A couple days later the garage door would not go down, and appeared the sensor was misaligned. After reaching out I was told he was really busy but would swing by the next day to take a look. Well, of all things my garage door tension spring snapped in half! My husband said he would fix it but let's be honest here, I really didn't trust that he knew what he was doing.
