The apple cider donuts were warm, soft, and absolutely amazing--worth the trip alone! I'm so glad I was told about Breeze Hill Farm. It's the perfect place to spend a beautiful fall day with family. When you arrive, you can choose between a $20 or $50 bag, and they give you an apple picker stick so you can start your adventure through their stunning 30 acres of apple trees. The land and environment are absolutely beautiful--open skies and rows of apple trees that make the whole place feel peaceful and welcoming. The farm grows an incredible 26 varieties of apples, and you can truly taste the organic freshness in every bite. There's something so special about eating an apple you picked yourself--it's crisp, flavorful, and full of that farm-fresh sweetness you just can't find anywhere else. There's also a cozy fire pit area to relax by, a spot to grab drinks, and the market offers fresh eggs and tomatoes for sale, which was such a nice touch. I came with my family, we had a great afternoon on the farm. They offer apple picking, but we didn't do it. We bought a cucumber and fresh apple cider donuts. We also got apple cider slushes and a hot apple cider. The slushes were so delicious they are served with whipped cream and a donut on top! The property is beautiful, there is lots of space to sit. They even put on music for us to sit back and enjoy. They have a big fire pit too! We would definitely come back. Everyone that works there is super sweet and welcoming. Absolutely sunny ! The ceremony was out on their field overlooking the sound. The cocktail hour was in a separate section with fantastic hors d'oeuvres. Excellent bar service. The reception was tented. The food was fabulous and always very well timed It was amazing. read more

Breeze Hill Farm is our favorite farm. We love the apple cider donuts, the apple pie and apple crumb pie. We love how fresh everything is here! the warm apple cider donuts are to die for. I really appreciated the service when I wanted to take home another pie that they didn't have. They offered to bake it that night and I can come back the next morning for it at whichever time i'd like to come. The pie was super fresh and delicious! Visit Date: October 22, 2021 I found this little farm stand on the way back from making a short trip to Greenport. It was beautiful, serene, peaceful with a decent selection of stuff for sale. We were in our way back from Orient Point and we wanted to get coffee for the ride home. All of a sudden I see this roadside place. I've been down this road hundreds of times but this is the first time I've noticed it. Cute little store boating hot apple cider and cider donuts. They even seem to carry some groceries just in case you need anything. So we go for the hot cider and 2 fresh made cider donuts. Get this, two drinks and two donuts $4, that's right $4. I walked out starring at the receipt in disbelief. I even went back in to double check. Nope just $4. How can you pass this deal up. Now that I know where they are I'll be back when I'm the area. This venue has the potential to be "the one". it was beautiful from the beginning to end and the two women in the market were warm and friendly. Jenn The wedding person was late and invoked no sense of confort or knowledge about weddings or anything. She was all over the place and her flippant attitude was one I definitely wanted no part of at my wedding as I could barely tolerate the rushed and poor tour of the beautiful space. I would recommend this to anyone as long as they did not have Jenn as their wedding person. read more

Once you try you never pass by. Even if just to go in and get some apples whatever.. but mostly take home some cider for someone .. We saw the sign for "cider donuts" and knew we had to stop - and we stayed to browse their ripping fresh vegetables, fruits, pies and jams. It's also a very charming farm stand and nice people to boot. We walked out with a dozen fresh-from-the-field plum tomatoes (still warm from the sun!) for our marinara sauce and a half-dozen cider donuts for dessert (of course, we tried a few on the drive home ... We bought a most excellent strawberry rhubarb pie here on our way west from the Orient Point ferry. The crust was tender and flaky and perfect, the fruit was flavorful and not overly sweet! We also got some local strawberries and asparagus which were both fresh and very good. Would definitely stop here again! Oh and the donuts... read more

Apple cider donuts!!! Yum! Worth the stop just for them! There may be a line so be prepared for that.

We decided to go apple picking yesterday (Monday), as the kids were off from school. Breeze Hill was recommended by a friend. I called in advance to find out if they were open. I was told they were open from 9-5. We arrived at 11. The lot had 6 or 7 cars in it and the door was open so we walked in. There were 2 other customers in the shop. There was apple cider being served and fruits and vegetables out for sale. One of the customers told me they were closed and to go out back to speak to "the lady". I don't know if she was the owner or what, but when I went out back there were people (customers?) sitting at a table. The lady did not have a mask on and approached me saying they were closed and to come back Wednesday. I told her I had called and was told they were open and that I couldn't come back Wednesday because the kids had school then and I had to work. She started getting upset at me and answering me in a less than friendly tone. Again, no mask and potentially spitting on me, telling me that they didn't have any apples left and if I didn't like it I should talk to the thousands of people that had come out over the weekend and picked all the apples. I was shocked at the way she spoke to me, but that was the first I had heard that there were no apples left and am guessing this is why they were closed. At that point she was yelling at me in front of my kids and family so I told her that this was not the right way to speak to customers. She said if I didn't like it I should go post about it online. I gathered my kids and we started to walk out and she proceeded to chase me out the door and screaming nonsense and she put up a CLOSED sign. Then she yelled at me some more and told me that she didn't want my kind there anyway, whatever that means. My kids and 3 year old niece were so upset about the fiasco and did not want to get back in the car after driving for an hour and a half. They were also confused, as we have local friends in the area and had visited this farm (not knowing it was the same one when we chose to go apple picking there) a few weeks before and purchased some veggies and eggs. The kids had fun and we had even taken pictures there. I should have known at the time that the staff/owners had issues because the young man behind the register was on his phone the whole time and was not friendly at all as we were checking out. I didn't think much of it at the time bc I am not one to run and complain about every less than pleasant experience in the world. However, the experience we had yesterday was so horrible that my kids were even talking about it through the night. I don't know how an Orchard just runs out of apples Monday and miraculously will have more Wednesday. I also don't know why a business would claim to be open and then rudely kick out customers and their small children out of frustration. This may be a small, pretty and uncrowded farm, but the behavior of the people working there is totally out of line and uncalled for. If one can't run a business because the stress is too great, perhaps they should close or explain it in a reasonable and professional manner. I will never be visiting this place again and I hope that people who choose to go anyway would be cautious as to not interact with the staff there. This place deserves ZERO stars. read more

If you're getting married and want your wedding to be magical The best thing that happened for our wedding was finding Breeze Hill Farm and working with Ro and Steve. Let's start at the beginning. We are in April 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. My mother and I had visited the venue in February and fell in love We had been looking at other venues but once we met Ro, it was a done deal for us. Their flexibility and understanding of the pandemic, their above and beyond customer service approach, made my husband and I not only feel taken care of but like family. They connected us with all the local vendors and we started not only to build a team for our wedding but actually feel apart of a community. How rare is that? Ro and Steve did absolutely everything to make our 2 day wedding weekend come to life. From driving our family/friends back and forth on the trolly as we took over the entire property to host a full on camp style color war. (A 2 hour rely race with 75 people.) Ro was moving rugs and plants and tables before our welcome party and wedding; ensuring we had the most beautiful experience ever. We probably went to the venue 5-7x throughout the year and a half, we just loved coming and building the vision. And there was Ro and Steve always there with a warm smile, an apple cider doughnut and more ideas to make our wedding dreams come to fruition. If you are looking for something off the beaten path, for your guest to leave feeling apart of something bigger than themselves then this is your venue. You will feel so special and cared for. On Long Island where there are thousands of venues that offer cookie cutter experiences, to find BHF, a rare gem in a sea of commonness was the greatest gift. We cannot wait to celebrate our anniversaries every year with the BHF family. Was a nice place except for the woman that worked inside. At first, we were told the small bag was going to be sold to us for $20, no problem! Picked some apples that were left, went inside to pay and the cashier was not wearing a mask, while eating food while we paid (in this day standing only in front of a counter with no mask is much less than 6 feet apart). Told us we had picked too many to pay $20, removed apples from our bag and told us we should be paying more for the apples that were left inside of the bag. I asked if we could please pay then leave because I was uncomfortable that she was not wearing a mask. She then proceeded to follow me OUTSIDE TO MY CAR to call me a "little bitch" and tell me how "sad" I was. I would NOT recommend coming here and the DOH will be notified to protect others!! read more

Took a drive through Greenport and stumbled upon this little gem. Saw a sign for cider donuts and had to pull over to get some... so glad I did! They were the freshest donuts I've ever had. They are made fresh throughout the day (I stopped in late afternoon and the ones I bought had only been made 30 min before). Also picked up some apples and tomatoes. Both were delicious. The tomatoes in particular were a gorgeous red color. Will defeinitely stop back here the next time I'm in Greenport. read more

I was pretty much blown away by the product at this farm. I've been back three times in one week! I know this area very well and I have to say I was a little reluctant to stop here since they opened...it just looked a little too "shiny" if you know what I mean. It looked as if everything had been done so perfectly, it couldn't possibly have been done by authentic farmers! But, alas, when the weather turned a bit cooler the big "cider and donuts" signs finally hit all the right triggers. I went with my daughter and niece and nephew when they had off from school last week. We got donuts and they were surprisingly fresh for a weekday, they must have just been made. They weren't warm, but they weren't sitting for a while either. They must make very small batches at a time and when those run out they make more. Since they hadn't started making hot cider yet we got San Pelligrinos. They had the biggest selection of flavors I've seen outside of the city (or Italy!) My husband still goes nuts for donuts so I told him we'd go back the next weekend, which we did. When we went back we got honey, cheese, apples and of course donuts again. All delicious. We also got a peach pie. Simply put: this is the best peach pie I've ever had! It was like biting into a peach. I just don't know how they kept the peaches that flavorful, they seemed like they must have been just picked but how can that be, it's late September? Are peaches still on the trees? I thought they grew in July. I don't know.....what I do know is the crust was absolute perfection. We went back the next day to get the blueberry pie....you know what's coming right? I almost can't believe a farm like this beats some of my all time local favorites like Briermere's and Schmitt's (which I still love....but pie trumps loyalty!) I just hope this place starts making all my favorite flavors starting with peach/cherry!! I also bought a jar of pasta sauce just based on how damn good the pies/donuts and other products were. I haven't broken into it yet. The ladies there were also extremely nice and funny and you could tell they loved their farm and were proud of it (as they should be.) They have a couple of tables out back, not too many but it is pretty. A very impressive operation, pride of ownership and certainly top-notch product. Very nice establishment. There's an orchard in back growing peaches (the best I've ever eaten) and apples. Corn, tomatoes, squash etc. available. Everything is first class good. In the fall they make cider from their apples. You have try the cider doughnuts made on the premises. Nice people, quality items. No corn maze, petting zoo or other amusements (thank God), just good fresh honest products. read more
