Adrian showed up, quickly assessed and addressed the problem caused by an automatic door locking mechanism not releasing. this caused the door to twist and side rail to bend. Thought the side rail would need to be replaced but he was able to straighten things out. My 30 year old door works again although the rollers will need to be replaced before too long... After posting about my experience, Precise Garage Doors Services made an active effort to reach out to me and discuss my concerns, unlike "the other company." After PGDS lead technician Leo came by the following week, we decided to replace the hardware (springs) that was installed by "the other company." Precise Garage Doors Services handled this unique situation with professionalism and Leo went the extra mile by removing the labor on the spring installation and tuning up the garage door / replacing some bearings. As much as I didn't want pay for a second set of springs in less than one year, to not have to deal with garage door issues or the other company was well worth the cost to just be done and move on.
