I have shopped there several times and never find any cute clothes. Yes, the shoe selection is good but the prices are still ridiculously high! This place is definitely cheaper than your everyday nordtrom, but the only thing I didn't like was their very limited choice of clothing. On top of that, the choices aren't that great. This place reminds me of a bigger Marshalls. read more

Cashier Jessica couldn't take 16 cents and make a complete dollar instead she didn't give me my change and took over 10 minutes to discuss it with her manager when she could have just took the 16 cents and made a whole dollar and I haven't ever been treated so rudely especially when I was on a time rush with my kids next to me read more

I've been to a few nordstroms racks in my life and I have to say this one is pretty nice. That being said I feel like they have more home accessories and shoes than the TOPANGA nordstroms rack. I usually shop either here or the TOPANGA one since I find such great deals at both. I've gotten a Chloe bag from this location for $120 which we all know the regular price of those bags $1000 and up! They have a great shoe selection and decent clothing selection.( since topanga is larger they have more clothing etc) Over all the store is clean and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for some nordies items at a better price this is the place to go! read more

I love the Nordie Rack - if you're looking for designer jeans at a better price and are willing to take the time for a little hunt - this is your place!! I have found Hudson and William Rast jeans (awesome jeans) at fabulous prices. It is so worth the stop to check out the jeans and I won't even get started on the shoes - the deals are fantastic!! It is worth the trip and I think a better alternative to the outlets in Camarillo!! read more

Wooo weeee this place is a nightmare. Full of really bad employees who don't seem to know what they are doing. Almost all were extremely rude. Waiting in a line for 15 mins because they only had one cashier while all the other employees were walking around aimlessly. Don't go here. read more

This place was pretty underwhelming. Sure, the racks of clothes are "sorted" by sizes, but they're jam-packed and a total mess. It's like going thrift shopping, having to riffle through all of the clothes racks to find something decent. A lot of the prints were loud, hippie/boho type (yuck) but if you're willing to dig around you'll probably find something nice. It's all very inexpensive so I will probably come back in a few months to see if there's new stock. read more

My mom took me there shopping late in the year last year. I got a purple winter coat, tall black boots, and a pair of black gloves (possibly cashmere or similar material). I was well pleased with my shopping finds, felt like I was decked out for the season. They are high in quality and lower in price. read more

This is the best place in Ventura / Oxnard where I can find good, quality clothing. I used to shop at Macy's but I haven't been there in about a year. Here, I find more clothes than I can buy. The quality of Nordstrom clothes, employees, and policies in a sub-par building. The building's layout is really the only downfall of this Nordstrom Rack. Because the building is smaller, the clothes and space seems more crowded than it really is. Still can't beat the prices and quality. read more

Had the first worst experience of my life at this store. Never have a I ever been so offended. I've been followed in stores by associates that suspect I'm up to no good because of the color of my skin, but the woman that assisted me today with a return passive aggressively accused me of returning stolen merchandise AND of having worn the merchandise I was returning. Associate number 30137817, let it be known. Was clearly bothered that I had a large return to make. I was pleasant and offered to even help her process the return by unbagging everything and making the tags more easily accessible. She scrutinized every single little item, finding some common deodorant transfer on 2 shirts that then she accused me of wearing. I kindly took the shirts l, rubbed material together and it disappeared. Brand new tags attached no creases or smells and she looked at me and smirked and said you can't return clothes you wear. Then she proceeds to continue grabbing the same items again and again and tossing them back on the counter. I had carefully wrapped the shoes back in their boxes that I was returning only for her to rip all the tissue paper apart hoping to reveal used soles to no victory. Then in a snarky tone she says "well everything seems to be coming up on your receipt." Darn right, because I paid for it all with my hard earned money! Never, ever, ever. Left me hotter than a Sunday morning skillet at Denny's. You know what ma'am, I'm sorry I blew your profit for the day with my return, but that was uncalled for, unprofessional, and frankly, discrimination. You had beef with me the second I walked up to your register. Nordstrom's I like you, but that will keep me worked me for awhile. Peeved! read more

Great customer service. Bought a Hugo Boss sport jacket and it fell apart at the seam in 3 months after just wearing it a few times. Brought it back to see if it could be fixed for which I would pay. The jacket did look nice before the seam opened up. The answer was no, the material had just began to unravel. No way to repair. Manager refunded the cost of the jacket. Poor quality on Hugo Boss. i give this NR @ the esplanade 3 stars because i've been to others that surpassed this one in terms of selection and items on stock. pretty much all NRs have a good range of brand and designer name items which are then marked down to be a lot more affordable then getting them at the regular nordstrom. i would say the clothing selection for women and juniors are quite extensive and if i find something i like i can usually find it in my size. the shoe section is sometimes hit and miss. i remember once i purchased 2 really cute pairs of miss sixty heels at one time and then there are some times when there just isn't anything worth mentioning, or sometimes i'll find something i like and then they don't have it in my size, which sucks! when i do find something it usually is a good deal for what it is so that's why i always come back in search of more. read more

I didn't have my receipt nor tags attached, and she was able to easily give me a refund by looking up the item through my transaction history, no questions asked. I went shopping this morning & my checker was a fabulous guy named Justin. The store was packed with alot of crying children and rude people. By the time I got to the register I wanted to get out.
