However, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The prices were also very competitive. I was hesitant about ordering from online retailers because I have seen how packages get handled during warehouse shipping. The customer service was friendly, and I was able to get the help I needed. It reminded me of Japanese electronics stores, where staff are attentive and there are plenty of employees available even when the store is not busy. It showed that they care about the customer experience. The manager, Joseph, was also very kind and clearly runs a good operation. He came over to thank me for my new laptop purchase, which I appreciated. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends for their electronics needs.

They had their own private parking lot in the back and prices were basically the same as online my son said, unless you were buying us somewhat used item from a private vendor. He bought some memory or computer gaming thing online and had the gentleman behind the counter. Check to make sure it was working. Granted he couldn't see exactly what was on the gaming cartridge until he got the rest of it up and running, but we bought the other remaining pieces of his computer here. Everything was incredibly organized and in lockboxes, but the employees were able to unlock and let you look or read the description of each item if need be. I wish I could give better details of all the computer pieces they had but honestly it's way over my head!! They literally had everything my son needed to make his own gaming PC! I immediately flipped the laptop over, shut it down, and left it upside down while I ran to the store for rubbing alcohol. I carefully wiped down the keyboard and called this place as soon as they reopened on the 26th. For context, Apple told me the computer would likely never work again and tried to sell me a new one. This shop was reassuring on the phone and accepted the drop-off right after the holiday break. The employee we spoke with (may have been the owner considering how competent and dedicated he was) was extremely kind at drop off. I had my computer back within 48 hours, before New Year's Eve, after a deep internal clean. They confirmed the cleaning was successful, that there was no risk of corrosion over time, and no expected shortening of the computer's lifespan. I paid under $100 and walked away with a perfectly functioning MacBook. Nearly two weeks later, there's no sign at all that anything was ever spilled. So grateful to everyone at Quick Fix!

What happens to me is still unresolved, reading past reviews, my only resort is perhaps through police 1. I sent my chromebook for screen repair 2 weeks ago, the ower responded with a promise to repair in one hour with $160 estimate 2. Upon receiving the chromebook, he changed to color is different so new estimate is $240 and need to wait for the part, new estimate 1 week. Ok, I thought fine, that happens 3. When I called Lenovo over the summer, they said I could use any authorized Lenovo service center. Lucky for me, there are a few within a few miles from me and even luckier, I found A&A. They were professional, understood my needs and had my laptop repaired within a couple of weeks, as promised. As an out-of-warranty repair, I felt the cost was comparable to what Lenovo charges. I was so impressed, I used them a second time recently and got the same great service as the first time.
