Amazing! Yesterday: Accidentally sat on the garage door remote while my husband was backing up and the door and van collided at 5:15 pm. Called Ivan at 6:30 pm, made a request for him to come out in the morning. At 8am, I called and spoke to Ivan. Ivan is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. During the brief conversation Ivan quickly grasped the problem and scheduled a service call for the afternoon. Surprisingly, the service member arrived at 11AM, before the promised timeframe. The repair took only 45 minutes, and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the job.
