As one other review mentioned (as did their very apologetic staff), their online scheduling isn't reliable on occasion. Recommend calling and speaking with a person. They did reach out and apologize for the misunderstanding, but that doesn't help me getting off work early to meet them when they didn't show up. Owner contacted me and provided context for the communication issue and apologized again. And while I can't speak to the quality of their service (other glowing Yelp reviews do so), I can speak to their professionalism and integrity after making a mistake. read more

I finally decided to replace a very old metal security door with a good quality screen door. I called Mobil Screen Pro and talked to Darrick. He came out took measurements and I decided on the door I wanted. Darrick ordered my new door and 2 days later I have a beautiful new door. Darrick did a great job. Darrick is a straight shooter. He arrived early for our 9:30 appt. He gave me a quote over yelp messaging and stayed true to his word. On arrival, we went through each window and discussed if it, in fact, needed a re-screen, frame work, etc. He did not try to upsell me. He ended up not re-screening 2 windows, fixed the others including frames (didn't need new ones), and fixed our screen door. We did opt to upgrade that one for $50 to a stronger pet screen with improved ventilation. He worked quietly and efficiently and was easy to have around the house. Darrick is great. He had to build 24 screens for me and did a couple of rescreens. All were very fairly priced. For the "fresh" screens, he did a great job fitting the new screen frames into my windows frames as best as he could. My windows are very old and most are not perfectly rectangular so it was a struggle. Where he ran into issues where the fit may not have been perfect, he checked with me before moving forward. We were very clear on pricing and he quoted prices after tax from the start and he stuck to his bid perfectly. He is also very fast and was great to deal with. A++ read more

I had a number of screens that needed attention and I also wanted to have a vanishing screen installed on my french doors. Darrick was great about making sure I knew the product that I was getting for the french doors. He found videos so that I could see the operation of the screens before he came to my home. It was installed quickly and beautifully. For the other screens that needed attention (15 years old!) he assessed the viability of the screen frames and reused almost all of them. One did break during the install so Darrick built a new frame but only charged me for a rescreen. He also had to build new frames for screens that were gone and those were great as well. Darrick came over to replace / install two "pet proof" screens on our sliding doors. We talked on the phone prior to him coming over and I sent him pictures as well. His service was good and I can't complain on the quality of the product. BUT, a word of advice: be sure to take measurements BEFOREHAND, send them to him and get the quote in writing before he comes to visit. On the phone, he estimated $200/door ($400 total) and when the bill came, it was 30% more ($524). It also seems odd that he would charge tax on an installation job. I've never been charged tax on an installation before, but he says it's tax on the product itself. Sounds funny since he is not the manufacturer. Nonetheless, I called him after to voice my displeasure and he wasn't the most friendly....i even had to ask him not to yell at me on the phone. I didn't (and don't) want to argue, but if you verbally estimate $400, then don't charge me $524 without discussing it with me first to make sure it's OK. I would have went with another screen replacement outfit if I knew it was going to be $524 as that's way too much for 2 replacement screens. If you're looking to save money, go elsewhere. But if you don't care about money, then caveat emptor. read more
