Down the hallway are a number of boutique shops including Attic Trunk. This place sells vintage clothes and also has a costume shop in the space next door to the main store. There is just one lady running both spaces so you have to ask to see the costumes, but when my friend and I visited earlier this week it was a quiet afternoon and she quickly offered to show us that room if we wanted. We did and the costume outfits are gorgeous. I thought the things in the store were a little on the pricey side, but my friend has shopped here numerous times and said the store owner has always given her really good deals on stuff. She told me she'd gotten a corset here that she figured would be at least $40 and the woman sold it to her for $15 or $20 instead. I found all the clothes to be in really beautiful condition and thought that if you wanted to put together a really lovely and quality outfit, this is where you could go for a vintage look.

As they claim they have different wears between $20-$70. I found that to be true. My shirt was $55 but again nice detailing and unique. Staff was friendly but also not overdone. I appreciate that they give you a hello and then kind of leave you to look the store on your own. However when we did have questions the gal was helpful. Good vibes. The clothing and style is very appropriate for the harbor type atmosphere. For the most part, the clothes are breathable, soft and nice fabrics/materials. I love the layout of the store. It's spacious here so it's easy to shop without bumping into people and plenty of room to look around. I also appreciate that they have nice fitting rooms here and they are comfortably sized so you can really try on the clothes and see it from every angle. I've bought a few tops here over the years. Today I got a cute long sleeve piece for under $70. The owner Elizabeth is very nice and helpful. I also appreciate that we could look around at our leisure. She told us about her second store on state st in SB so we'll definitely be checking them out. Prices are average but you get what you pay for and I've always felt that the materials are soft and nice quality. Very glad the harbor has this little gem of a clothing store to help balance out all of the more touristy stores.
