I called today at 6pm to schedule an emergency garage door repair. The spring broke and my 2 cars are trapped in the garage. The operator said that someone will call in 30 minutes but no one called. One hour later, I got a text message, stating that someone will be here by 8pm but that didn't happen. Then, I called and spoke with the operator again at 9pm. It's 10:30pm now, but no calls, no text messages... If nobody can come tonight, then they should have a courtesy to at least let me know that they can't come. Door Dorks came out within 24 hours of my call. The technician quickly assessed my door and give me a quote that was fair and consistent with other repair companies that I contacted. However, the technician spent a little extra time adjusting other parts of my door that were mal-aligned. For example, at one point he noticed that a cable that runs along the side of the garage door was rubbing up against a piece of the metal railing.
