I had some annoying issues with my door not closing properly. The door would rub against the frame and has slowly been grinding down the wood over the years. I tried to adjust the track myself a few times but I would end up defeated. I got fed up, and filled out the quotation on their website. I was emailed early the next day with full details of the visit and what to expect, and Nathan was able to come out the same day to check out what was going on with my door. We had a good conversation about my options and he showed me everything from a tuneup to a full blown door / track replacement. Nathan ended up suggesting a fix that could possibly save some money and time, and we went with that option. After replacing the flag brackets and readjusting everything, the door worked better than it ever has. He also was able to save me a bit more money at the end when I signed off on the work which was very much appreciated. I bought a new car and was trying to get the opener to pair with the vehicle. Except I pressed the learning button too long and cleared everything (I.e., my other car's pairing was cleared). I called Door Dorks who installed my door a couple of years ago. Gina was so helpful and got me on their schedule for the next day to fix that issue and get my door a tune up, as well. Adam gave me a text 30 minutes before his arrival. He reset my motor to "re-learn" the remotes and allow me to reset the original car and the new one. Then he showed me how to lube the hinges and make sure that they are freed up to "roll". Glad I had that done as the door is whisper quiet again. Need to do this once a year now.
