You just cannot beat this place. A true donut staple on Long Island. The restaurant is extremely inviting outside and the donut flavors are super fun. I stick with the plain old chocolate, but it never disappoints!
Good not great. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back here again. I did not enjoy the Almond Joy doughnut at all. Had way too much cream in the middle & it lacked flavor imo. It also tasted nothing like an almond joy. The maple bacon was a 7/10. Husband enjoyed the Boston Cream doughnut, but said it was as good as a 7-11 or Dunkin Doughnut. The cost for 4 doughnuts was $21.00.
The best donut shop ever on Love Lane! It's so cute on the inside, but there is limited seating. It's best to try and get there early before the donuts sell out. We got their limited fall flavors; apple betty and apple butter linzer. Both were huge and so delicious! We also got a limited time Halloween ghost iced latte which was so fun and delicious too. Will definitely be back!
For our first visit to the north fork, I knew I had to get these! Even at 1pm, there was still a decent selection. While these are "gourmet" donuts, I still feel they were overpriced. The 7 donuts pictured was a total of $35. All the flavors we tried were awesome! Samoa was my personal favorite. The fritter was dry but was a nice size. A fun vacation treat!
Having a summer house out east, I come to the east end of long island quite constantly. On my way home, I ALWAYS make sure to stop for donuts. With a great selection available daily including weekly specials, there are a lot of options for everyone. My personal favorite is the cereal killer donut. The donuts are a nice size and bigger than what you'd get at Dunkin' Donuts. The food is fresh and staff is always fast and nice. This place does get very busy and I recommend going early in the morning to buy your favorites before they sell out for the day. The place is a nice place that "recently" moved onto Love Lane. It's spacious and clean. I recommend this place for morning coffee and a donut or after a nice lunch.
Wife has followed north fork for years... we had to swing by as passing thru the area. It was late morning so they didn't have a huge selection. They had a busy day. We did grab one cannoli which was super tasty. We need to try their other location... which also has ice cream!!!
This is the cutest donut shop with some amazing donut variations. Seriously, you will have a hard time choosing, so just save yourself some trouble, grab a couple of friends and family and get a proper dozen! I pass through Mattituck a few times throughout the summer, and in addition to Love Lane Kitchen, I will definitely be adding North Fork Doughnut to my must stop list when I'm out there.
I'm a longtime fan of NOFODOCO and for good reason. Their donuts are like no other. Whether for a traditional jelly, glazed or frosted (vanilla, chocolate or strawberry) sprinkled donut or a specialty, you will be deliciously delighted! Follow their Flavor Forecast and you will find yourself planning a visit just to try what's out so you don't miss out. I've been to both locations in Mattituck and Bay Shore. In Mattituck, being located on Love Lane is irresistible for me! Bay Shore is closer to me but I found parking to be a challenge until I found the TWO FREE 15-minute spots directly across the street from the shop on Main Street.
A cute little doughnut shop in the heart of Love Lane in Mattituck. They have a variety of doughnuts to choose from, with some flavors being rotated weekly. All of the flavors sound so delicious. The hardest part is choosing which flavor to get. You will most likely end up ordering at least two for yourself! They are huge and great to share with people. Prices range from $4-5 per doughnut, but understandable since all of the doughnuts are made from scratch. My mom and I opted for the cinnamon sugar, funfetti cookie, Boston crème, and pumpkin spice doughnuts. The doughnuts were so soft to bite into and sweetened perfectly. Not too sweet and had the right amount of sugar. Tasted homemade and very fresh. You could distinguish the flavors between all of the doughnuts. I couldn't even choose a favorite one since they were all so delicious! Definitely will be back if I'm in the North Fork area again :) Highly recommend! They even sell some merchandise with shirts and hats.
Best donuts of all time. Non negotiable, non debatable. I said what I said. The donuts are the size of your head, literally. Four people could honestly split one donut - but it's so worth it! They change up the designs and flavors on a weekly basis which I totally appreciate. it smells like heaven in here and the staff are cool kids. Ugh. I need to go back ASAP!
Super small donut shop, right on Love lane. We walk in, we picked our donuts, they also sell clothes (interesting). So my boyfriend asked what type of coffee they had, it was weird - there was no menu, no sign of what they have, etc... The girl looked at him like he was asking stupid questions. He said what type of coffee, she said what do you want? No girl, what do you have. And he had to pour his own milk from the refreshments fridge. So, the total for 2 donuts and a small coffee came up to $12 and change - AND a tip was presented on their screen to which I clearly denied. Are they serious??? $12 for 3 items? You're out of your mind. Here, I'll give you a tip: Lower your prices, where do you think we are... NYC??? And whats up with that rainbow sign saying all welcome with descriptions below it? (Check out my photo) I'm thoroughly confused, was any type of person not allowed in here prior to having that notification??? What a dumb sign.
Ok. Came across this a-dough-rable donut shop with the best donuts in theeee house. I basically ordered the Homer Simpson donut: aka, sprinklesssssss. Yes. These donuts are like the size of your hand. They're huge and perfect for sharing (or not). They're so fresh, even the bees try to come in and get what they can lol! The cereal killer is perfectly awesome too. The crisp and the soft dough is what gets me. I also love that they have nitro brew on tap as well from Sail Away Coffee Co. It was absolutely delicious. Overall great donut hole in the wall. Near all the wineries. Near all the goodness. Bottom line: donut be jelly, just head over to No Fo Do Co for the best donuts in town.
The star of the north fork. Donut scene. The only donut place. 5 stars if only one cake donut. But with apple fritters and pink lemonade filled it's a hit here for me anyway. Small lot was filled. People were smiling coming out with the cool creative donuts. Weird to see two nice young women accommodating all but the tip jar completely empty. What Schm***s. Please tip the girls or go back under your rock. Thanks Nofo Donuts for your creative friendly place.

We've had our fair share of donuts but these blow them all away. We had the Samoa, Boston Creme and the Black Raspberry Jelly and they were all amazing. The best was the jelly donut which came recommended from Kelly, one of the owners. She was clearly very passionate about her donuts and it shows! They serve Sail Away Nitro and Cold brew which are always on point. I can't wait to head back to try some other creations. read more
Never had a better doughnut in my life! They are HUGE, fluffy, buttery and delicious! They are a little pricey but well worth it. Make sure to get their early because they sell out fast. Fruity pebbles and jelly were my favorites as well as Boston Creme. It has so much filling and the chocolate is so rich and delicious ! I read more

Amazing donuts and I don't even like donuts! We stopped by to get some donuts for our trip and we were amazed by the variety and the sizes. We had the cannoli cream (yum) and the lemon poppyseed (the best ever!) they are made on site and the place smells heavenly. They had cold brew on tap but I wish they had more fresh hot coffee. It's a cute little store front with very friendly staff. read more

My fiance picked up some donuts while we were out for the weekend and they were great! I'm not usually a doughy donut fan, but they were great - especially the apple fritter and coffee cake donut. read more

I've been dying to visit this place after seeing it on instagram! We happened to pass it on our way back home from a trip out east, and arrived there 20 minutes before closing. Much to our disappointment, they were out of most of the donuts (our fault for arriving right before closing), and only had three on display in the case. They had two captain crunch donuts and one fruity pebbles, which was gluten free. As we were willing to try anything at that point, we said we'd take all three! The woman behind the counter then informed us that they did have more gluten free donuts available in the back, and offered to bring them out for us to see the flavors left. There were still several flavors available including Samoa, plain, coffee cake and more fruity pebbles. We ended up leaving with a gluten free Samoa and fruity pebbles as well as the captain crunch. The gluten free donuts were smaller in size and $2 each, whereas the other donuts were larger and ranged in price from $3-$4. I was worried the donuts would taste stale after being out all day, but they weren't! The regular donuts were light and fluffy in taste, while the gluten free ones were a little bit more dense, but not in a bad way! I honestly wouldn't have even known it was gluten free if no one told me! The woman helping us was extremely friendly and patient. The donuts were a bit pricey for me (over $30 for a dozen), but as I'd still be interested in trying other flavors available I'd definitely consider stopping back in here sometime. read more

The absolute BEST doughnuts! They're fresh, fluffy, and pure perfection! They have so many different flavors, the frosting is insanely good, and the cake is just right! Try the Fruity Pebbles of Samoa! read more

Probably the best donuts I've had in a while. Not greasy and very fresh. The different types of flavors are really good. I really liked the lemon filled donut. My daughter brought these home and I can't wait to visit the shop in and adjust my review accordingly. read more

Yummy fresh gourmet doughnuts in Mattituck. Add in cold brew coffee on tap from Sail Away and you have a perfect stop! Cake doughnuts - especially the chocolate - are generally thick and luscious, although the less fresh ones tend to be drier. The yeast doughnuts are airy and melt in your mouth. Flavors include the expected spectrum: cereal-topped (fruity pebbles), sweet and salty (maple bacon), and decadent (Oreo, chocolate peanut butter). Try some of the more interesting ones: potato chip, or chocolate pretzel. The earlier you get there, the more options you'll have. Make sure to pick up a cup of the cinnamon sugar donut holes. They'll keep you happy while resisting the urge to dive into the box. Only complaint? Could use more parking. read more

My boyfriend and I drove for over an hour and a half just to try these donuts, and it was definitely worth the drive! The shop is very cute, simply decorated but super clean. They had about 6 or 7 donut flavors to choose from, and they were all amazing looking! The staff was very friendly. The shop actually ran out of water, so the owner got us glasses of water from the back. I would love to come back if I were in the area again! :) read more

I was walking by one day with my handlers and to my surprise, the owners Jimmy and Kelly not only invited me in but offered me a drink of water. I was very happy because sometimes people are afraid of me. My handlers told me the donuts were delicious and very filling. Since my first visit it's my favorite place to stop when I am out in town greeting my public. I even go there when they are closed to look in the windows. You should stop by and try the donuts. Jimmy and Kelly are very nice and you might get to meet me. read more

I had seen several pictures of doughnuts from north fork doughnut co and was dying to try it! My friend and I loved the two doughnuts we got: cinnamon sugar and caramel coffee cake. Both were delicious and very filling as they were cake doughnuts and very large. For the cinnamon sugar doughnut, I would have preferred if it wasn't as doughy so that you could taste the cinnamon sugar flavoring on the doughnut more, or if the dough itself was cinnamon sugar flavored. Also would have loved if they had seasonal flavors like pumpkin or apple, but maybe they just weren't available when I visited. But overall the doughnuts were very good! read more

Best donuts I've ever had. Fast service from store employees and a great selection of flavors. Unfortunately, on my second trip, my black-raspberry jam donut contained hair from presumably two different employees. Take note of the thick black hair in the upper piece and the thin brown hair in the piece on the right. They are in fact baked in and you would need to tug hard in order to remove it from the donut. I understand it's a family-owned business, but that is no excuse for lapses in quality control. read more

I ordered donuts for a donut wall for a bridal shower, and I have to say they went above and beyond! I gave them a general idea of colors and what flavors we might like and they truly exceeded my expectations. They were such a huge hit, and delicious! We chose a smaller option than usually sold in the store and they were still very filling and satisfying. What a great option for a desert at a party! read more

Visited the wine country and just had to make a stop here for some amazing donuts! I think we bought one of each of what they had that day all I have to say is these are the best donuts I've ever had. I'm a sucker for jelly and Boston cream and they were outstanding! But there apple fritter is ridiculous!! You have to stop here when your in the area. read more

There were 6 donuts ... the Cinnamon Toast Crunch didn't stand a chance to make it home. The cinnamon/sugar donut would be my last meal. Incredibly decadent doughy goodness. Soak up that wine you drank with a carb laden piece of heaven. This family owned business is a must stop!*** We will DEFINITELY be back for more! read more
