The place is larger than it seems from the outside, with multiple rooms and aisles of toys and gifts for all ages. This includes blocks and wobblers for toddlers, dolls and figures, dress up and jewelry items, miniature cars and vehicles, dinosaur themed products, board games, card games, mad libs, stickers, arts and crafts, science activity sets (like Rainbow Unicorns STEAM fun project), sports items and bike accessories, and so much more. Everything well organized into different sections, and even each section thoughtfully organized too. Such as the jigsaw puzzles labeled by number of pieces and age appropriate, making it easy for customers to find what they need. The selection of games and puzzles was extraordinary, with so many unique options, I wanted to get something for myself! But I have self-control. I ended up just buying an origami plane kit for one of the kids. The stuff here is on the pricey side, and I wasn't trying to splurge. Service was professional and friendly at the front counter with minimal waiting necessary, even on the weekend before Christmas.

The employee told me that all sales were final, while the manager was standing right next to her. I pointed out that the receipt specifically states that returns are accepted with some exceptions. What I found especially frustrating is that the "ALL SALES FINAL -- NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES" stamp was only placed on the receipt after I had already paid, and no one informed me of this policy before I purchased the item. If I had known beforehand, I could have made an informed decision about whether I wanted to buy it. I explained to the manager that I felt this was misleading, especially because the receipt itself says returns are accepted and I was trying to return a defective/damaged item, not simply return something I changed my mind about. She told me that she could only offer me an exchange. I explained that I did not want an exchange because I had purchased a defective item and wanted a refund. Overall, I'm very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand stores have return policies, but customers should be clearly informed of those policies before completing a purchase, especially when it comes to defective merchandise. I really wish they would stock up more on the popular items. Things are getting a little pricey. $15 for five tokens, and most gashapon are two or three tokens. A lot of the gashapon are anime, sanrio, animals, even food. The last time we were there, they even had little Nikes! The only downside is that it gets pretty warm in there. Especially when the place is packed, it gets really hot. Hopefully they'll think about adding air conditioning or at least fans soon.

I ended up having some extra time after circling the mall before my dining reservation and went to join the line. The employee was a bit rude when asking the people in line if they were there to build or shop. (There was nothing to indicate that there was an ongoing event, so I didn't know what they were talking about.) After going inside, I saw they had stations set for people to build a race car. I ended up going back outside and waiting to participate in the build event. It would've been nice to have been provided some info about what was going on this day. Sometimes Lego stores have a sale area, but everything was full price at this location when I visited. However, after the initial rudeness, the employee was friendly when I asked if I could also build and provided him with my LEGO membership info. He sent me to a station to get set up with my LEGO pieces, and the staff inside were very nice! I had a great time building my race car and am glad I had the chance to participate in the fun event.

I'm not a collector but I enjoy the pops. The staff are attentive and helpful. I was able to find a couple I like and bought them. I took a picture of the place and shared it to my family. It's located in one of the biggest plazas in Santa Clara off Scott right next to a Sprouts. Parking is easy. In addition to being a solid place to purchase Funko Pops (as well as sneakers, and restoring them as well), it's a heck of a place to sell them. In the month of July alone, I've brought in bins of pops (both rare and common) and got close to $1800 immediately to my PayPal. My only complaint is they don't take everything. I have two highly valued Splash Mountain funkos to unload, and they won't take them because they have some more sitting on the shelves. So I get it, but it's still a complaint from me. The other tough thing is that any pop valued under $20 (Pop Price Guide) will net you a $1. $5 is better than $1 any day, but yeah, you have to decide if you wanna let those pops sit at your house and take space, or possibly list it on eBay yourself and not let it move. So I'll take the dollar. The other rough thing is that they're super stringent on condition. I've taken fantastic care of my pops and while I wouldn't classify everything as a Gem Mint 10, I've been knocked on value sometimes because pops are damaged. In fact, most of the pops on shelves at the store have a damaged sticker. As far as buying goes, the pops right in front of the register aren't organized, but they're well kept stocked, and as you explore the store they get better organized. Obviously rarer stuff are behind lock and key, but the service here is pretty awesome and they all seem to be chill people. They even have an iPad you can use to search anything, and if you can't find it, they'll help you. When I decide to complete my Conan collection I'll definitely buy them here. Oh yeah, if you're buying an Overwatch pop, it's probably mine. I pretty much gave them a full lot. :)
