He came to my house and provided a quote to which I agreed. He indicated his crew would be there either the next day or the day after that. I stayed home both days and he never showed or called or texted. I texted him asking why he hadn't come or called or texted about the job and never received a response. His crews have been working the roads, possibly for PGE, and I saw them out working while I was waiting for him to contact me.
