Kat is consistently amazing and friendly, maintaining a positive attitude toward every customer. She is always available to help whenever I have questions. Tofus Trading is a great place to find Pokemon and One Piece products, and provides host trade nights. Such a great experience every time I go there! Will always recommend this place

I think they do a good job of giving back to the community by hosting tons of play nights and trading events. I love the fact that they have a HUGE selection of different TCGS, especially Weiss Schwarz and pokemon! They have tons of unique products that you literally CANNOT find anywhere else. Their TCG accessories are abundant compared to other stores, so many options to choose from!! And they showcase small artists! Which unfortunately a lot of stores don't do, which makes no sense to me because art is the main drawing point of the TCG community. The employees are lovely as well! My problem with Tofu that causes it to not get a five stars review is that the store is tiny. There is almost no space to walk around if you end up going here when they're busy - which is 90% of the time. Since they host game nights almost every single night, there is almost always no room to walk around and explore since the store will be packed. Which is sad because I like to take my time to decide what I would like to buy. It honestly makes me not want to go here because there are plenty of other stores in the area that have a lot of room compared to Tofu. Another con is that it's located in Vietnam town, with tens of other businesses surrounding it. Finding parking is an absolute nightmare because there are almost always events being hosted in Vietnam Town. You either have to circle around the same area for ten minutes if you want parking that's close to the store or you have to walk 10 minutes to the store. It's honestly a shame that they opened a store in this location because it's the main reason why Tofu isn't my NUMBER ONE go-to store anymore. Pricing and community almost isn't worth it to justify a small store that doesn't have much room to walk around and is difficult to find parking for. I'd rather go to a different store that has less foot traffic or is bigger. I try to put up with it but it's very frustrating . Either way love the store but I rarely go here because of the reasons I listed.

Went to check, not even to buy anything, just to check the price of a Spider-Man Spectacular…read moreBundle. It's listed at $22 market on TCGplayer, and they were charging $55 for it. When I mentioned the price on TCGplayer they responded with "It shouldn't be that cheap, must be an error" and I immediately walked out. I was not about to pay 2.5x the market price for some cards that'd fill out my collection. Despite the fact I hate waiting for TCGplayer and haven't had a great experience with them overall, I'd much rather go through them than support a business that seems to scalp and price gouge. Would rate this place a 0/5, but unfortunately that isn't an option

However, a major downside is that many items don't have price tags, so you'll often need to track down an employee just to find out how much something costs. I picked up two blind boxes during my visit. While the selection was nice, I wouldn't recommend buying them here. They were priced at $20 each, but the same ones are available online at Amazon or Target for around $14. That's about a 43% markup, which feels steep for the exact same product. If you're just looking to window shop or kill some time, it's a nice place. But for actual purchases--especially for anything you can find online--you're better off checking prices first.

From the moment I walked in, the staff stood out with their friendliness and eagerness to help. They were more than happy to guide me through the store and help me find whatever I was looking for, and they did so with genuine enthusiasm. The store itself is a treasure trove of interesting and unique items. Whether you're into home décor, crochet, art supplies, painting, photo framing, or even just looking for cool mugs or crafting accessories--you'll find it here. It really does live up to the name when it says anything related to your hobby is under one roof. What surprised me the most were the prices. I compared several items with what's available online on Amazon, and Hobby Lobby consistently came out cheaper--which was a pleasant surprise! This is definitely my new go-to spot for all things creative and decorative. I'll surely be returning for my future needs. Highly recommended!

I stopped by today looking for a hard plastic serving tray with a Christmas design on it…read more It was really busy inside. Employees were stocking the aisles everywhere, which made it hard to maneuver through. Shouldn't stocking happen before the store opens? They had a ton of Christmas decorations everywhere. They still had some fall aisles, but I'd say the majority of the inventory was Christmas. The aisles that were already stocked were nice and neat. It's a bit overwhelming in there. There's so much to look at that you can easily spend an hour in there without realizing it. I finally asked for help for what I was looking for, but they only had fall serving trays. So I got that instead. I also got a cute gingerbread house-shaped doormat, and a gingerbread boy and girl yard decoration. They have a ton of ornaments. I found some frosted tiny gumdrop ornaments for my miniature Christmas tree. Everything I bought was 50% off, which was a great deal. Checking out took a long time. The employees at the checkout literally have to key in each item. This is a brand-new store. Why don't they have a scanning system? This makes for a very long wait just to buy your items. I think they need to upgrade their system with the proper technology of our time. The young lady who helped me check out was very sweet and friendly.
