For three pairs of Ugg boots the total out the door was $150! You pay that price for one pair normally! The employees were nice and answered the questions I had. They had a small selection of Hoka shoes. The price was not low enough, nor was the selection large enough for me to buy any. I brought my wife and daughter here to look at some of the Uggs. They were tempted to buy. But, the shoe didn't fit. They seemed to have more Uggs than Hoka Shoes. They have a small selection of clothing. Employees were friendly. They tried to help. But, they couldn't convince us to buy.

I came in looking for shoes for healthcare and wanted something that supported my feet well, the owner gave me a few pairs to try on, but I wasn't able to find the right pair. She then let me know that they sell the insoles of shoes only and helped me pick out the perfect pair based on my foot placement. She could have easily pushed us to try and continue trying on shoes which would have been a better sale for her, but instead recognized my needs and made sure I got what I needed. It meant a lot! My feet are happy and I love how perfectly priced the shoe insoles are and how well they insert into other shoes!! I can't wait to come back!

Breaking them in has been painless, and so comfortable!!! Second note, they didn't have my size in the store (literally the only size they didnt have, their stock is still good!) so I patiently waited about 5 business days for them to arrive at my doorstep but it was so worth it!!!! This is a good spot to start if you're coming to the outlets for shoes. We like to start here…read morewhenever we come with our kids as they have a good selection of brands and styles vs. most other stores in the outlets that are specific to a brand. Do they always have something we want? No. But sometimes the do and other times they help us get a sense of what to look out for at the other shops. It's a great place to at least dip your toes in first. Staff is fine. They're often only around when you seek them out. They're not trying to avoid helping, but the store is often bare bones so the staff need to be busy operating the registers and other things vs roaming around looking to help customers. Prices are great though. So if you find something you like, don't hesitate to pick them up. Chances are you either won't find the same thing in the area or, if you do, for the same price.
