Since then, we have had them do many jobs, big and small. He and his crew are wonderful to work with, very dependable, helpful in all ways. I'm always impressed with how clean and neat they leave the area where they've worked. This year we began having Felix's crew do bi-monthly yard maintenance (& tree trimming as needed). As always, their work has been excellent. We have especially been impressed with Alex and really enjoy working with him. When I logged onto this site to make my review, I was shocked to see a negative review specifically mentioning Alex and having nothing to do with his work performance. We have found him to always be respectful, polite, friendly and very energetic and thorough in his work. We highly recommend Alex and Felix's Landscaping & Tree Service.

I put a request for service out and Zaragoza was quick to respond. Job: 5/5 Zaragoza came out fast, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fox it on the spot in less than an hour. The issue ended up being a broken cap in the ground that sealed off an old part of the system. He dug it up and replaced the cap quick. Customer Service: 4.5/5 He was very nice and personable. In addition, he took the time to explain to me how to diagnose future problems similar to this myself. He gave me several tips and tricks I can utilize for my future lawn care needs. While he was here, I asked him if he could assess a tree and give me an estimate for its removal. He happily took the time to look at it. The only reason it's not 5/5 is because he did not discuss the price prior to fixing the problem. Price: 3/5 I was charged $350 for the whole job. I thought it was a little steep for this particular job. However, I also know I'm paying for the expertise. At this point, I also just wanted this issue handled after dealing with it for 1-2 months. However, the estimate he gave for the tree and stump removal I thought was great. To remove a mulberry tree, he quoted me $550 for the removal and $400 more for the stump removal. I will definitely be calling back for the tree removal. Overall, Zaragoza did a great job and I would recommend!

There were a few unexpected wrinkles along the way and Darragh always focused on the solution, not the problem. He patiently answered all my questions before hand and during the project. I am someone who highly values getting the job done right, especially when it came to the drainage plan. Darragh really knows his stuff and never cut any corners, including sealing my foundation and wrapping the french drain tubes in landscaping fabric prior to covering over them. A simple conversation with us could have resolved everything. We just need resolution on the plants he removed. That's all we have ever asked. He refuses to even discuss it, and now threatens legal action. We have a documented paper trail leading back months that clearly outlines our complaints about his employees' actions, his refusal to communicate, and the theft of our plants and personal property.
