Now a 3x repeat customer. Very happy with their service. Trustworthy and reliable. Nothing else needed to say.

Henry and his crew were very professional. They trimmed and shaped a large live oak in our front yard to perfection. They protected our many plants and cleaned up thoroughly. They also worked on another tree, trimming all the dead wood. Fairly priced and great customer service. read more

Henry and his crew were so efficient!!! They took out a big tree, left no mess and was reasonable.

Very professional and skilled. Did a great job pruning my southern magnolia tree and removing several 30-ft-high madrones in my backyard. Friendly crew. read more

They spent a day in my large yard trimming very large bushes top and sides and took out a large Japanese maple, replacing it with two podocarpus. They are hard working and know what they're doing. Henry is so polite and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a fantastic job of cleaning the yard after their work. I highly recommend Henry and his crew! read more

Andrew and his team delegated with my neighbor and I. The neighbor's eucalyptus trees were overhanging our property line into my yard by about 60 ft. The crew of arborists cut back artistically and cleaned up relieving the garden of the shade and debris caused by the eucalyptus. They are an enthusiastic and effective tree company. read more

I would give them six stars if I could. Henry came by and gave a us a prompt and detailed quote which was better than the other tree services we called. They removed 20 giant privets, a liquidambar tree, two very tall cypress trees and cut various branches off of an oak and a pine tree that were intruding on our home. His crew came at the scheduled time and took care of everything. Very professional and efficient. They left our property cleaner than when they arrived! If needed I would definitely use them again. read more

Henri provided fair, straightforward pricing, contracts with clear language and we did the entire deal over text which works for my busy schedule. I will call Henri in the future should I ever have any tree care needs. read more

Henry and the team at All Stars Tree Service are the kind of service providers that make me wish I needed more work done, just so I could have them back to do it. Henry was both warm and extremely professional when he came out to provide a bid, was very COVID sensitive in wearing a mask and also keeping physical distance, and his price was the best in the market. Moreover, five queen palms, one Mexican fan palm, and a hefty job pruning an overgrown 30 foot fig tree that was causing damage to our roof were all done in under an hour with every bit of debris hauled away, too. I'd hoped to have a break in my workday to get to see them climbing trees and otherwise pruning away, but they were done so quickly that I missed my chance! I'd recommend All Stars Tree Service without reservation and will keep my business with them for many, many years to come. read more

All Stars Tree Service did a fabulous job of tree trimming for us. Henry, the owner has been in the business for thirteen years. He started All Stars three years ago and has really set the standards for top quality tree service. He has his arborist certificate and is highly knowledgeable. He will tell you which trees do best trimmed in the warmer months and which are best saved for trimming in the winter. He can probably answer any question you have about your trees. Henry thinks outside the box and will give suggestions for things such as bringing more light into a dark area of a home, and is well aware of what needs to e trimmed to keep a house safe from fires. He is professional and promptly responds to phone calls and texts. Henry met with us at the start of each two day job as well as at the end which was helpful. He is a nice person and easy to work with. During a very busy tree trimming season with California wildfires raging, we were pleased that Henry was able to schedule our large job within the week of giving his estimate, which was quite fair. Other companies were also busy, but they were booking weeks out. Henry's crew was professional and quite adept at their job. Not only did they do a great job of trimming, but they also did a great clean up of what they trimmed off. They will surpass your clean up expectations. We appreciated that they did not leave a single piece of trash. They respected the property and other plants that were there and didn't damage them with tree trimmings and with their equipment. We had some large bushes and hedges trimmed, and they looked great and very even. We appreciate All Stars Tree Service and will be hiring them again. read more

Updating my review. Henry and his crew did a great job the day that they came out to remove the redwood tree; however, the tree is growing back. I had it "removed" due to the damage the roots were causing to the driveway and sewer lines. The roots are still very alive and I now have a large redwood bush growing in the front yard. Not sure that Henry and his crew can do much about this, but I can't even get a return phone call after numerous attempts over several months. Super disappointing and unprofessional. Downgrading my 5-star review to 2-stars for this reason. read more

I can't praise All Stars Tree Service enough. They were far and away the most competitive of the 5 quotes I received and the work they did was simply fantastic. Henry, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was not only instantly responsive, he communicated clearly about the scope of work and had incredible follow-through. Of all the quotes I received, Henry's was the only one who provided documentation about his insurance and arborist's certificate. More importantly, as the weather warmed up, I noticed the trees were in the early stages of blooming and I called Henry asking him if he could move up the date from our scheduled 10 days out as it would be better for the trees. Not only did he do so, but his team completed the work in record time. Finally, Henry and his team were prompt. They arrived when they said they would, did the job beyond what I expected and followed through with meticulous clean-up. If you're looking for a professional tree service, simply look no further than All Stars Tree Service. They truly live up to the name and are without a doubt the best in Marin and you won't be disappointed. read more

All Stars just removed old plum and yucca trees from our SF yard. The removal was challenging becasue all debris had to be removed through a tradesman's alley. Henry was prompt and professional with his estimate, the crew arrived onb time and were quick, safe and efficient in completing the work. The clean up was exceptional, and showed pride in the work product. I would recommend All Stars Tree Service to family and friends, and they were a pleasure to work with on tree removal. No hesitation in providing a strong recommendation. read more

Professional from start to finish. And what a finish! We have views we didn't know were possible once Henry and his quality crew were done with our trees. We had major work done - several unsafe trees removed and other thinned. In addition our lower lot was overgrown for year but not now. I have no idea how they got so much done in just a day and a half. All at rates right in line with our other quotes. Thanks for the great work All Stars! read more

Have used them for a couple of years now and they are always so considerate and do an excellent job.

We had Henry and his team come out to significantly cut back a sycamore tree that hovers over our home as well as a busy street. He also cleaned up an oak and ash tree. I love that the day Henry came out to bid the job I got a text in the AM to confirm our appointment time. He was on time to bid the work and start the work one week later. Our tree was not an easy job, it required a permit with the city and traffic control. These guys were talented and professional with handling all aspects of the job. In the 8 years we've lived in our home we've had our trees trimmed on three separate occasions and Henry's team is the best we've had. They were extremely efficient, did a quality job and were super clean. I should also note that my 2 year old son now wants to be a tree trimmer, he was fascinated with the guys in the trees, all of the chainsaws and Henry and his team were super friendly when my son had loads of questions for them - well worth the price paid. read more

We needed to remove a ton of vegetation for an upcoming fence replacement. Henry came out promptly for a consult and we went for it. On the day of the removal he showed up with a team of guys and they removed trees as well as bamboo and shrubbery. You cannot even see where the trees were - no stump evidence at all! They were quick and cleaned up efficiently. Also best price we were quoted. I highly recommend them! read more

These guys are awesome!! I needed some trees around my property trimmed back. After reaching out, Henry called me back promptly, came over to view the job and give me a quote. He sent 3 different quotes that evening, based on how much we wanted to cut back. I booked for the next week. His team came over at 8am and were done by 12pm. Incredibly thorough with the job and cleanup. So impressive! I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Nice guy offering free estimates but way overpriced comparing to other businesses in the area and he stopped responding until the night before scheduled work. I reached out to several arborists to get quotes for tree trimming purposes and Henry was the first to show up. Very flakey - after a site visit and a call to confirm tree trimming Henry didn't show up. When I called he claimed to not know what I was talking about. Left me in the lurch before my daughter's birthday. I wish I'd gone with another service read more

I had a ton of trees that needed some serious trimming. The drought had hit my pine tree especially hard, but the live oaks and plum tree were also affected. Henry and his team were AMAZING! I organized a tree trimming for all the sycamore trees in out neighborhood and did my due dilegence in getting three estimates. Henry's price was the best and he provided us with his license, bonding, insurance and certification along with a very prompt and accurate estimate. When I met with him, I instantly got the feeling that he really cared about his work and that he was our guy. He has integrity and great service. He educated us on how to best maintain the trees. Kind, considerate, professional and clean! His crew left the whole street looking better than we have ever seen it. I HIGHLY recommend his company and will pass his contact on to anyone who is looking for quality tree work. Come check out his work on Lincoln Park, San Anselmo! We are so proud of our street now. read more

Henry and his team trimmed and thinned out a huge Sequoia tree in our back yard. The tree had been planted when my brother brought it home from school in a plastic milk carton, when he was a in 3rd grade. My brother is now 66 years old so you can only imagine how many years that tree has been growing there. It had never been trimmed or cared for in those 56 years since it had been planted. The sequoia tree looks fabulous after Henry's expert work. We just had Henry and his team back to prune three trees in our yard. These had only been in our yard for 10 years. Again, Henry and his team did a great job. We will never use anyone other than Henry's company for our tree work again. read more

This is the very best tree service I have ever worked with. Henry is very tech savvy with his estimates and so easy to work with. His original estimate for trimming a large Eucalyptus tree and removing the fronds from 3 palms trees was made in October but we had to wait until February and he honored his original quote. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything beautifully after. They did such a great job trimming a very large Eucalyptus. I would recommend this company to anyone! They were such a pleasure to work with and the best price of all the companies we spoke with. read more

My uncle, a disabled retiree, found his magnolia blown down from the recent storms. It damaged his fence and worse landed on his neighbors' car. All Star Tree Services lived up to their name, balancing tree removal and preventing further vehicle damage. We give many thanks to Henry and his team! read more

I cannot recommend All Stars Tree Service highly enough! A huge (30-40 foot) Pine tree in our backyard was starting to die and Henry was able to come out to give me an estimate right away. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and the price he quoted was very competitive. Henry and his team of 6 arrived on time this morning and got straight to work. They were able to safely and efficiently take down the tree and and remove all of the debris. Not only that, they even let me take a cool time lapse of the job! In all, the removal and clean up took 5 hours. I will definitely reach out to Henry again for future tree service. Thank you! read more

Great service in an emergency situation. Good work. Fair price.

PG&E removed a tall, beautiful canary palm that was the centerpiece of our front yard because it would touch the high-voltage wires when the wind blew. Because PG&E doesn't have stump grinders, we had to find a company to grind the remaining stump. We called All Stars, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Henry was excellent at providing a timely quote and the insurance certificates that I requested. His communication throughout the process was excellent, planning the date to do the work and getting back to me whenever I emailed him. And his guys did a great job, even digging the stump out about 8" below ground so we can actually plant stuff there now! I'm very happy. Plus, Henry is a super-nice guy, and very customer friendly. I'd use them again in a minute if I have the need. read more
