We are so thankful to have found Precise Garage Doors Services, who promptly dispatched a technician to arrive between 6:45pm and 8:30pm the same day. At 7pm, we were greeted by Eldad, a friendly and professional team member, who even texted us in advance to let us know he was on his way. Eldad really turned a stressful situation into a positive experience with his professionalism, technical expertise, and attention-to-detail. He carefully diagnosed the entire garage door system to identify what had caused the door to slip off its tracks and took the time to explain everything to us. It was clear that Eldad takes great pride in his work. He also assisted us in greasing the bolts, showed us how to conduct maintenance to the door, re-tightened some loose bolts, and even looked into the sensors that had been displaying an "ERROR" message. Before leaving, he had us test the garage door several times to ensure everything was functioning properly. All this was done in around an hour or so at a VERY reasonable price. Update: less than a week after Precise "fixed" my garage door, there is a problem. When in the open position, the garage door hangs down 6 to 8 inches visibly in the opening. You can see this from the outside. Not only is this not supposed to happen, now I had to call them back out to fix this problem and take up more time. The owner did come out and fix it that day so I commend him for his service and work ethic. Also, they quoted a particular sized spring, but ended up putting in a small smaller one. This should have been a reduction in pricing. When I asked them about it, they never got back to me. It seems as though they are expecting me to walk away. This is after they made a big deal about telling me that the price of the spring changes with its size. Precise garage door repaired my garage door. It had become unbalanced and came off the tracks, bending one side and breaking a window in the process. They replaced the spring with a larger one and replaced the window with plexiglass.
