Bradbury Garage Doors is a company that genuinely delivers on its promises. We hired them to replace our garage door opener and were impressed with their honesty and professionalism. They recommended the right system for our very heavy doors at a fair, competitive price. I know because I shopped around! We've had a great experience with technicians Daniel and Matthew, who are knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. What truly sets Bradbury apart is that they stand behind their products and service. We experienced an issue with the opener after installation, but what matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Bradbury was responsive, committed to making things right, and demonstrated that their customer service doesn't end with the sale. Honest advice, fair pricing, excellent service, and dependable follow through. That kind of accountability is increasingly hard to find. I highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors! read more

Cole was great. On time and professional. Our garage door is working perfectly. Would use Bradbury again.

These guys came out quickly to diagnose issues with my garage door on two occasions. It should have been one but I was trying to save money and delay the inevitable. They are not pushy at all and both technicians were friendly and helpful on their visits. Ultimately I need to replace my spring and some additional parts to get my garage functional again. They explained things clearly and patiently. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

Dallas came over to fix our garage. In the morning there was a little hiccup and he was able to arrive same day to fix the issue. He even arrived with a coffee for me! My kiddos were visiting with him while he worked and he was so kind. Will definitely reach out to them in the future! read more

Dallas arrived on time and was very pleasant. We discussed the problem with my garage door opener. Based on its age and condition he recommended replacement which I expected. He proceeded with the installation and he also recommended replacement of the spring & rollers. I could see he was correct & went ahead with those repairs. He completed the work and showed me how to operate all parts, remotes & both keypads. I am delighted with his installation and his customer service! I highly recommend Bradley Garage doors. Dallas was an exceptional in how he was willing to explain everything. Thank you for your prompt service! read more

Bradbury Doors did a beautiful job replacing our decades old garage doors. The windows at the top allow much more light in our garage and they look nice on the outside. Nice upgrade t our old garage door. Highly recommend. read more

We had an exceptional experience with Bradbury Garage Doors. We had an issue with the installation of our new garage door opener and the owner, Phil, was amazing. He really cares about his customers. He came out to our house and made sure in the end we were happy with their services and we were! Thank you Phil and Bradbury Garage Doors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. read more

Tim did an amazing job installing our new Liftmaster Belt Drive garage opener. We appreciated how he took the time to inspect all the parts of the garage door from the hinges to the torsion spring. He explained each part of the opener which helped us understand the necessity to get our torsion spring replaced. He performed the replacement and installation efficiently and cleanly. The only issue we had was with the Homelink programming which Tim tried to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, we believe it's just an issue with the newer Liftmaster units. Other than that, we are really satisfied with Tim's work. read more

I've used Bradbury several times before and they always provide friendly, prompt and professional service!

Replaced a 20 year old garage door opener today. Dallas was very helpful with his review of the options for repair or replace, including levels of cost and quality. He also performed a full inspection of the garage door since he was on site to see if there was anything else that caught his eye. Always happy to support a local business, and I felt like the knowledge and service was exemplary. read more

Cody arrived earlier than our appt time since he had an earlier job done quicker than expected. Our garage has been acting up lately with it going back up after closing. He was able to diagnose, reset the limits, and also install a new garage door bottom weather seal in 30 min. Very professional and is very good at what he does. Offered some suggestions in the next couple years as the opener is reaching 15 yrs. Highly recommend this company! read more

I'm a proponent of, If it ain't broke, don't fix it. So when Dallas noted in 2021 and again a few months ago that my garage door only had one spring and should have two--because I wasn't experiencing any problems with the door--I chose to leave well enough alone. The one spring was at least 11 years old. It broke recently, on a Saturday at the end of the day. I called Bradbury, left a voice message, and Sherry returned my call within a minute or two--wowing me with her responsiveness. She scheduled the service for my garage door for the first appointment of the day on Monday, which I really appreciated. Monday came, I received a text with a map letting me know Daniel was en route and where he was. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem -- like Dallas had said, the door is too heavy for just one spring to do all the work and needed two -- and clearly explained my options. I went with two torsion springs and a set of new nylon rollers. Daniel completed the work in about an hour or less. I very much appreciated his professionalism, efficiency and clear communication throughout the service call--which is what I've come to expect from Bradbury based on my previous two experiences with them. I also appreciate their competitive pricing. Best of all, the door works even better than it did before. When it opens and closes, it hardly makes a sound. read more

Our door was not working, so I called Bradbury Garage Doors who had installed the opener three years ago. Dallas came the next day, diagnosed the problem, and proposed to replace the springs and rebalance the door. I said yes, and he made it so. Great service and excellent communication throughout. He even bought coffees for the construction crew who is working on our place. Highly recommended. read more

They are always responsive and helpful and if one company isn't available, they were collaboratively to get someone out to you. They've always been very nice. read more

Tim Patterson was our tech. He called 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time. He smiled and introduced himself. He has a genial nature which is at once disarming and engaging. He looked at the door and motor, and described what needed to be done. I agreed, and he set about doing it. I was surprised how much smoother the door operated after his magic touches. We chatted a bit, I paid the bill, and off Tim went to provide flawless service to another Bradbury Garage Door customer. Well done, Tim! Thank you so much and more! read more

Update....one year later we sold that house and bought a new one. We had them out for the new place and again did a full 3 car garage replacement of everything. Excellent work, communication and customer service! 6/17/24 I had three bids, Bradbury was the most detailed, providing me with all of the details needed to make a decision on what new doors were best for our needs. Phil even went over and above to quiet our noisy old doors while we waited on our new ones. The installers were great, also answered my questions and made adjustments as needed. read more

Today at 11 AM, one of my garage door openers wouldn't work. I tried the trouble-shooting detailed in the owner's manual, but nothing worked (19 years old.) I had used Bradbury Garage Doors in the past and called them. Their technician Dallas showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon (same day), and replaced the garage door opener with a new one in 90 minutes! And it is an upgrade from the previous unit. Dallas is a really nice guy and a competent technician! I highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors! read more

I needed a new garage door, so I contacted three different companies and I reviewed their ratings. I also got pricing from each of the companies. I selected Bradbury Garage Doors and they installed my new door yesterday. I watched the guys install the door and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the process they used to install the new door. I love my new door - it's super quiet and it's beautiful! I also like the new controls, it's wonderful to have the ability to operate the door from an app on my phone and to use the camera to see if anyone is in my garage when I am away. I am 100% happy with Bradbury and would recommend them to others. read more

My garage door was sounding a little rough whenever we opened and closed it and we realized we haven't had it serviced in a few years. I decided it needed preventative maintenance and Bradbury offered a "tune-up" as one of their many services. I used Bradbury Garage Doors years ago when my garage door opener decided it was done and needed to be replaced. It appears I forgot to do a review after that visit....I'm a slacker. Like the first time it was very easy to make an appointment. I actually made it online this time and it was very easy to do. I received a prompt email from them confirming my appointment and who the technician would be. There ended up being a change in the tech but I received an update with the new information prior to their visit so I knew who was coming. Mathew arrived on time, listened to my concerns about the door and got to work. He was very through and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. It sounds like a completely different door, it's actually pretty quite now. While he was here I asked if I could have the rubber at the bottom of the door replaced as well because it was looking pretty tore up. He was able to do that at an extra cost. It looks really good now. I'll definitely use Bradbury Garage Doors again if the need arises and would recommend them to family and friends. read more

Everything went well, from start to finish Chris oversaw the installation, which was done quickly and efficiently. We had an issue with the trim on one of the windows. They were back the next day fixed the problem with no questions asked. The new door makes our house look better. If you need a new garage door, I highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors. read more

I contacted Bradbury yesterday for a last minute repair to a door with a bent rail and bracket at our vacation rental. Their technician - Matthew arrived there within an hour and quickly resolved the issue prior to our next guest arriving. He even tuned up a couple issues with the other doors while he was there. I was impressed with Matthew's professionalism and knowledge and would gladly hire Bradbury again. read more

I love love love this company! I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel a couple of weeks ago who came out because our big giant 10 foot tall double garage door would not operate. He was able to fix it no problem. He also noticed that one of the automatic locking mechanisms wasn't engaging and thought we'd have to replace it. But then he discovered that whenever they were first installed, the installation crew never bothered to drill a hole through the rail for the lock to engage in. Lol and then Daniel finish up with a tuneup for both our big and little garage door. Anyway-Daniel was awesome. Use Bradbury Garage Doors every chance you get. I have used them twice and will use them for the rest of our time here. read more

Charge more than doctors and lawyers and the service guy REALLY hammered me to upsell parts that were not needed. I've used them before a few times, must be new owners? California law mandates a WRITTEN estimate before work begins... Not done here.. read more

15 year old opener stopped working so I called Bradbury. Same day appointment with text updates on tech assignment and arrival time, same day completion. Minor hiccup adjustment needed a couple of days later and it was handled within an hour with zero hassle as well. Technician (Logan) was excellent both times. I am sure you can find less expensive and more expensive options, but making the process stress free for me for the price I paid makes me feel like I absolutely got value for my money. Would absolutely recommend this company, and Logan. read more

Hi Matt, thank you for coming by 3 weeks ago to provide the estimate for our 2-car garage door. Our garage door suddenly does not open with either the remote or the keypad. Called Bradbury Garage Doors and it was easy to schedule. Replied to messages promptly. No pressure. Got my diagnostic done by Dallas and gave me a quote to what service will cost so I know what I am looking at. Suggested service that is necessary. Dallas got the job done the day after the diagnostic and so far everything is working great. They are still answering my questions after the service. Good customer service and for that I recommend this business. read more

I'm confused. Just had a tune up and tech Dylan warned I'd better find my emergency release lock keys to open my door if needed. I thought my 2020 installation included the new California State requirement for a battery back up motor that will lift and close my door about 10 times on a charge in such an emergency or at least it's what I paid for. I found the keys that fit that lock after Bradbury doors left, but do I have the set up I need? read more
