Fernando and his team did a wonderful job doing tree work and clearing out existing landscaping that needed to go! His crew worked hard and they were very professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up at the end and the pricing was very reasonable. We have used Febronio Tree service for previous jobs as well and they are always our go to! Highly recommend! read more

As a business owner, I can say repeat customers are the ultimate compliment. We have now been repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat customers of Fernando and Febronio Tree Service. I give Febronio my full endorsement. 10 stars. read more

Excellent work. They did a wonderful job and clean up after. My neighbor gave me their name and I could not be more pleased with it the work they did. read more

Fernando and his team just finished our major tree trimming project today and they deserve a stellar review! They arrived on time, had all the right tools and equipment, and an experienced and well trained team. They completed the work quickly and safely. I have many smaller delicate plants below the trees along with lots of handmade ceramic sculptures, all of which they protected perfectly. Part of the work was to trim five tall palm trees. They checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how each tree looked, and I was. We have a huge black bamboo hedge that we wanted to trim down to reduce fire hazard. Bamboo is a messy plant as are palm trees and I was impressed with how impeccable their cleanup work was. I highly recommend Febronio Tree Service. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. read more

Fernando and his team did a great job removing two large trees from my property. They arrived on time, went right to work and thoroughly cleaned up the area when they finished. Highly recommend. read more

This is my second time using Febronio Tree Service and once again, this team is AWESOME! I have a steep hillside full of dry grass and brush, very large trees, and fallen tree branches. I hired them to clean all of this up ahead of the late summer fire season. I also asked them to trim or remove several shrubs and trees throughout the property. All the work was done beautifully and quickly. Communication with Fernando is excellent. He returns calls and texts quickly. He spent time thoroughly going around the whole property with me before giving me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable about the plants and trees around here and how to care for them. He also checked in with me throughout the day of the work to make sure I was happy with everything. This team is professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced, and they do really great work. I will definitely be hiring them again. read more

Outstanding service at reasonable prices! Fernando and his crew are knowledgeable, experienced, reliable and efficient. We've used them for years to prune large oaks, hedges and smaller trees. We are always pleased with their work. read more

I have been using this company for YEARS! We have always been incredibly happy with their services. We've had huge pines removed, regular trimmings, smaller trees removed and stumps taken out and each and every time the work is amazing. I also am always super happy with the cost. They are super reasonable and a fraction of the cost compared to lots of the bigger companies. They always make the place look better than when they got there, clean up well, and are very nice. Hard workers and FAST! I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

For the past decade Fernando and his crew have done my tree removal and bush trimming every fall. He does excellent work and his pricing is more than fair. Fernando listens to the work you want done, and then he gives you his expert advice, which you would be wise to follow. And he is a truly nice man. read more

I have used Ferbronio Tree service for years and highly recommend them. Either Fernando or his brother Sal are here with the team. They just did my trees again yesterday and their attention to detail is the best. They always leave my property cleaner than when they start and arrive on time. The only tree service I will use. read more

In one word. EXCELLENT!!! I've used Febronio Tree Service 3 times. Twice at our home located off Lucas Valley Road in San Rafael. Once at our condo in Novato. All 3 times he has done excellent work! Fernando is very knowledgeable about trees. He is honest, which is important to me, and always provides important feedback and excellent advice. His work is top notch. His prices are much better than what Treemasters or other services charge. He has trimmed large oak tree branches that surround our San Rafael home that are a fire risk when they get too close to our home and has removed entire trees from our backyard in Novato. He always keeps the customer's best interest in mind. Ask him for a bid, you won't regret it! read more

This was the first time I used Febronio Tree Service. The service I had previously used has become too expensive. I was impressed by the quality of work performed by the tight-knit team that did the work. They completed trimming a number of large trees and removed some smaller ones with precision and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. The cost was reasonable considering the amount and quality of work performed. Febronio is now my go-to tree service. read more

Great communication. They did a great job. Did what was requested and more that was needed. Highly recommend.

Fernando is wonderful to work with! He understands how to work with people and his crew does a fantastic job. They are timely, work quickly, wear appropriate safety equipment, conscientious of their surroundings, and clean the area up before leaving. I have Febronio Tree Service take care of four of the mobilehome parks I manage. They even took down a 90' tree that was a hazard and prepared the earth below for the impact. Fernando's fees are very fair and the quality of work is to be trusted. read more

I contracted with Febronio to prune a number of redwood trees that form the canopy over my house. Fernando was on time for our initial estimate meeting, followed up quickly with a written quote that matched his on-site estimate, and scheduled a date. In-short, he made the process easy. The work was done professionally and on-time. I have five redwoods close to the house with dead limbs that were overhanging the structure. The Febronio team took great care of the property and my gardens while working overhead. It's very difficult to completely control the falling debris even with the rope controls so Fernando had extra workers on the job to help with the limb control and clean up. They were also very good with managing the debris piles that were on the street so as not to affect my neighbors and the traffic flow on our tight street. Highly recommend. read more

Febronio's trucks and crews just keep showing up in our neighborhood, before and after our job. Seems like they get called in a lot! Fernando gives good recommendations on tree maintenance - he'll let you know about cuts that would look good, what would improve stability of the tree, etc. When they were here during the job, the foreman asked me for clarification a couple of times on how I wanted the trees, shrub, branches, to be trimmed. His crews are experienced and are managed well, but I'd rather they ask me and be sure if they need to. They cared about how I wanted it to look. They cleaned up the yards afterwards and moved furniture back into place (an important final bit of work). I'm sure we'll call them for the next time. read more

Took down a large tree in a difficult location.Everything went smoothly...good communication...reasonable price...excellent work.

Fernando and his crew did an EXCELLENT job trimming back and maintaining our trees (large acacia, cherry plum and hedges). This is the second time we've had them out and both times they were professional, great listeners, well priced and worked well with our neighbors. Very polite, kind crew who made sure to clean up when they left. read more

Fernando again responded quickly with a reasonable estimate and showed up early on tree trimming day. He and his crew did a great job and clean up. I highly recommend him! read more

We had Fernando remove some large pines a few years ago. He and his crew did a great job. Today we had a canopy trimmed back on a large oak and some Bay tree trimming. Again, Febronio Tree Service did a wonderful job. On-time, safe, thorough and to our satisfaction. Great company and service. read more

Great service but truly lousy business practices. I should have requested a W9 before paying the invoice. I'm stuck with my account demanding a 1099 NEC and their refusal to provide a TIN. I requested it 5 times and they promised it each time. Don't pay till you get a W9!!! read more

I recently wrote a review re Febronio's Tree Service and had been disappointed. Fernando and I recently spoke and he apologized and offered to come and take care of what work that I was disappointed with. After I told him my Gardner was going to take care of what I wanted him to do; he offered to reimburse me. I suggested that next year I will call him, and at that time we can take care of what needs to be done with better communication. This is excellent customer service and professional; therefore this is a new review from my first one, and I recommend him. Thank you Fernando. read more

Fernando at Febronio Tree Service was great. He gave us a fair and thorough estimate. He and his crew arrived on the scheduled date and time and went straight to work. As the job progressed, he checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He had a good and experienced crew who raised questions if there was any doubt. Fernando noticed one discrepancy in a bush trimming and corrected it himself. Overall a great experience. read more

We have used Febronio Tree Service again this year, both for trimming and for tree removal. As always, Fernando & crew were professional, thorough and cost effective. In their detailed clean-up, they even volunteered to remove previously-collected yard waste. Fernando is excellent with suggestions for aesthetics and the health of the trees. Highest possible recommendation ! read more

I used their service two times in the past several months. I was very pleased with the removal of several trees, including dead branches on some other trees. They also removed lots of dead brush. They were very fast and efficient. When the guys were done, they were very neat during the cleanup before they left. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend using them. I will use them again if and when I need any more tree removal. read more

Fernando and his team has been trimming our trees regularly for the past few years and always done an excellent job. He shows up on time, takes time to discuss the work and carefully explain what he recommends and why. The team is clearly very experienced and has worked together for a long time. He is happy to do extras when requested like clearing our gutters and the cleanup is very thorough. In fact Fernando explained that he cleaned our gutters by hand to avoid blowing any old leaves onto our neighbors yard. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Fernando and his team deliver quality and affordable services. My family and relatives appreciate their hard work.

Febronio Tree Service did wonders to our back yard. Our yard is mostly on a steep slope and we needed to remove a lot of deadwood and undergrowth. They quoted a day's rate, due to the amount of anticipated work and difficulty. In my past experiences with manual labor crews, a "day rate" estimate often means guaranteed pay, with little work. This was certainly not the case with Febronio's! I think we ended up with the better end of the bargain as Febronio's arrived on time, left on time, and easily did a week's worth of work in a day! Febronio's showed up with a big, capable crew, with the correct tools and safety equipment, and spent the day clearing the underbrush, lifting the canopy of healthy trees, and eliminating dozens and dozens of what I dubbed "weed trees." They left a number of healthy trees and uncovered some amazingly interesting ones that were previously hidden from view. They chopped and hauled away the debris and left very little trace of their presence (no garbage, haulage tracks, left-behind branches / trunks, etc.) Febronio's asked questions when necessary and always listened to my concerns and opinions. Like I said, my yard is very steep, and the crew - with sharp and dangerous tools in hand - always put safety ahead of convenience. They worked as a great team, watching out for one another, our family, neighbors, passersby, and healthy trees! I look forward to the time when I can hire them again! read more

Fernando and his team at Febronio Tree Service are in a word, AMAZING!!!! We had 3 very large trees and a couple smaller ones that were making a mess of our property. I received several quotes to remove them and although one was less expensive, I felt very comfortable with Fernando and his understanding and scope of the job. His team arrived on time and they were extremely professional and efficient. I could not believe the speed, rhythm, and accuracy at which they worked. It was like watching a precision dance. They not only did a great job of cleaning up the debris they made but also cleaned the rest of my back yard of leaves and debris. We had outdoor lights strung to one of the trees that was removed. Fernando even went so far as to install a 2x4 with a hook to the upper part of our fence and restring the lights to it. If you need trees removed I would not consider anyone but Febronio. AAA+++ read more

Fernando is awesome! He knows his stuff when it comes to all things green and lush or brown and dead, like my tree. I had a big ol' fruitless mulberry tree that fell over and died. This thing was a monster. I needed it removed with the stump ground up and all. I also had 3 hideous tall bush thingies in my front yard that I wanted taken out as well. Fernando came out to scope the job. I was expecting several hundred bucks, and he quoted me $500, which was reasonable. They were very busy so he was unable to get to the job for a week and a half. On the day of our appointment, Fernando wanted to start on the trees in the front before my husband and I were home. I did ask that he wait to do the tree in the backyard until my husband got home to wrangle our three dogs in the house. Two of them are not nice, and one likes to bolt out the gate and never come back. Fernando and his guys went in the yard anyway, and although my dogs didn't escape, we were surprised to hear that no one was bit. Next time we will be sure to schedule service when we are home. Bottom line: Reasonably priced and the work was done quickly. Schedule ahead of time since they are busy! read more

Febronio and Fernando are EXCELLENT. I had them come out about 5 years ago and they did a terrific job then and lucky me - I kept their number handy! All of my bushes and trees were trimmed to MY satisfaction. They came with a bunch of guys, did the job, cleaned up and were gone and the price was very fair. They've also done work in two of my neighbor's yards and they are thrilled as well - I can not say enough good things about this company. You won't be disappointed! Oh - one more thing...great office staff. They kept in contact with me re scheduling and promptly returned my phone calls. read more

Excellent work & customer service! This family run business is exemplary and I am looking forward to using their services again soon.

Starting with the initial estimate we knew we would be happy with Febronio Tree Service. Fernando took the time to advise us on the entirety of the job, which was going to be a big one. He and his team showed up on time, were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job with clean up. We had them trim 4 large trees as well as remove one. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. read more

Holy Crap. I have never run so fast to my computer to write a review. Febronio's crew is still cleaning up at the house that I just bought. I had a landscape contractor checking out my new mystery landscape, and he mentioned that a tree guy named Fernando was working on a job for him just down the street. He texted Fernando who stopped by our place to check out a large oak on the property's south side that was in dire of need of.... something. It had branches in the power line, on our roof, and was growing crooked due to poorly distributed weight. This is a BIG tree. Anyway, Fernando came by and took a tour and instantly put us at ease. Now, as a new homeowner, I have developed a healthy distrust of contractors in general. For me, the first litmus test is a prompt way to communicate. Febronios has a nice receptionist who called to set up an appointment, and when I left a message to confirm, I received a prompt call back. Professionalism check. Today, I just went by the house and my jaw dropped. This tree looks soooo beautiful and healthy now. A misplaced juniper was also removed from the backyard, and the crew cleaned up our yucca trees, redwoods, pines and walnuts. I wish I had a six pack for the crew. they look tired. I'm so grateful. Total for the job: $850!! Our neighbor also chipped in $250 to get the giant oak manicured. read more

I called several places to get an estimate on trimming 12 trees around the pool and removing another tree, as well as removing a pile of stuff that I had already stacked. Fernando gave us the best estimate. They were really busy, so we made an appointment for two weeks out. Fernando called and asked if he could come out the day before he was scheduled and we agreed. His crew went above and beyond, they removed all of the debris I had created, removed the tree and made sure it would not come back. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Fernando was polite and made sure the job was done right and completely. Thank you for a great job. I highly recommend this tree service. read more

Fernando and his team showed up first thing in the morning and got the job done (removing a Privet tree and trimming down another tree nearby) in less than two hours.
