Previously, the prices were cheap but I didn't really like the quality and design, but when I went there the other day, I felt like the prices had gone up a little, but the quality had improved. I love this store's selection. HOWEVER the customer service sucks. There is a manager with RED HAIR that could not be bothered to help her coworker ring up when they had a long line to check out. The cashier was super polite/patient and doing his best but needed the help for sure even though he didn't want to admit it. Waited legit 20 mins to get rung up. Store wasn't even busy! That's the ridiculous part I work retail too and I would never not acknowledge a line when I have one. Work on your CSAT red hair girl! Or get a different job since you seem to hate it so much. read more

First off i saw another review talking about a Red Hair Lady and yes! Same story! Seems to be the Manager and she was just walking around instead of helping her coworkers... Absolute shame.. She also didn't greet me as i came in the store nor did any of the other employees they were too busy talking to each other.. Besides that there was another girl Skinnier build with glasses didn't get her name.. but i asked her for a sizing for Hoodie and she said she didn't know.. Like WHAT?!! And she didn't smile once, didn't speak in a professional manner by any means!! And i said thank you and she immediately walked away without saying a word... What was even FUNNIER was that she went to another CoWorker and the Red Hair Lady to chat.. when i still needed help... This store is organized I'll give them that. It says online the store opens at 11:00 and I waited and waited for them to open the doors. The workers watched as I waited outside and didn't open the doors. They might as well change the opening time to something later if they're not gonna be able to open on time. I decided to shop next door at H&M because they actually open on time. read more

The gentleman working was so sweet! He was the only one working and was able to provide wonderful service. It was Memorial Day and aside from that the store had good sales going on. I love the selection at cotton on even though it's a small store they have it all, and trendy styles! So far I'm happy with the quality of what I purchased. But I was so happy with the service. If only zero stars was an option.. The store itself is fine. Clean & Tidy. Cotton On needs to do something with its staff. The store manager Shey is disrespectful and needs to be dealt with. Store manager "Shea" was absolutely awful, so unprofessional and aggressive. I tried fitting my stroller into the small fitting rooms that were open, but the door couldn't shut. "Shea" informed me that the larger fitting room wasn't open and even if it was, it was ONLY for people with disability's, "not a family room" and that having a stroller is not a disability. I've never been treated that way when out shopping with my two small children at any other establishment. I regularly shop at the Thousand Oaks Cotton on, where the large fitting room is always open for moms with strollers to use. I honestly don't know how a person like that is a store manager, but based on some other reviews I read that received similar poor customer service comments, I hope they reevaluate the manager and staffing at this store. I will not be returning to this location. I will also make sure to tell my friends that are moms, about my experience at this store and advise not to shop here. Was also informed by another store manager that the fitting rooms are not supposed to be filled with inventory/ and or fixtures, and that they should always be compliant to accommodate customers, that's what the larger room Is there for. This was simply employees/manager being lazy and not wanting to clear out the fitting room. Waiting on a phone call from district Manager Cindy to make her aware of these concerns so hopefully some proper addressing of these issues can be made. read more

The staff was rude and should be more considerate of others. Aren't we in the Orange tier in Ventura county? They did not let me try on clothes and that was confusing. I understand if it was a sanitation issue, I just thought it could have been more nicely expressed that I could not try on anything. Walked in today to just see what they had in the store , I usually don't go into Cotton On but since it was early and I was walking Around the collection I was like may as well pop in. The sales are pretty good and I'm not a big shopper so for me that says something .. the clothes are pretty nice and trendy so I liked that... I was looking for nothing in particular but found some nice jeans and a sweater ... wanted to try it 1st to see how it fits and feels and I liked it ... The store is nice and tidy , the woman at the front was very nice and helpful to everybody so the customer service is A1 ... the fitting rooms are numbered clean and tidy also. I bought a few things and left feeling like I had a really good experience I don't know what the ladies side looks lime but I'm sure they have a bunch of stuff for y'all to get . read more

I really liked this store, it was one of the reasons I went to the Camarillo Outlets. Unfortunately the adult store closed a few months ago, only the kids outlet is open. There are rumors (even from the Kids store employees) that the adult store is reopening. I hope the rumors are true! read more

Went to the store to buy my niece back to school clothes and there were signs all over the store with all denim buy one get one half off so my niece picked out a pair of jeans and a denim jacket and when we went to check out the salesperson would not honor the discount. So they charged me full price for both and they tried to charge me 10 cents for a bag. Not a good experience I will not be going back!! read more

Went to get a Christmas present and turns out the cashier forgot to take the sensor off, unbelievable and the cashier was to busy flirting with one of the guys who previously was already checked out. Kimberly was the one who was helping me and now I have to go back with a sensored sweater. Don't recommend this location. read more
