All in all lasked for the refund in which they didn't do, they stated the item was being shipped, not what I asked for since by this time it was literally 2 weeks later again with lack of communication because they responded periodically and or dayssssss later. They ended up shipping the item then asking if I wanted to cancel!? Like huh I already said I wanted a refund emails ago! Why not refund me!? Why ask after you ship the item as if I didn't already state that, so I respond and then nothing. No refund but instead they ship the item. Bad communication, no accountability, false ship advertisement per their website and poor Customer service. Yea don't waste your time look on other sites for this item there out there. This company doesn't care about customer service clearly.

We started looking for a solid local print shop to help with production and assembly. Our request involved a lot of the standard stuff (bar menus, welcome signage, seat cards, etc.), but also a few out-of-the-ordinary items, like an invitation 'zine and tri-fold dinner menu. We reached out to a few different shops for a quote, but most were kinda confused by the 'zine and dinner menu request, asking us to come in and go over the specifics. Omega (Tony S.) replied quickly, basically said "Yep, we've got this!" and started recommending paper weights the same day. He mentioned that hitting our early May deadline for a rather large suite of deliverables would be no problem at all. We worked with Omega closely over the next few months, mostly through Jesselyn, and received each batch of new deliverables quickly, and everything looked incredible. The thing that most impressed us was just how little "back and forth" happened with Omega -- they are experienced printers and they just get what you're trying to do. They put us at ease during a busy time, and we had full confidence in them. Total professionals! Our wedding went smoothly, and we got SO many compliments on our invitation 'zine, menus, and some of the other signage. As a hobbyist photographer and 'zine maker, I cherish a good print shop when I find it, and I'm really glad to have found Omega. I understand that there has been some transfer of ownership at Omega over the past several months, but I will be going back to them again and again if the level of service stays this high. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted. They asked if I was looking for anything and was shown to the card sleeve section. I've been to multiple stores that specialize in cards. Why was this the ONLY place where I found a large assortment of card sleeves for players!! Lol I met Anna(?) or Ann, and customer service was amazing, gave all information I was asking for, and showed me the weekly schedule. I am more of a mega competitive player (but not a sore winner ;-)), so I wanted to know what their schedule looked like, what is their most supported game, etc. I believe this is a more chill, casual, friendlies kind of vibe (not a bad thing at all), and I'd be open to doing more drafts or pre-release kits or something. Hoping to bring in my coworkers and friends! I can tell that they care very much about making sure they can support their community and create an inclusive and healthy space. Masks are not a big deal for me, they're effective especially nowadays with allergies, new viruses, whatever lol Lots of different card games in stock and tabletop games for rent, a cute dog and a big space for players.. but what really made things great was speaking with Al about Witch Hat Atelier. I think what I like about Blick compared to Michaels, is that the people that work there seems to be more knowledgeable about the items they sell.
