Tom and his crew is one of those rare honest teams in san diego. He came with one other worker and fixed our martin garage door without going overboard in suggesting expensive repairs -- he even was able to quote the right repair over text messages based on our photos. Our door is tricky because it is a vintage martin door originally spec'd with two asymmetric springs, but Tom repaired it with symmetrical torsion springs and all the bearings inspected and replaced as needed.
