Gary came by and took a look at my broken retractable screen door. He gave me a quote for a fix and a new door. Before doing anything, he offered to attempt to quick fix it without adding any new material. He spent about 20 minutes working it and returning it to its track. It didn't work, but Gary did not charge for the adjustment and attempt. Really appreciate Gary at Breeze screens for his time and advice. Gary was nice and professional from the time of estimate through the installation. The wait time from delivery to install was a little longer than I had hoped, but that was also due the excitement of receiving the screen. We had a garage lifestyle screen installed. We have had it for about a week and absolutely love it. It wasn't perfect; there were a few drill holes that were done incorrectly and weren't brought to our attention until we noticed it a few days later and the bracket cuts were done haphazardly after the track was installed so there were slight cuts on the track and the bracket cuts are sharp (although hidden). This is not a common product, so it's understandably not going to be perfect, but for the functionality, look, and end-product, I am very happy with how all of it turned out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. To keep the his promise of installing my doors within 4 weeks, he upgraded my doors for free (the doors I chose which are a little cheaper were not available until much later time). Breeze was efficient in re-screening the windows as estimated. The workers were respectful of the interior of our home when they did the install on the second floor windows. They wore shoe-covers and worked carefully replacing the screens.
