I had an appointment scheduled with this company to repair my window screens, but I found a better price elsewhere and canceled the night before. When I called to cancel, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and started yelling at me that I had no right to cancel the night before because they were a small business which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from any business. Everyone has the right to choose who they do business with, and there is no excuse for treating potential customers this way. I would not recommend this company based on their attitude and lack of professionalism. read more

I had all intentions of wanting to give this company and Tim Juszczak 5 stars but he did this on himself. Their prices are good I will say that. But it goes south from there. Tim came out and partially installed the screen door..........the key word being "partially". He was going to come out and put in the door jamb so the door will lock. Instead he just left the latch partially drilled into the door frame. He missed the first date to come out and asked to reschedule. I said OK and stayed home. He missed the second date and now won't return my text. I unfortunately liked the guy and paid him on the one day he did come out. Shame on me for being trustworthy to someone who has poor business ethics and lacks any type of professionalism. Please don't support an establishment who conducts business in this manner. read more

Michael turned out to be a very no-nonsense guy who called me back immediately, showed up for his appointment on-time, explained options, quickly installed a new screen door, showed how to adjust it and get it back on track if needed, and was on his way. Guests and the 60 lb puppy have been no kinder to the new screen door, but it's held up to the abuse without rips, bends, or any other issues. If your like me,when it comes to repairs I have adopted the attitude of "Do it Right or Do it Twice." I am a perfectionist and particular with home repairs. I needed window screens as well as a sliding screen replaced(thank you to my dog) and I was referred to North County Mobile Screens. When I contacted them, the owner of the company was VERY accomadating to my needs for repairs. They made my appointment within a reasonable time-frame....within 3 days I had my needs met. When he showed up to do the work, believe it or not, he actually was ON TIME like committed to....now we all know how the world of construction goes..."on time" haha. The gentleman doing the work was very professional, patient with my requests and did and PERFECT job. Hands down, the work was PERFECT, and believe me, I'm not one to say a job is/was PERFECT! I called Mike for a quote on replacing a screen door that was on its last legs. He arrived the next morning exactly at the scheduled time, took the req'd measurements for the new screen door. He also adjusted the wheels on another screen door that was not rolling too well. He set up another appointment to return with the new custom made screen door. Called the day before the appointment to re-confirm, again showed up RIGHT on time. He went so far as to replace the handle on the new door because of a small scratch it rec'd in shipping......He even hauled away the old busted up screen door.
