Our HOA recently had ADS repair the frames of two security gates that were rusting out of the concrete and install a new access system. Arturo came by and wrote a detailed estimate for the gate repairs and a few options for entry systems. The estimate was half as much as a competing company. Arturo also performed all of the work and did an excellent job. The job entailed cutting out rusted parts and welding new pieces to the gate frames and securing them into the concrete. He also installed a telephone entry system and a cellular voice and data adapter control box. He explained how to activate the cellular service, and got the system up and running. I started programming the system while he was completing gate repairs and was really helpful and knowledgeable about some questions I had while programming. Arturo accomplished all of this in just a few hours. The gates now work perfectly as does the entry system. I also worked with the office scheduling the work and were available for any questions I had. I highly recommend ADS. read more

I have a Lift Master garage door opener. On Superbowl Sunday 2026 I was gone from my home from 3:30 pm to 9:00pm. I closed the garage door with my remote in my car when I left and watched the door close. When I returned home the garage door was open. I called ADS and technician Jorge Mendoza came to my house for service. I told him what happened. He said the only way the garage door can open is by using the remote or the button on the garage wall. He said the light of the back of the unit was not lit showing no problems. This is a lie. I had the same problem 2 or 3 years ago and the technician told me then it could be a dying battery in the remote or a short in the wires in the motherboard. I asked Jorge if he had checked the battery and he said no. I forced him to replace the battery in the remote. read more

I took advantage of a special maintenance service price because our garage door is 15 years old and making lots of noise as it opened. Jesus came out today and solved the problem. The auto garage door would close and then reopen without stopping. Took about 20 minutes to diagnose the issue. He replaced the mechanism that connects the motor for controlling the door, which was quite worn. Jesus was personable and knowledgeable and did not try to upsell us on anything, which we seniors appreciate. Jorge showed up today to do the annual tune up on my garage door. He worked for about 45 minutes and performed the necessary tests and adjustments. At the end he made a recommendation to someday replace the rollers since the door (that was installed by ADS) had been in service for many years and the ball bearings will at some point wear down. He had records that show all the services and the motor replacement that was installed a few years ago. All in all he provided exactly the service needed at a fair price. From the first phone call to inquire about my garage door problem and through the final repair, the company team members were friendly and professional. There was a gap under the door where the cement was not even. In addition, the door was a newer model from Germany that Jorge had to figure out how to reset the closure, since the repair changed the height of it. I didn't have the manual so he tried different reset procedures. It was obvious that he was very experienced and skilled with resolving garage door issues. He was also very respectful and friendly.
