The first upsell was because he didn't realize I also wanted him to do the weeds on the hill. Even though I said it was for fire abatement and it's pretty obvious that it's part of the property, and they even did the estimates in person, it wasn't obvious to them and they charged me 60% more. Next and last upsell was because of rocks and masonary, which is a different class of disposal. I didn't know that, which surprised them which is maybe why they waited until everything was almost done to tell me. I didn't want to pay any more so I told them to leave it, but I feel compelled to leave this review. Their prices are more than double other estimates. I thought it meant I wouldn't have to deal with upselling. Now I wish I went with a competitor, if I have to deal with upselling, it's better to start at their prices and maybe I wouldn't have a backyard with a pile of rocks.
