Second time visiting this outlet. On both occasions the employees were most helpful making the shopping experience delightful. Found a couple pairs of jeans with at great prices less than at the department stores. As with any outlet shop, one has to know prices before hand to know if it's really a bargain. Currently, there's a fairly good selection of clearance items. Unfortunately for me, nothing I happened to be seeking was on clearance. Store was clean, racks and tables were orderly. I'd return again, no question about it. Tip: Plan your day to be there early as the lot gets more crowded after the lunch hour. read more

This store is one out of the two reasons I will ever go to the Outlets (the second being the Nike Outlet deals of course). This Lucky Brand shop has THE best deals around and exclusive items you will not find at any other location. I have bought multiple $15-30 high quality jeans that still have yet to even make a tear. Jewelry for friends that, on sale, ranges from $5-17 and is top of the line quality. The first and only belt I've ever bought myself and still absolutely love for only $15. And many men's T-Shirts and boxer packs for my boyfriend because he claims they have the softest, most durable material around, and for all under $12 on sale. The deals here are so fluent you will always walk in on a sale for something. I stop by every time I drive through town (if I have time) just to check out what random items they have in and how much things are going for, with the slight chance I may "luck out" on a new sale item. One time I went in and all the purses were going for $25-$45.. these are $100+ bags folks! I'm telling you, if you like high quality, American made, well priced goods then this Lucky Brand Outlet is a must visit for you. read more

Today's visit was one of the better ones. Still don't have all sizes, even for the newer collection. But what they do have worth buying. And for July 4 sales, almost all store is 50% off. So I got a lot. Love the fabric they use and the special colors of the shirts and other clothing. I am about to become a regular at the lucky brand. There are so many jeans that wont fit me, because of my height, but Lucky straight Jeans fit great. They are a little more expensive but worth it. Even my husband looooooves his Lucky jeans too. Hes thinks he is 5'11, and likes baggy jeans, cuz of his muscular legs, but likes a 8-9 inch opening at the bottom, and these jeans are pretty close to 9 inches without having to pay a talior fix them. Located in the Camarillo outlet center, with employees who dont mind bringing you oodles of jeans to try on directly to your dressing room. This is my favorite store for clothes. i have worn jeans and T-shirts my entire life, now, i just wear better ones. I am here a couple or three times a year at least and find cute stuff that i wear. They have jeans in long length, but not regular pants, too bad. The customer service is excellent, they really know the merchandise. I love the personal attention. They seem to turn over the stock quickly. Sometimes they have cute hoodies and yoga pants, this time they had a ton of kids stuff. My husband loves the mens line, casual and classic. Easy returns with no attitude, with-in 30 days with receipt. read more

I come here for the tops. No kidding. I've never owned a pair of Lucky Jeans in my life, but they have the best shirts, tops and sweaters year in and year out. My favorite cardigan is from here and I never saw that specific sweater in any store other than this outlet. It has embroidered cranes on it, very Chinese looking classic art style, on a 50's style Betty Draper cardigan. Really, Lucky Brand Jeans is all about the tops. You heard it here... read more

Drove a half hour to get here. On Yelp they say they are open until 8pm. They lie. They actually closed at 7pm. Wasted trip.

I am so happy that we have a Lucky brand in Camarillo. I was introduced to Lucky through Macy's and was greatly impressed by the quality of material and the style options for curvy women such as myself. When we arrived at the store in Camarillo, I quickly found items that were in my size field of XL. While I was not greeted as soon as I walked into the store, a clerk approached me within a few minutes and asked if I needed any help. The store is narrow and they have so much product that when there are several bodies milling around the store it can be a bit claustrophobic, such as my experience due to the Christmas Crunch. The clearance items are at the back of the store, and this is where you can really find bargains, such as the Navy Blue and Swiss dotted shirt I purchased, it was $15 on sale and looks chic paired with a pair of skinny jeans and heels. My one nitpick would be when checking out, I had a person in front of me purchasing $2000 worth of t-shirts, yes, you read that right $2000 worth of t-shirts and was standing there judging each shirt trying to figure out if this one was right or that one was right (geesh) you'd think you could've figured that out before you got in line, but I digress... so still no one came to open another register and I didn't even see the clerk that had helped me out when I first arrived, the line began to get longer and longer behind me... and then get this, the person who had all those t-shirts was waiting for his wife who was still shopping for more shirts and then proceeded's to hand the clerk a charge card and says, "I think this has enough money on it." at this point I was ready to reach out and choke someone, but thankfully for everyone involved a Sales Clerk FINALLY arrived on the scene to ring me and by now the ten people behind me. The sales clerk apologized sincerely for the wait time, as she had been helping a customer in the front and wasn't able to get back to the register. I can't really fault the clerks for an inconsiderate customer, I was a cashier once upon a time and had these kind of customers that have no regard for other human life, and as customer service reps, they have little leverage to tell said person that they need to step aside, as we are told by management, "the customer is always right." (hmmm, not always.) All in all, I will be back to the Lucky store, great bargains of cute styles of jewelry, jeans, purses, shoes, and blouses and in the long run a pleasant staff. read more

Buyer beware. I bought a shirt there Saturday and found it for $11 LESS at the regular Lucky Brand Store in the Oaks (in Thousand Oaks) the very same day. (Much of the Thousand Oaks store was already marked down and they had an add'l 25% off on top of that! Super friendly staff, too, BTW.) I have also found much better deals on Lucky clothing at any Macy's store. When I returned the more expensive duplicate shirt to the "outlet" I asked, "Is this store really an 'outlet', since some of your prices (and on old merchandise too!) are higher than regular stores?". The manager's answer - telling me about a one day sale they had on jeans YESTERDAY - really was a non-answer. Just don't assume you are getting the best price, just because it is in an outlet center. read more

I first visited the store with my bf about six months ago and they were EXTREMELY pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products. They listened to all of my bf's likes/dislikes and altered their fits,sizes,and styles based on his comments and concerns. Yesterday I came into the store (alone) and was,again,pleasantly greeted by Sarah and Pam. Not only did they remember my bf and I from months ago,but Sarah even knew what style I had previously tried on and loved. I was fitted with several pairs of jeans,shirts,and accessories and done shopping within 15mins! (Perfect for a girl who HATES shopping! lol) These girls really know what they're doing and do it with a smile.If I ever need jeans they'll be at the top of my list! Absolute worst customers service I have ever received. Being that I am a younger person, they treated me as I was 15, even though i just look younger than I really am. To me, they need to fire the whole staff and start over. I walked in to someone giving me a dirty look, and then telling me she could not start me a dressing room. When I was in the dressing room one of the staff didn't say anything and opened the dressing room curtain exposing me without clothes to customers. As I was still shopping, I asked to put the large amount of items I had on the counter, and the male worker replied "ummm I guess.." and he looked me up and down like he was disgusted. As I was coming to ask a question, there was a women who found a pair of jeans in the sale rack where it was misplaced, and the manager refused to give the price because she claimed she was "not in charge of where things are placed". This absolutely disgusted me. I then left ubruptly saying they have disgusting customer service and the manager laughed, thinking she was high and mighty. I will be contacting higher management to make sure she does not make other people as uncomfortable. Sorry honey, you are nothing special. They then lost over $1000 from me, and I will never again shop at lucky. If you want jeans at the outlet, I recommend 7 brand, their customer service shits on lucky. I have to 1st say that the jeans are going to be a lot less expensive than anywhere else you will find. The selection is good and the staff is very helpful. Then I will say that you have to come in knowing you are going to be spending a bit, but you should know that going into the store. The sales will bring the cost down and I think the cost is good for the jeans. read more

I have shopped there many times. Always a nice selection. Nice staff. My only complaint is there are not good mirrors. I want a mirror what I can see ALL OF ME from far await the same time - from head to foot. I want to see from far away how I look. Most clothing articles of clothing I will not wear unless I see them with a three way mirror. Other than lacking proper mirrors, it is a pretty nice place to shop. read more

I was at the Camarillo outlets today and as usual decided to hit Lucky Brand store since I love there brand, I'm writing this review because the 3 times I've been there recently one of the employees who I'm pretty sure is the store manager because of the way she talks to other employees and her nasty attitude in general got on my last nerve today.. She seemed annoyed that there where customers in the store or maybe that her merchandise was a bit messy or who knows maybe it was the stick up her ass... I always spend a lot of money there but not today, I felt so not wanted there I left and I'm probably not going back, the other employees I've dealt with before are total opposite of this witch, it's too bad they have to work with her. read more

I was at Lucky hoping to shop as I usually do at the Camarillo outlets on Saturday. However, I was not "Lucky" enough to have had a good customer experience. I am very observant of the staff and their customer interactions. I was surprised to see an employee who appeared to be a male manager be so demeaning and demanding to his staff. Not once did he seem happy or pleased to be there but he is very unpleasant to see when he talks to people. He may not realize he exudes a negative attitude and giving orders does not depict a good leader. As far as interacting with customers, he appeared to be very reserved as opposed to greeting and offering to help or answer questions. Not sure I want see this each time I visit. This was such a great stop for me yesterday. I am 5'-10" and always have a problem finding pants long enough for me. Vanessa was excellent in helping me find jeans that fit great. She recommended a style and length. And then when she saw how the size fit, she suggested I go down one size. She was so right! They fit perfect! While I was in the dressing room, she even searched for other styles that would fit. She kept coming back and checking on me and grabbing other sizes and styles for me to find the perfect pair. Went in today on a whim. Haven't bought real jeans in 6 years due to pregnancies and all that fun stuff that goes along with mommy hood . Anyway, Brandon approached me and was beyond helpful and understanding to my fit issues and needs. He's a father himself and recalled when his wife was still dealing with baby weight issues and trying to find clothes that fit her well. Anyway, I left with two awesome pairs of jeans that fit amazing and on top of that they give a 15% military discount. Definitely a pleasant experience today. I was getting ready to go away for our one year anniversary, and since our wedding I had gained about 15 lbs...so needless to say I needed some new jeans as my 32's didn't fit anymore. I went to my old staples-Joe's, A&E, true Religion, ect and was saddened to find that 32 was their LARGEST SIZE? I took one last shot with an old favorite Lucky and was so pleasantly surprised!! I was not looking so fashionable in my workout cloths, but was so happy when Yvoronica sound me and so sweet in assisting me. She listened to my dismay in not finding fashionable jeans that would fit and immediatly empathized and brought me 7 different pairs- all of which fit (crazy how a 33 is so much different than a 32). Needless to say she found me some incredible jeans that look and feel great- and they were half the price of the other stores and just as cute!! I stopped in this store for the second time today as my first experience a few months ago was a five star experience as well. Both times I've been in here, the customer service has been above and beyond, the prices are fair(on jeans specifically, the prices on tops are a bit high), and there were current sales both times I went in.
