We had taken a series of bids on removal of two legacy pine trees that we had landscaped around but had ultimately died in the yard. We moved slowly on removal because we had loved the trees (when they were alive) but it was past time to say goodbye, and waiting had caused the dead trees to become fragile and the job more technical and challenging. My house is surrounded by mature trees and shrubbery and a rather steep hill, and twice a year Daniel's crew clears a defensible space path around the perimeter of my yard, trims trees and removes dead branches and plants, eradicates unwanted bamboo and pulls out weeds. They bring their own wood chipper trucks and ladders and they have also cleared my roof of debris and ensured that my solar panels are clear. Additionally, they have done some carpentry and other improvements ts, building a gate for my deer fence and a gravel path and steps around the side of the house where previously there was just a steep hill.
