Love H & M. Been here at Collection several times. Have adequate selection, easy parking. IMO great value for clothing. Really cute, trendy clothing at less cost than most other style-conscious stores. This store has much less of a selection than Oaks Mall Thousand Oaks store but it's close to home. I don't shop too often here but I have found cute stuff. I was there when a gentleman decided to grab and run without paying. Happens I often at The Collection, not shocked anymore. if could give a zero I would. I walked in to return a pair of shoes that my so. wore literally 3 times sudden they have mold in of them. First I had to wait because your associate Cassandra was gossiping. Anyway, as I approached the line i informed her that I was wanting to return a pair of shoes that had mold inside them and she said they are dirty and I said yes because he wore them 3 times and don't understand how they have mold. She went on to provide me attitude and to tell me that without a receipt she can't do anything and I explained to her I have the card I paid with and then goes on to say because I don't have an h&m account or the receipt she Can't do anything. I understand when certain things can't be done but the employe gives attitude for no reason there is a problem, as I walk away she then continues to talk to the other employee And I clearly hear talking about me and the situation. Very unprofessional, not someone I would want representing my brand. But in all parents check your child's shoes the mold in the kids shoes is not okay, super toxic to such young children. read more

I have seen reviews on some employees at this store and im shocked to find out it's true! I would assume she is a manager (Denise) because the way she gave attitude to not only customers but to the employees is mind blowing!! Zero stars for the blond with a bad haircut, terrible makeup, and a bad attitude. I arrived in a rush, holding my baby. I wanted to get in and out, so I didn't bother bringing the stroller in. I needed to exchange a child's gift for a different size, and get the security tag that was still on a sweater I received as a gift. She said I could get a gift card and shop. I again explained the two simple things I needed to do. She instructed me to take all of my items with me because they are constantly restocking and she didn't want my 3 items to disappear. Again, I was running upstairs to get a different size in a child's outfit. Apparently, I was asking too much to leave the items in the counter for 2 whole minutes. The stars are for the two employees who actually helped me in the store. One girl upstairs was quick to assist in helping me find the size I needed. She was friendly and professional. When I went back to the checkout line, I got all the way to the front and the blond asked me if I was in line (duh. Just saw you 2 minutes ago). She then told me I was in the wrong line. Other shoppers sensed her rudeness and kindly told me to go ahead of them in line. Luckily, a nice salesman at the counter was quick and efficient with my exchange, could tell I had my hands full with my baby and wallet, and put all of the clothing items and my wallet in a bag for me. I really could not believe how rude and incompetent the first girl was. I wish I could have read her name on her tag, but it was faded and the tag was pinned sideways. Came to this location ... usually this is our main store to shop at . I felt so disgusted by an employee their by the name of " Yaya " she was so rude, I was at the clearance section looking at some clothing . Legit their was a coat I felt in love with . She couldn't stay in her own lane . Right away she said ."oh no the price is wrong " . I felt harassed because she probably thought I changed the price . I was so embarrassed. Their were other shoppers around . My husband got offended and ask for a store manager and her words were like . " nah bro , she ain't here ". Ewww who speaks like that to a customer ? H&M is my go to spot for clothes for the whole family! As for this H&M, My brother was getting married that day and I needed some last minute accessories. H&M was my savior. Bought some cute earrings, a purse, and two work dresses all under $60. read more

This is a really nice H&M, it's two stories with women's on the 1st level & men's/kids on the second. It was also really clean and well kept. The location is really great for spending a day out and shopping at the nearby places too. I did have an issue finding a worker while there, that's probably my only beef for now. read more

THAT is the price you are obligated to sell it at.. #2 when someone asked for a manager bring the manager to the customer instead of speaking to the manager privately and relaying the conversation to the customer I will be finding another store to shop at while being at the mall that is more customer service oriented and less teenager with an attitude read more

I have been into H&M the last month a couple of times its disappointing the stock of Clothes they have. Its like they are going out of business. Out of all the H&M stores I've been to this one's my favorite. There's two floors that are very spacious and well organized. Service is above average compared to other H&M locations. As usual, their clothing lines have a fashionable/modern appearance and prices are fantastic. The store is on a corner which makes it easy to get in and out of and it's surrounded by an abundance of parking. read more

i love this place.... but... WHERES ROSA????!!! I COME BACK AFTER 2 YEARS AND ROSA IS NOT FREAKING HERE! I'M TOTALLY FREAAKING OUT. She was always helpful and would pick out my date night clothes, when I could not match purple with green. She is the reason I got so much play in 2014.
