We called several garage door installers and all were darn good. We chose to go with Door Dorks because the price was right and we really liked Gina. She came out and showed us some colors and styles and we were able to choose one quickly. The estimate was great and she ordered it. It was in within a couple weeks and we had thought it would be longer. The work was well-done by Matt and the door looks amazing. Very happy with Door Dorks and the work done. Highly recommend! read more

I had accidentally got locked into my garage because I hit the reset button on the opener and did not know how to program it but thanks to the wonderful people that work for Door Dorks on a Saturday. I got the help I needed it! I called and I spoke to Jae who helped me get a representative repair person Nathan out to me as soon as possible. I then received a phone call from Nathan who said he was packing up his truck it would be to me in 20 minutes. And then again called me to say he was here and he was coming to the back to the garage where my building was. He came out at 8:15 and Was to be there between 8 and 10 AM so that was great. He began his work helped reset and pain repair the garage door for me. He was very thorough checked all the physical parts of the garage to make sure they were working properly and rechecked all the settings to make sure that it was working properly for me before he left. Nathan was amazing I thought, and he is a wonderful asset to your company. and also Jae, who was the receptionist who helped me as well, so thank you and I will highly recommend your company. read more

I selected Door Dorks for our recent garage repair with required a full spring conversion kit upgrade. I appreciated their quick response via text and over the phone and Haley's transparency in pricing. She answered all my questions so I knew EXACTLY what I would paying for at the end of the day. Alfonso Rosas was our service tech. He was prompt, personable and extremely professional. He asked us if we wanted to do any upgrades to that parts we needed, and when we declined, he did not try to push us into changing our mind or try to upsell us on anything. All in all, I would highly recommend Door Dorks to friends or anyone else needing garage repair services! read more

Door Dorks was amazing, had great customer service, efficient, and were great to have at my home. Matthew just left after spending a couple hours wrestling with our door. New issues kept popping up but he was great in adapting and finishing the job. We are very glad to have the new opener installed and working smooth. Thanks also to Nathan for our first visit and letting us know how to get a free replacement part and Jason for coming out first thing in the morning to do our final diagnosis. Wonderful, efficient, knowledgeable service by Nathan Casey. Booked an appointment online and they were there the next day on time! Nathan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, thorough and patient. I highly highly recommend this company! Good value for service Also, I found them through Yelp, but I was looking for the company I had used in the past and was unable to find them but it turns out, it is the same company with just a name change. I love the fact that they're local family owned. I had a similar positive experience four years ago when they replaced one of my garage door openers Will plan to do more business with them Admittedly, I don't do a lot of reviews because it takes time and I don't feel strongly enough about most things, but the ease and professionalism with this company/ technician ,which was above and beyond , is worth my time in posting this! Hope this helps read more

This was our second time using door dorks. About a year ago, Nathan replaced a belt that had worn out. This time, our whole opener needed to be replaced. Nathan came out on a Saturday morning and had our old garage door opener removed, installed a new garage door opener, and did a tune up for all the moving parts in under an hour. He was friendly, quick, and professional. We had a great experience both times. read more

Door Dorks came out within 24 hours of my call. The technician quickly assessed my door and give me a quote that was fair and consistent with other repair companies that I contacted. However, the technician spent a little extra time adjusting other parts of my door that were mal-aligned. For example, at one point he noticed that a cable that runs along the side of the garage door was rubbing up against a piece of the metal railing. He quickly took out his metal grinder and shaved off of few millimeters of metal. I appreciate this "above and beyond" customer service! read more

I called Door Dorks and within 2 hours Adam C. stood at my door, ready to tackle any problem. Nathan was very knowledgeable, professional and super nice....took care of my door issue in no time and the price was very reasonable. Destroyed (well I thought it was) my garage door by running my tractor into it as it was moving up the track. I couldn't close the door now with the weather quickly approaching. Matt showed up within the hour (i got lucky), assessed the damage and assured me he can have it fixed and back in service to same day, so I left him to his job. About an hour-and-a-half later, I was called by Matt to see that he had straightened everything I had bent and saved me about $2K over needing to replace the door. Very friendly and high quality of service. I have be using Door Dorks for several years now for my service and repairs of both of my doors. Dicks read more

I called today at 6pm to schedule an emergency garage door repair. The spring broke and my 2 cars are trapped in the garage. The operator said that someone will call in 30 minutes but no one called. One hour later, I got a text message, stating that someone will be here by 8pm but that didn't happen. Then, I called and spoke with the operator again at 9pm. It's 10:30pm now, but no calls, no text messages... If nobody can come tonight, then they should have a courtesy to at least let me know that they can't come. I got my garage door installed by Door Dorks a long time ago and I liked their serice back then. I think the owner has changed since then. I am very disappointed. read more

Updating my latest experience from today 3/21/26 NATHAN Casey was a great technician. He was kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and great to talk to. I expect this young guy to do well in life. Great experience overall and I know my garage door is doing well. (6 years ago): Door Dorks owner Dorian was AMAZING and extremely helpful. First he came to see what they had to deal with. We flipped the house so they had to remove an older ragged flip up door from 1971, and add tracks etc. He was super easy to deal with and his products were far superior to what we had seen previously with other companies. He also presented himself so much more professional. He was friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions; he knows what he is doing. We told him the style we were looking for and he gave us the best options for our idea. We talked about pricing and then ordered. I think it took a month or less, I can't really remember. The crew showe up on time for install date and installed with new tracks/light etc. They cleaned it all up and took all of the debris with them. I really cannot say enough nice things, they were all so polite and professional. Since then they have also come back and done 1 cleaning/dusting/oiling of tracks and door cleaning/adjusting etc. Really great c read more
