Chicken Karaage
Oris B.

Good food but lacking in service. The restaurant was busy and I felt overlooked by the staff throughout my visit. However, the karaage was excellent crispy and well seasoned. Also, the vibe was decent, chill music selection. Capitol Hill has great variety for karaage, and this spot holds its own despite the service issues. Worth trying during off-peak hours.

Overall it was a good experience, I really liked the yellowtail jalapeño. The sushi was good and I liked how you order things in half sizes. I do feel like it's a little pricey for what you get but I still enjoyed

Sushi Roll With Hamachi Jalapeño

The service alone was worth a trip back. The sushi chef made great recommendations and even let me try some samples. I wish I could give the place more stars. The ambiance made it very easy to enjoy my meal.

1/2 roll and one full roll, can't tell what was what.

This place had good reviews so we thought we would try it. We were in town four days and soaking up as Seattle had to offer. Anyway, asked for it to delivered and the picture shows what we got. Maybe the delivery guy, maybe not, but we went ahead and ate it. Finally found the wasabi and ginger, but there was only four pieces of ginger. The flavors were goood but more ginger and better presentation for sure. Maybe go in person and see if they do better.

Delicious, nice atmosphere for late night dates or sport bar nights. Attentive staff and great food, although prices are way to high.

Food was delicious !! Fish was fresh and roll options were plenty. Staff was so kind and attentive. Everything about this place was amazing. We ordered soooo much stuff and none of it was left behind. 100% recommended if you are in Seattle. Bulgogi was good, rolls and sashimi were good, appetizers were good!!

Interesting vibe! Came for dinner around 6pm, it wasn't too busy. Sushi was good but not impressive. Spicy Rice Cake and Ramen was tasty but I think next time I'd want to come back and get more drinks with it!

I think this place rebranded or changed into a different place? It's a pocha now, serving cocktails, alcohol, and korean food. We found this spot randomly while walking by and it seemed to have a nice vibe inside so we went in. The space is huge, and it's a great spot to hangout and catch up with friends. I don't remember the name of the cocktail I got, but it had a whole mango melona bar inside! The drink itself was the perfect level of strength and the ice cream made it even better. We also got the tteokkbokki and jajang fried rice for the table to share, and both were great. The tteokkbokki is really spicy so be warned, but the jajang fried rice was perfect. I can definitely see this spot becoming super popular quite soon, so be ready!

Spot is great, and food was really good. The only was we waited along time for food, and one of our friends (party of 6) didn't get their food at all until we were leaving. Everything came at different times. Other than the long wait and slow service food was good, and will be back

Tako Wasabi

Solid sushi spot. Super cute inside, reasonable prices, good food. Came here 6:30pm on a Wednesday and there was no wait time but it was packed when we left. Reservations are available online. We ordered: - Garlic edamame (4/5): has a thick garlic soy glaze, very savory, cooked perfectly - Tako wasabi (4/5): biggest portion I ever received, a bit spicy for those who are sensitive - Japanese ceviche (5/5): not like Mexican ceviche, but still very light and fresh - Assorted bao 3 pc (3/5): meh, not satisfying, flavors not balanced Service was good too. Would return!

Food was a bit on the expensive side, but good service. Ambience was very chill for a weekday and attentive.

The whole space has this intimate, luxurious atmosphere that makes the experience feel special the moment you walk in. We tried the Japanese Breakfast, which is a savory cocktail and such a pleasant surprise. It genuinely has miso soup notes. It's very unique and creative. I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The prices are on the higher end, but personally I think they're totally worth it for the creativity and overall experience. This is the spot I bring all my out-of-town friends to because the ambiance, vibes, and drinks are just that good. Truly one of Seattle's gems.

For one, the bar service was mediocre for my $26 cocktail. I get more conversation from the bartenders at the Red Onion.... And because they bartender wasn't paying attention, he forgot to put our food order in....probably didn't need it anyway, I need to diet. And then we get the check and they automatically add 22%...if you are a quality establishment offering exceptional customer service, you don't need to tell me what to tip...guess you are not. And they they have the nerve to ask me if I want to tip another 18%, 20%, or 25% when I sign the check on their Toast device... I'll go out for a quality cocktail experience at Needle & Thread, The Doctor's Office, or maybe the Red Onion, lol. But I won't be coming back here ever again.

Parking can be a wee bit tricky so waking, ride share, or public transit will be your best options. But if you have to drive we found a paid lot a few blocks away While this wasn't the best tiki bar we've ever been to, it did stand out for the presentation of drinks, the cool (and massive) octopus, the immersion, and overall vibe is nice and atmospheric They have four non-alcoholic options which I really appreciated as the one driving for the night! They also have standard as well as unique takes on tiki drinks. We were surprised to find so many options with vodka and tequila which isn't common in a more traditional tiki bar We had the: - "Kiki Premier Mai Tai" which wasn't as rum forward as we would have thought, especially given how many rums it had in it; but overall it was a classic style Mai Tai and tasty with quality rums - "One Eyed Willy" which has a fun presentation in a chest with smoking dry ice. This one you could taste the rum more and overall it was a really enjoyable drink and experience - "See A Light" which is a non-alcoholic option and the taste was just as good as the presentation. Came in a lovely angler fish tiki mug with the light and everything! The taste was complex and something that thought went into creating - "Four Boys" another non-alcoholic option that was the coolest visual as it came in a "steaming" crock pot. The taste was very unexpected, in a good way, and is a drink I would get again Overall the drinks were about a 4/5 but with the charming atmosphere and whimsical presentation it's a 5 star experience that is just fun

First and foremost, you need to make a reservation. I did end up needing to move my reservation up because of scheduling but it worked out and the staff were really nice about helping me. This is a speakeasy inside Rumba, I did not know that going in. It's incredibly cool to walk into the bar. The decor is amazing. It's super small though with a few tables and bar seating. It was kinda loud when I was there since most tables were filled. My server was nice as well and was able to answer all my questions. Ambiance was exceptional and is such a cool place to visit. Most of the cocktails came with fancy show of some sort and were extravagant - and equally delicious. I got The Inside Passage, but there were at least three others I was trying to chose from. There was a lot of thought that went into the presentation of each of the drinks and I love that attention to detail. Since it was around dinner time I did want to order food and drink. They did not have the Kikisoba (they ran out) and that made me sad, but I was able to order the Rumba sliders and a basket of fries. I'm not a huge sliders fan, and I did order the caramelized pineapple on the side. The sliders were incredibly flavorful and the perfect size. For anyone wanting to visit Seattle, I do highly recommend this place. It's a really cool vibe and the food is really good too.

Our server was really nice but maybe stretched too thin bc she forgot to put our order in and threw away her paper that she wrote it on so she had to come re take our order. We had full intentions of ordering entrees from here but they were out of the main dishes. Just seems like the kitchen manager isn't planning well, staff doesn't have help from management. The only thing keeping this restaurant afloat is the view and the DJ
