Some people talk about friendliness from the staff but I feel like they are asking for too much. To add insult or compliment to "injury", my vehicle was probably the cheapest in the parking lot, lol. If I was running a farmer's market that so many flocked to, I would do the same for pricing. But also for that reason is why I offer 4 instead of 5 stars.

The gorgeous flowers gardens, the cute animals, the chic yet down to earth ambiance, the warm and welcoming owner... I could go on and on! Heck, even the bumble bees just sleeping inside the sunflowers were cute... and I'm usually scared of bees! I asked the owner Harry about them and he laughed, mentioning they're just napping after indulging on nectar. It turns out this was Harry's first wedding here.. how incredible! I politely said that it was tagged $39.99 and showed the cashier the tag. She called someone else over who said that was incorrect and implied very strongly that my mother and I had switched the tag. We in no way switched the price tag, had they simply said that it must've been incorrectly priced I would've still made the purchase but the tone and insinuation that we had switched tags was just horrible. Very rude and poorly handled. We live locally and have purchased many plants here over the years but will be taking our business elsewhere now.

When I went to stand on line, one cashier was helping the 1st cashier bag the items. I made eye contact with her hoping she would ring me up but no luck. It was fine, just decided to wait. The 3rd cashier was gone. Someone else decided to check out and waited on the other side of the line. Unfortunately the cashier who was helping with the bagging, directed him to the 1st cashier & called the cashier to return to her spot. I'm confused because she saw me waiting before him. It wasn't until I pointed at her and definitely looked confused at this. She immediately returned to her register. Lol maybe she didn't see me waiting? No, we made eye contact. Honestly Disappointing, as a Latina I was happy to see other Latinos out here in this side of Long Island and support. Would I return? Not when there are multiple other markets nearby! The quality of the foods did not match what their prices were at all. I was able to find two DECENT corncobs in a big pile of corn. Customer service was a bummer overall.

That doesn't really make customers want to come back. Attitudes could be better. Just sayin.
