Wargaming, trading card games, board games, comics, manga, clothing, action figures, collectible statues, accessories, and more. One of the star attractions is the sheer number of card game material they have. They sell everything from Magic to One Piece, and several games I've never even heard of. They sell regular boosters, hard to find collector boosters, booster boxes, and singles, though I'd recommend calling them ahead of time if you're looking for something in particular. There is a slight mark up compared to major retail stores, but it's worth visiting Legends for the absolute magnitude of variety and hard to find items. Their other merchandise covers anime, manga, American cartoons, comic books, and indie franchises. As a die-hard collector, it's hard to step into a Legends and not want to empty my wallet. I used to recommend legends to everyone but I feel like it's gone downhill. The selection across all locations has gotten worse while prices have gotten higher. Everything is significantly higher than online prices and way higher than other local card stores ontop of there being less variety. Just for example I got Prismatic ETBs for 100 while it was 140 here. Prices I get offered for my singles is also very lackluster. Also side note: left a very bad taste in my mouth when I overheard an employee try to justify the grossly high prismatic prices because that's how much they need to price it to break even from distributors which is just blatantly wrong. There were literally hundreds sold at other local stores like tofu and 88 for msrp or 100 even. Edit: as of now you can get prismatic even cheaper on fb marketplace read more

Came in yesterday. The box I wanted to buy had a rip on it. But because there was only one sales rep, he couldn't leave the floor to go to the back to retrieve a new box. Totally understandable. He told us to come back. A bit inconvenient, but that's fine. So we go back the very next day. There was an increase on the price apparently. A different sales rep. He called the manager to honor the price from yesterday, since he had told us to come back. And the manager said no. The heck. Pretty rude. read more

The Great Mall location of this local comic and games business is the best for selection. They always have the most product and a really nice variety. Again, their comic selection is sparse, but they have a nice game selection (not as in-depth as most specialty stores but they carry lots of fun games). Their highlight is in toys and collectible card games (Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and the like). GREAT selection of these products at reasonable prices. Plus, it's super fun to see the toys they have on display! PRODUCTS: Great selection of CCG and toys (anime and the like). Not so great for comics even though comics is prominent in their name. Still I come here for MTG and Pokemon and am never disappointed. SERVICE: Good service and friendly. I've been here many times and always had good service. Walked in here for getting the Prismatic Evolutions and they charged little higher than MSRP. I mean $140 for etb, $78 for binder collection and $50 for poster collection. All pokemon products are barricaded, and you had to queue. Limit was 1 per product. It was kind of on the mid msrp. Next time, I am never going back here. Product variety are 5. But prices are 3. Customer service is 5. The guy who handled it was very calm, and knew what to expect at the release date. read more

Posting on behalf of my sibling: The store contains a great selection of products. I came in looking to purchase storage for my magic cards. However, when I approached the counter and tried to get the attention of an employee to look at something on the shelf, he was engrossed in a conversation with a customer about his apartment. Although I am glad this employee was able to obtain new furniture for his apartment, I realized after several minutes of trying to get his attention, he was not attentive enough to assist me. As a result, I left the store without purchasing anything. I will take my money and elsewhere to a game store that will pay attention to its customers. read more

Store is located inside Great Mall having a great selection of board games and collectibles. They hold card tournaments on the weekends. Customer service is okay as the store is big so chances are employees wont see you walk in to greet you. Wait time is long when selling cards to them or trying to buy sing(Pokemon, Yugioh, Magic). Value wise, singles and booster boxes and ETB's are priced a good amount over MSRP. Comic variety is lacking as their collections aren't that big. read more

This is owned by the same guy who owns the other Legends Comics & Games in Oakridge, I think? Anyways, most surefire way of knowing what's going on with them is through their Facebook page. And apparently current purchases come with a free Dragon Shield token? Don't really know the mechanics of that. Anyways, this is in a location a lot more convenient for me, and I would love to try some of the games they're holding in the future. Right now, from what I can tell, it seems their entire stock is what they already have on display. With all the new places opening up in the Great Mall, I'm delighted with a Legends opening up here. XD I actually dropped by to see if they carried the Blades in the Dark book. They didn't, but the one person there that I asked made a point to make a note of it. I appreciate that. We chatted and they were GREAT (I'm so I forgot their name). They were super helpful and assisted me in picking out some dice I've been meaning to get. (My lovely, lovely dice.) Just...friendly and amiable, and it was great to talk to another enthusiast. If you're looking for something else to do at home and haven't already picked it up, tabletop roleplaying is a lot of fun and this seems like a great place to ask questions and get started. My first time at this store and I can say it was a pleasant, straightforward experience. Ample parking at Great Mall and easy to find. I called 1 day ahead to make sure they had the new BT-07 Digimon TCG NEXT ADVENTURE booster boxes in stock. I remember Digimon products being hard to come by when they first released in NA last year. The guy who picked up the phone was patient and nice, said they had it in stock and asked how many boxes I wanted. I wasn't too sure then and told him 5. Instead of setting aside 5, he said he'd pull out a new case for me, write down my name, and mentioned I'm free to pick up however many I want when I swing by. Next day, I get to the store and ask them about the box. The guy instantly remembers and pointed to the box behind the counter. Sure enough, the new box was there, sealed, with my name on a post-it on it. The girl in the front broke it in front of me and allowed me to have free reign in picking which boxes I wanted. I will like to consider that one of the workers there was extremely rude for no reason,he was Asian and had a weird mustache. I opened one pack of cards and right after that i asked the worker if I could cash out "trade some cards for cash or store credit" he said that he didn't accept any cards right now but when he saw my cards he graved them, I had to wait a few minutes before he told me how much money he'll give me " I gave him Like 20 cards to check" he told me that he will only give me a few bucks for all the cards,not to mention that I had cards that were worth more than $20 dollars and the day before that I went to the same store in the same place and they offered me way more money for all those cards, and that's crazy because I'm only 12years old and he was still extremly rude.there's also really good workers there, but I'm disappointed about what happened. read more

Sadly, my favorite store for Pokémon and any place that displays Voltron is a winner for me. Me and my daughter went there for our Pokémon needs. I won't ever set foot again. If you are a business and get a discount to sell items, you shouldn't sell items at 2-3 times msrp. I understand everyone is doing it. I understand its America and your free to do so. I also have the right to choose where i spend my $$$$$. When the market goes back to normal probably after the 30th anniversary i will continue to go to the small shops that sold to me at close to msrp. Your locations will dwindle down to a few if any because those of us who only bought from you through the years well, we didn't like your business practices and choose to go a different route. My wife kids & I stopped in here last night in search of some trading cards. The store itself is actually really well kept and has a good variety of Magic, Pokémon and other TCG's. Unfortunately after standing in line for well over 15 mins. The guy behind the counter proceeded to help the person in-front of me & than walked off to either grab a break or something. I had genuinely been interested in grabbing a few packs and bundles but after coming back in to the store for the second time last night and not being helped it was a big waste of time. read more

This shop is located inside of Great Mall and it's a large hobby store with a large variety of Pokémon & MTG, other miscellaneous stuff are also available for purchase like D&D figures, anime figures, hot wheels, playmates, comics, etc. I was specifically interested in their Pokémon TCG products but they're overpriced due to demand. One product (collector's chest) retails for $24.99 and it was labeled for $80 so I had to pass because I wasn't that desperate to grab one but luckily I did get a few later on for retail! (: It's a cool store in general, but customer service is lacking, there wasn't any greeting or concerns on whether we needed help or had any questions. I was hoping to ask about the prices of certain cards and items but the employee completely ignored me and just walked away, I only knew what the price of one item from overhearing the other guy asking about it. read more

This place is great! I have a lot of friends I am able to shop for here due to their various interests. D&D dice selection is decent. I do wish they more comic books though. I gotta be honest, the staff was pretty unfriendly, they seem good when you walk in but when I asked to see something from the case, they act like I was you are putting them out, the girl seemed uninterested in being there and the guy was just so sulky. PS I have written and rewritten this, I have changed it from a 1 star to a 2 star, I understand people have there off days sometimes, they didn't really do anything wrong other then being rude. Still it's a business that is supplying luxury hobbies to people, you need people to feel good in your store and want to buy from the people there, especially when you are selling TCG. My friends and I always stop by here to look at all the Anime merch they have here. It's a nice store with lots of cool collectables, comics, and posters. This is also the only other place in the mall to buy Pokemon Cards besides GameStop which is great for me. You can also buy individual rare cards they have sealed in a glass case. Some products such as Pokemon V Boxes go for a bit more than they should, but at least an individual booster pack is only 4 dollars. My girlfriend bought me a couple packs for a little Christmas gift but unfortunately I got no rare cards. I think I'll stop by here to buy a pack of cards every time I visit the mall now. read more

Every time my little nephew visits from out of town, I take him to this place so he can use the money he saves up to buy Pokémon cards. He likes this place because they have singles as well as packs. This past weekend he visited again and I took him here. He chose some Pokémon singles, we paid and left. When we walked around the mall, he noticed that one of the cards hade it's corner shaved. Meaning the corner was cut with scissors, usually to trim away dinged corners. This Pokémon card was shaved poorly and obviously noticeable but my nephew didn't inspect the card at the shop and I didn't as well because he wanted to do everything himself at the shop. I told him we should go back into the shop and tell them. So my little nephew walked back in and tried to explain it himself. He's 8 years old... the guy said no returns sorry. My nephew turned to me, And even with his mask on he looked disappointed. I told the guy we literally bought this card 10 minutes ago and it's obviously shaved. The guy said again no returns it's store policy and it is a defect from the factory. I have some sports cards worth more than his whole case of Pokémon cards and he's going to tell me it came from the factory like this? I ask for an equivalent exchange or just some packs and return for the damaged card. But the guy said no returns on any purchases. So he's going to lose business over a 10 dollar Pokémon card. It's only 10 dollars but to a little kid that saves up money it's a lot. We won't be stepping foot in here again and my dorky friends that collect this crap won't be either, all over 10 dollars and ruining a kids day. I had to go on eBay when we got home to find the same card for him and luckily we found it for 8 dollars... So at the end the little nephew is happy and now waiting for his card but it wasn't cool to see a kid get ripped off like that. read more

One employee was helping a customer while the other just stood there. She could've walked over to greet my little brother and check if he needed help. I have been inside of this shop multiple times for smaller purchases and board game but never had much interaction with the staff. Today, I went in with the intention of learning more about the modern Pokemon TCG after not playing for the last 20 years. Ahna and Gurpy were on the floor today. Ahna greeted me and was able to answer some initial questions I had and provide her recommendations. I spent about 30 minutes with Gurpy, he took the time to answer my questions, talk strategy and current buyer habits. I left with a decent haul for my fiancé and I. In a nutshell the staff was great, the product was fairly priced and plentiful and I left the store with a great impression of the staff and the store. They had a OPCG Smoker and because they bought the card $150 before, now they asked for $120+, they were not able to do a TCG player price matching, not even close to the market price ($70). So do your own research, you can get something much cheaper somewhere else. read more

I've come to this location a few time now and have always had an overwhelmingly positive experience each time. This location has a wide variety of board games, TCGs (MTG, Pokemon, Yugioh, Digimon), some comics/graphic novels, tabletop games and supplies (Warhammer, Star Wars), and various Anime merch (figures, posters). Prices are usually pretty fair for those retail items and the card singles will be based off TCGplayer. You'll usually be greeted, asked if you'll need help, or you can call one of the employees over to assist you. I've dealt with the same employee each visit and she has always been super pleasant to interact with. She is very courteous, informative and professional when answering questions from both children and adults. The employees have good knowledge when it comes to the items in their store as well as the mentality of a competitive player or that of a collector. I collect cards where the condition is everything. The biggest positive for me is that this lady will really take the time to meticulously inspect each and every card. She is a tough grader which is a big plus for me. After she finishes, she will go through a break down of each and every card you asked to check from the glass display cases and she will note the condition, price, and literally every single scratch, ding, dent, whitening, or wear that she saw. She usually doesn't miss a thing as well! She will take the time whether it is 1 or 100 cards. The employees are also very considerate of your time. If they are busy or know they will take a while, sometimes they offer to give you a call when they are ready. All in all, great store to visit. The staff is definitely the highlight to me. You can tell that they truly do want you to be able to go home and be happy with your purchases as well as fostering a great hobby store community. read more

Bad customer service my daughter in law asked the Asian lady with blonde hair with glasses if we could by the Broli poster that is on display on the wall & the Asian lady said no she could not sell us the Broli poster because of reason so I asked if I could speak to a manager, the manager was tall enough to get the Broli poster of the wall his excuse was because he didn't have a ladder. I told the manager he had bad customer service & if he wanted to keep this customer happy he would sell me the display poster. My daughter in law went back to take a picture of the Broli poster & the Asian lady with the blonde hair with glasses gave my daughter in law a dirty look & my daughter in law flipped her off on her way out. The other anime store had the same Broli poster & my daughter in law bought the Broli poster for my son it made his night. read more
