lives completely emasculates you, it's really pretty fun to test your skill and watch a clay pigeon get completely obliterated by a well (or luckily) aimed shot. Just be advised, if you don't shoot regularly, beware of anything you may need to do later that requires the full use of whichever shoulder you place the stock against. You will likely be pretty sore.

When you purchase two firearms and are 200 on the list, they'll tell you they will call you. 24…read morehours later you'll get a call stating that you're on a hold for unknown length and reason, and to come get your money back. 24 hours later you will, only to find out that there's a 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee for a gun you picked out, paid for, and waited for. Then not receive. Through no fault of your own. And since they're going out of business soon, there's nothing they can do. Seems to me like a scam. I know they don't control th background process, but 15% restock for something out of either of our control seems pretty b.s. Hopefully I can save someone else a b.s. fee.
