Randomly saw this place when on the way to get groceries. It's nice to finally find a place with a lot of pops to choose from both new and open boxes. I'm not a collector but I enjoy the pops. The staff are attentive and helpful. I was able to find a couple I like and bought them. I took a picture of the place and shared it to my family. They can't wait to check the place out. read more

I'm not really into pops anymore, and when I decided to start downsizing, this place has been a godsend. The location is awesome. It's located in one of the biggest plazas in Santa Clara off Scott right next to a Sprouts. Parking is easy. In addition to being a solid place to purchase Funko Pops (as well as sneakers, and restoring them as well), it's a heck of a place to sell them. In the month of July alone, I've brought in bins of pops (both rare and common) and got close to $1800 immediately to my PayPal. My only complaint is they don't take everything. I have two highly valued Splash Mountain funkos to unload, and they won't take them because they have some more sitting on the shelves. So I get it, but it's still a complaint from me. The other tough thing is that any pop valued under $20 (Pop Price Guide) will net you a $1. $5 is better than $1 any day, but yeah, you have to decide if you wanna let those pops sit at your house and take space, or possibly list it on eBay yourself and not let it move. So I'll take the dollar. The other rough thing is that they're super stringent on condition. I've taken fantastic care of my pops and while I wouldn't classify everything as a Gem Mint 10, I've been knocked on value sometimes because pops are damaged. In fact, most of the pops on shelves at the store have a damaged sticker. As far as buying goes, the pops right in front of the register aren't organized, but they're well kept stocked, and as you explore the store they get better organized. Obviously rarer stuff are behind lock and key, but the service here is pretty awesome and they all seem to be chill people. They even have an iPad you can use to search anything, and if you can't find it, they'll help you. When I decide to complete my Conan collection I'll definitely buy them here. Oh yeah, if you're buying an Overwatch pop, it's probably mine. I pretty much gave them a full lot. :) read more

I buy here every other week. But this Black Friday, The guy was probably tired and was pissed when I ask to get a particular pop. And then refused to put protectors on two of them when I asked for the pop behind the glass was in a protector. One was a $30 pop as well. And he put the pop without protector at the bottom squishing it. Now it's damaged. Thank you for that. Yeah I'm not going in here for a while if not ever. People here are usually nice that's why I shop here. I don't know what happened. read more

I've been to a few other stores that sell Funko Pop dolls and this is by far the best one I have seen so far. You walk in and are happily overwhelmed by the sheer amount of pop dolls on the wall. The lady that helped us was super helpful, she answered our questions & also let us walk around to look at what they had to offer. I've been trying to start my collection, however I really wanted to start with a Darth Vader doll so I have been on the hunt. This was the only store that actually had him and I was so elated! My gf was looking for a Mando one and luckily she found that also. This store is very organized, at other places we really had to look and dig until we found the one we wanted but this place knew what they had in stock, which is a huge plus for me. I don't think I have ever seen so many Pop! Figurines in one area like this! They have tons of variety: Disney, Anime, Sports, Pokemon, a $5 cash only section... They have a lot of rare ones too. I came for Memorial Day and they had a 20% off sale if you buy two, OR 30% off if you buy three! Great deal. This deal was only for "damaged box" Funko Pops, but most boxes are still in pretty great condition despite a couple dents. Most of them range from $10 to $50. It's definitely a good place for collectors or gifts. read more

Their website is super helpful to I live 35 minutes away I used both but always prefer to drive and see all they got. Definitely will go here as well there's a shop in gilroy whose price is way overpriced. Here they sell it at a awesome price definitely will not regret it read more

Nice little spot if you like Funko pops for sure. They have quite the selection. Staff is really friendly which is always the luck of the draw with places like this. Was looking for pops and they were able to hold them for me and it was a smooth transaction. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the wife was waiting in the car as we only had one mask. Super cool store one of my coworkers showed me. They have a pretty good selection of pops. I don't actively collect funko pops but I do buy occasional cool ones here and there. The best part is the $5 deal (cash only)! They had a wide range of surprisingly popular characters like Iron Man, Pikachu, etc etc. I got a cool Deadpool one! The other portion of the store was a bunch of cool sneakers. Wish they had later hours so I can drop by more often! read more

Funko pops and sneakers are my biggest obsessions and this place has both in one! An entire wall dedicated to Funko pops on one side, an entire wall dedicated to sneakers on the other and a ton of Supreme clothing/accessories located in the middle of the store. This place is organized extremely well, Funko pop wall is organized by genre/lots/numbers/themes. The top row of the Funko wall had the most expensive pops from chases to vaulted pops. What I liked most is that each pop had a protected case around it already and it is included with the purchase. Also, a barrier is placed in front of the Funko wall to stop from others touching and damaging the boxes. It can get overwhelming looking at all these pops so a great tool they have is that they can search their inventory for any pop they have in stock if you are unable to find it on your own. I didn't get the persons name but he was very helpful and was going around asking everyone if they needed help finding anything. Prices are a little high but they're filled with inventory, looking forward to going back again. read more

I Emailed the pop plug to see if they would be purchasing collections when I had planned to make a trip to sell my collection to them. They said yes, and we went back-and-forth for a little while over email trying to figure out the value and get me a quote and they finally told me that 40% of my collections value, would be a conservative offer that they would make, the following Monday I brought my entire collection from Reno to San Jose to sell it to them expecting at least 40% and was eventually after two hours of them sorting through my collection offered 16% on 65% of my collection and one dollar for 35% of my collection. I was absolutely blown away at how much I was lowballed. They explained that a lot of the pops were damaged and so I went ahead and made a deal with them as I didn't want to lug them all the way back to Reno. A few hours later, I see them start listing that I had sold them most of which are not listed by them as damaged as they usually list their damaged pops. Incredibly disappointed with the absolute backhanded shadiness of how they conducted business. What is worse is that if they would have given me the quote that they had initially told me I would have used it all as store credit and they wouldn't have had to give me a dime in cash offer was solo. I took a tiny bit of store credit and the rest in cash, and on my way being very weary when dealing with these guys especially when selling to them I haven't had any issues when purchasing only when selling I hope that others have had better experiences or that maybe they are willing to make it right by me, but as of now I would not recommendselling them read more

Con artists, if you are going to sell POPS here, DO NOT, they completely RIP you off. Went to sell 6 very rare pops, and I mean rare, and they flat offered 100 for them, even though on their own wall in store they were selling them for triple what they offered, they even make YOU, the customer, feel stupid and talk down to you, making you feel like an idiot. DO NOT do business here. You will get more money selling it online or to a friend. Also its NOT cash, they pay ONLY through PayPal. read more

Lost me as a costumer today, i've been coming/supporting the store since they had a smaller selection of Funko Pops and store overall, I came in today and chose my Funko Pop after looking for 10 minutes, it was put on the shelf with the funko pop protector so I was put to believe i would receive the protector with purchase, i was wrong. I believe this is false advertising, I feel very disrespected and disappointed with the store. I hope they can improve and the only reason i rate them two stars instead of one is because of the sneaker side of the store. read more

This is my first time ever coming to this store and it was a great experience. Although they were technically still in their soft opening phase due to moving, everything was still pretty organized. The workers were also really nice and helpful when we would ask about the Funko pops and make small talk. Terrible place! Do not go here and support them. They will rip you off when you try to sell by ppg. They will pay you 5% of what your pop is worth. It's located in a really nice plaza, pretty easy to find. It's right next to the Fix Kicks. Store was clean and organized with a lot of pops that you might want for your collection. They lowball the hell out of you. Even when you try to get a little more, they say that's the best they can do. I understand that it's a business and they gotta make a profit but they sell your pops much more than what they offered. I don't think they take into account that collectors are giving up their collection that took years to build and to get lowballed like that is offensive. read more
