However, as I looked around, I was highly impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Gilbert greeted me in the next aisle and politely offered his assistance. I mentioned that I had been looking for a cable but had given up, assuming it was sold out. He asked to see the advertisement, brought me back to the mobile section, and actively helped me look for it. He even searched through several boxes stored on the top shelf until he finally located the correct cable. I was thoroughly impressed by Gilbert's exceptional attitude and customer service. I brought…read morein my custom build (5 years old) because my CPU indicator on my MoBo turned red, and I honestly couldn't figure it out, I thought it might've been the processor that wasn't seating right, thermal paste, chord issues, etc. Central Computers not only did they find the right issue which was some weird faulty reset button in my tower, they made sure to not force the wrong option on me and accidentally sell me a new processor/MoBo/whatever the most common replacement is for the error. They gave me back my computer with diagnostics fee being the only cost I paid (39 bucks at the time!) and she's back in working order! Really appreciated their ability to work around my schedule too. Great job y'all, real computer detectives out here.

The different employees at work here were all incredibly helpful in assisting my son on building his computer, they pretty nerdy, but all in the good way! Lol a lot of items were behind the lock cabinets, but there was an employee behind the counter that could quickly come unlock everything. They had their own private parking lot in the back and prices were basically the same as online my son said, unless you were buying us somewhat used item from a private vendor. So yes, I will come here again to tag along with my son since I do not know how to make my own computer, but he does. He loves this place!!

I immediately flipped the laptop over, shut it down, and left it upside down while I ran to the store for rubbing alcohol. I carefully wiped down the keyboard and called this place as soon as they reopened on the 26th. For context, Apple told me the computer would likely never work again and tried to sell me a new one. This shop was reassuring on the phone and accepted the drop-off right after the holiday break. The employee we spoke with (may have been the owner considering how competent and dedicated he was) was extremely kind at drop off. I had my computer back within 48 hours, before New Year's Eve, after a deep internal clean. They confirmed the cleaning was successful, that there was no risk of corrosion over time, and no expected shortening of the computer's lifespan. I paid under $100 and walked away with a perfectly functioning MacBook. Nearly two weeks later, there's no sign at all that anything was ever spilled. So grateful to everyone at Quick Fix!
