Got takeout the other night after waiting a long time for this place to open. Sadly, was near the bottom of hibachi type food I've had. We 3 hibachi dinners and they only gave us 2 half filled small cups of shrimp sauce. White folks love that stuff, need about a gallon but partly my fault for not mentioning it. Filet wasn't great, I upgrade to the filet because it's usually so tender but wasn't even sure this was filet. Shrimp was decent and the salad with ginger dressing was great. Rice was really heavy & smelled weird and vegetables were good. Might be better in person but I only live 2 minutes away so it should have been about the same. Not sure I'll go back. The whole family loved this place there is something for everyone and no sacrifice to quality or quantity. I had the wings and massaman curry with tofu lots of flavor fresh and such a large portion I can have it again in my doggie bag. We got three rolls and the kids got pineapple chicken fried rice also hot and delicious. On the menu there is Japanese, sushi and hibachi and thai and Indonesian dishes. That being said, I've still had better hibachi elsewhere if you're willing to drive. The food had good flavor, but the rice was a little over cooked and my steak was definitely not the medium rare that I ordered it. For the price ($20) most places you would get soup and salad with a hibachi dinner. Here you have to choose one of the two. I would give it 3.5* if yelp would let me. We only ordered hibachi. This place is amazing. Wife and I came for dinner after driving by for months. From the outside it looks lien a very fancy place, but inside it has more of a cafe feel. Last night we tried the brand new restaurant on county road 210 Nori They just opened Tuesday 8/4/21. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. There was 1 young woman working as hostess and waitress. She had a lot of tables, and she's young and seemed a little inexperienced, but she did great! She was very personable and she did awesome for being the only one there! We didn't wait too long and we never went without drinks. Towards the end of our meal another lady came out and helped. Right now they only have shrimp tempura and pork egg rolls as an appetizer. But she said that will change very soon and they'll have the full menu. They have everything else on the menu with the exception of a couple of sushi rolls. We ordered the egg rolls to start and they were delicious!! We ordered clear soup and the house salad with ginger dressing. The salad and the ginger dressing was so good!! The clear soup was very salty. Neither myself or my son liked the soup. For sushi we ordered the spicy krab roll and the Fuji roll. I also ordered a shrimp tempura roll. You can order the rolls in 4 or 8 pieces. I loved the spicy krab roll and my husband ate the entire Fuji roll. The shrimp tempura roll got overlooked and they didn't bring it out. I'll have to go back and order that one to try it. Then we ordered the pineapple fried rice with steak and a steak hibachi dinner. The pineapple fried rice was delicious and so was the hibachi. We will definitely come back here!! I'm excited to try other appetizers once they have the full menu. read more

Kudos to crudos!! I tried the hamachi (yellowtail) crudo appetizer. I love yellowtail and jalapeños. I don't believe I had tried the yuzu ponzu sauce, but I was pleasantly surprised. The slightly sweet and citrusy flavor was a perfect pairing with spicy jalapeños. The fish was thinly sliced, as were the peppers. There was the perfect amount of peppers so that each bite had fish and peppers. I recommend this dish as a great start to your meal. The staff was very polite and attentive. My glass never went below 1/3 full. They did a wonderful job of describing the sauce and I'm glad that I chose Nori sushi for a light, cool, tantalizing, and refreshing afternoon snack.
