Ray's tree service is by far the Best we have used...I have used at least three services in my lifetime of keeping trees healthy. Ray's team members are knowledgeable and can be relied upon to call back, be on time if not early and clean up without too much small plant damage! Ray seemed to know about trimming and shaping the trees for good growth for the next few years...he knew which branches needed to be cut off. With minimal branches cut, the tree will not grow back with as much vigor and can keep its nice shape. Once you cut madly (many branches) the tree will grow back with VIGOR and you have a hairy mess! Totally unreliable. We scheduled an appt. 3 weeks out. Ray did not show up. I called him, he called back and said he had a flat tire and didn't have my number with him to call me. Who doesn't have the number of the next job on your list? He said he'll work on getting the tire fixed and in the meantime would send out his climber to start trimming. We waited 1 1/2 hour for his climber to show....again a no show. We called Ray 3 times throughout the day leaving messages asking if he was going to show up. NO REPLY. Ray is like a magician in the tree - I don' t know how he can see EXACTLY what needs to be taken out / trimmed in order to make the tree more balanced and beautiful.
